Theres nothing really unusual about this particular store hell its an hair store. The people are nice always talkative and always willing to help. But, overpriced no really theyre overpriced!! some hair stores or whatever you may need besides hair theyre usually reasonable not this one but to each its own you can see for yourself. Also they sell clothes, mask, really they sell everything they will sometime work with you if you find something on Amazon, they will try and work with you like Tony did for me he was helpful!! even gave me a discount when I show him what I found on another site. The reason they have two stars is because its hot very hot inside the store and two everything is too tight to close the owls its just congested in the back where the wigs are oh my god you need a air conditioner literally exclamation But other than that you would not be disappointed in the wigs that they have Have a lot to offer updated wigs. Thats why they only got two stars you have to keep the customers happy and not overheat them.

We recently discovered this beauty supply store. This place always has everything we need. There is a wide selection and always someone there to help. The ladies that work there always offer useful suggestions to help my daughters who dont always know what they need.

One of the workers he was a guy he helped me find the pack of hair I need it they have lots of products in there and I also get a really cute pink keychain

The hair supply store I normally go to was close my hair appointment was at 9 this hair supply store open at 830 I appreciate it because I didnt want to be late to my appointment and they were nice and the store was clean

Shaker hair and Beauty always has what I need for the kids I love that its right on Lee Rd such a convenient location and friendly staff not following you around like youre a criminal. Constantly telling people about Shaker and the good service/prices. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Friendly yes.Funny on Instagram yes.Great sales yes.But when it came to honoring a sale that was still being advertised on their IG page as being active for that day, they did NOT honor it.- This was after I confirmed the sale was on the items I was purchasing, with 2 employees on the floor. I confirmed with those employees that it was STILL currently happening but when I took it to the register it was a different story.-I even referenced the last employee I spoke with who was helping me minutes before walking to the register. The male cashier still said there was NO sale anymore.-I referenced the post on IG as well, stating the sale was still on. Still told NO.All in all, this store has a large selection, not necessarily competitively priced for all their items though. The selection is impressive yes but for the bait n switch tactic that brought me into the store, I cant rate this higher.#TiaTriedIt

The store is very accommodating! But sometimes they charge more on the register bumping up prices by charging extra tax to alot of the ladies that spend there hard earned money there...its a problem 😕 they feel no one knows this practice is taking place and we do! Its discussed in the community

Overcharged me and I didn’t pay any attention to it. But 96.00 was ridiculous for a few little items! Watch them at the registers they will jack the price up on you.

I have 3 stars because some of the workers are kinda ratchet and no one had masks on at the registers. But they have a nice selection, very helpful, they sell adult and children masks, and they have decent prices.

Best Hair store Ever

Went to buy the buy bne get two free onyx hair. The 18 inch is $99.99. the other two were free. The cap, needle, glue, and thread supposed to be free. I asked for an extra cap. That was $1. After taxes I should have only been charged $109 and some change. But I got charged $112. I called and he tried to say oh you have to pay for the glue, and oh the extra cap cost more. All in all I learned my lesson and will not shop there again because I feel taken advantage of.

If you want a decent shopping experience GO EARLY. Otherwise, its hoodrat central. They expanded the back to have a lot more braiding hair/styles, which is a plus.

Dont like the service the owner is very rude... everyone doesnt steal dont like the treatment will not be back and I will be reporting them..

Tony is a little higher than most Hair stores.

Shaker has way too much stuff in there, not to have anything I was looking for. A whole bunch of random nothing, no black eyeshadow, no regular Ampro clear gel, not enough selection of Grey hair, but the girl Sabrina was cool. Longwood beauty here I come!

This beauty store is great always fully stocked, staff is always helpful, greets you when you enter, as for the prices there okay and there wigs are so cute

People seem nice they let my 3 year old use their employees only restroom. Only thing is I Googled black owned beauty supply and they came up. I drove up from Akron they are clearly not black owned but they seem just fine.

This place has hair clippers and before I purchased them I asked what the return policy was and there isnt any on electronics unopened or not!

WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL .... UNKNOWLEDGABLE STORE AGAIN.... AFTER THE OWNER LOCKED ME IN THE STORE AND ACCUSED ME OF STEALING .He even had the nerve to “show” me on video and it was clearly my cell phone that I was putting back in my purse . The associates who worked there didn’t even know what hair toner was, said they never heard of it. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I do believe this is the same crappy store that was once at shaker square . Also went to fourth district!!!

Girl that does lashes is rude and she purposely avoided me when manager asked if she was available to do my lashes! Also Arab guys who work there are unprofessional and rude at times so I dont go anymore!
