Its an good hair store but i did go in there a month ago and a lady asked if i needed help and i told her no but she wouldnt take no for an answer so she just kept stalking me and putting her input in everything i looked at but still its a good hair store. the people who own it is very friendly

I bought some hair from this place and when I opened it up the hair was matted and unusable.Upon returning it to exchange it the guy told me that he cant use it and resale it. Why would you resale something that is no good?I WARN YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEIR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE.IF YOU CAN GO TO AN ASIAN HAIR STORE, OR SOMEWHERE BETTER.

The best hair supplies and they are reasonable!

They (the male) tried very hard NOT to accept a return on faulty merchandise. Even if proven its faulty. He would rather argue than accept a return. I threatened to contact my credit card company, he then checked and saw it was faulty and exchanged the merchandise. He even tried to say thats how its made now. If you have to shop there...buyer beware.
