Crossworld Awning made and installed a metal awning for me just over two years ago. Two days ago we had an unusually windy day. The awning from Crossworld was destroyed. Crossworld is not willing to warranty their product. The awning I had on the house prior had survived for the 15 years since I have owned the house until a tow truck hit it. Its unfortunate I spent over $400 on an awning from Crossworld that barley lasted 2 years. Beware of the quality of the product your getting from this company. I realize it was an unusually windy day...but we live in Cleveland...we get those kind of days. I gave them two stars because it was a nice looking awning for a little while.

Tom, the installer for Crossworld did a remarkable job. His craftsmanship and problem solving abilities were outstanding. Tom is a true ambassador to the company when he is in the field.

We were looking for awnings for our house and I called Crossworld Awning Company and spoke with Stan. Since I work, I wanted to go to their place of business on a Saturday. That worked out beautifully since they are open on Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. (big bonus). After meeting with Stan, I made an appointment with him to come to our house to give us an estimate. We ordered the awnings from him that night and he told us that it would take 3 weeks to make and install, and thats exactly what happened. They were done and on our house in 3 weeks! I could not believe how beautiful they are. What a transformation! We have had many compliments on the awnings and everyone has said, that it has made such an improvement on the looks of our house. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, courteous, truthful, fairly priced, and they do an outstanding job in a timely manner. Use them and you wont be sorry!

When I decided to buy a retractable awning I spoke with 4 different suppliers. One was so outrageous his price was the down payment on my first house. One was frightening cheap. Between the other two I chose Crossworld because Stan was very low pressure, came to my house, made suggestions, was incredibly helpful. When I went to his showroom he was again very gracious and helpful in selecting the fabric and exact awning. They guys installed it this morning and it is awesome! I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about this project.

The the installers are great and the awnings are beautiful. The owner does everything he can to make sure the customer is well pleased. I know this because I worked there in the year 2017 and I heard it first hand. Im getting an awning myself because there are none better in quality or service!

I highly recommend Crossword Awning! They custom-made an outdoor awning for us, which came out great and was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. Therefore, we hired them for a second job, which was to install custom blinds that were put on very high windows and that needed a remote control to open and close. Once again, the service and quality of the product was excellent!

Stan the owner was great. The installers arrived on time, professional and very efficient. We will definitely be returning customers and have the front of our home done too. They did a beautiful job and will be requesting the same 2 installers. Thank you CrossWorld Awning.😁

I purchased my outdoor electrical retractable awning over ten years ago from Crossworld. Never once had a problem. This past February after the horrific wind storm that we had, the protective helmet that covers the awning got blown off. I called Stan to basically ask him how to put it back up and if I needed clips or something. Without hesitation Stan told me that he would have his guys come out tomorrow and put it back up. Sure enough, 3 installers showed up in the afternoon and could not of been nicer. They treated me like I was a new installation, not a customer with a warranty that had long expired. Very Grateful !! Im really not sure on how to rate this company. The sales person Stan was very misleading on when the job was to be completed. The workers who did the job were very respectful and completed the job in a timely manner although weeks later than I was told it would be completed. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. However, I have called and emailed Crossworld to send me a paid in full receipt and to let me know whether the patio cover had a guarantee on it and/or the installation. For some odd reason I have not received a email or a call back.. I rate that as VERY poor communication. ..... I received the receipt and the guarantee in todays mail 1-20-17

A++++.....great service and personnel....It all starts with Peggy.Super friendly and knows how to get the ball rolling.Wonderful customer service....Tommy and Greg were installers that put up my Sunsetter and did an excellent job...I was very impressed with their product knowledge regarding the Sunsetter retractable awning...they were prompt...fast...and efficient along with being very professional...The main thing that I liked was the price for installation....They did it all...even programmed my remote....Thanks Crossworld for stress free process...Cliff in Streetsboro!!!!

Delays on installation,took 8 weeks to get awning was supposed to be done in 4 weeks,now the railing are on back order for 4 weeks now.Hope it does not take too long to finish .
