I am so grateful to the crew at MasterTech!! We got stranded coming out of the National Forest on a weekend and they were so helpful! They were great communicators and helped us navigate getting our vehicle up and running the same day so we could get home to our families. 5 stars all the way!!!

I can’t even come close to being able to explain how blown away I was with the service we received here. Not only was it super fast it was reasonably priced. The fact that John takes the extra time to video/take pictures of the issues and send you a detailed explanation of your problem before he does anything is amazing. This is one of the first times I have left a mechanics shop and not felt like I had been taken for a ride. An honest, reasonable, fast mechanic is unheard of and John and his Wife Faith are like our needle in a haystack. You can’t go wrong with them and they have got my business for life and anyone that I can refer to them.

They are amazing Christian people, i am having health issues an they took time out to stop and pray for me. I woul use NO ONE else for my car. If you want great work with incredibly fast turn around, this is the place. Dropped my Lexus off yesterday morning for a tune up. The car was ready for me to pick up this morning! The price was beyond reasonable. John kept me up to date and I couldnt be happier. Mastertech has my future business without a doubt.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING! If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would! WE PAID THEM $7,138.00 to work on our truck on aug 14, and 3 months later they kept claiming they still didn’t have all the parts and when we asked for a refund they absolutely refused! And claimed the parts were then in when literally in a text Conversation the lady had told my husband they weren’t minutes before. We then asked to come pick up the parts and they refused! And will not give us a refund for our labor they never performed. All in all we now have an attorney and will be seeing these people in court to get our money back! The owners wife was very unprofessional, yelled at me over the phone, lied over and over again! The mechanic claims to be ASE certified, on his website, when he’s actually not. The list of problems can go on and on!

I have used Mastertech for many years. They have consistently shown good character and turned out quality work. The mechanic is very nice and thorough, and the customer service is impeccable. I also enjoy the update videos they send, it makes the whole process more easy to understand. They are very professional and honest. In the future I will always use mastertech for all of my vehicles.

They worked on my suzuki several times. From changing sensors to diagnosing when the engine finally went out. They were always very quick to respond and transparent about everything that needed to be done or any work they did. They let me know what it would cost me upfront and always did work in a timely manner. I will always recommend them and continue to take my vehicles to them.

Having 2 cars break at once is never any fun but these folks made it much better. At this point, they have done some major engine work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Volvo XC70 and Ive been very satisfied with the results. I had actually considered junking both cars due to the extensive engine issues but they were able to fix them at a cost that made them economical to keep.I highly recommend these folks. They are helpful, fair, and honest.

John and his wife came out to replace an alternator in our beetle! They were very professorial and so nice! Very reasonable with price and even took our battery after replacing the part down to autozone to have it charged because it was so dead from sitting. They brought it back and started right up. I had my old 1998 ford f150 that had been sitting here for months. I wasnt sure what was wrong with it and was scared that it would be too expensive to get it running again. Roadside came to my house and did a full inspection on it. They gave me suggestions in order to work with my budget as far as what repairs were needed to get it running and were priority, and what repairs could wait, and what repairs were optional for the future.
