Mike! I owe you a good review because you deserve it!I bought my E350 over a year ago. I didnt get a pre-purchase inspection. the car started acting up so i brought it to MAG because of the high reviews.Mike charged me for half a hour of diagnostic. Thats how long it took them to tell me the engine was done.I took my car to another private Mercedes shop to get a second opinion. One day later they called to tell me it only needed a tune up. I asked them to double check because I was told the engine was no good. 2 days later they confirmed MAGs diagnosis.I brought it back to MAG. They put a new(used) engine. The price was exactly what Mike quoted me for. Ive had the car for over a year now. No issues.When it comes to a Mercedes mechanic its either the BEST or nothing!

Discovered MAG Motors a few months ago when looking for a dealer alternative for my Mercedes. I discovered a shop with expect service, great savings and personable customer service. At my most recent service, they even beat their own estimate! Highly recommended if you want great friendly service and want to save a lot of money.

Took my 2018 Audi there due to a brake issue the dealer wouldnt cover after researching quality repair facilities in Cleveland. They quickly pinpointed the issue, fixed it and I was on my way back to Massachusetts. I have a few cars and most of them are European. As you know if you own any Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Etc... they need to be maintained. After years of going to the dealerships, I found Mag Motors. These guys are ROCK STARS! I get dealer parts and service at a fraction of the price. Super easy to work with and they know how to get to the problem quickly to get me back on the road! I can not say enough about them. Quite honestly if I did not find them, I would probably have sold most of my cars. Give them a call for anything from an oil change to an engine swap, you will be glad ya did!

This mechanic is great! I took my 1991 R129 here a few weeks back and have nothing but positive things to say. The owner is very knowledgable about old Mercs and more than reasonable in his prices. I was very happy with the work completed and transparency in pricing. A great, honest shop.

My SUV has 130,000+ miles on it. They took great care of me and its running great. New radiator and suspension. I feel confident I can get another 100,000 miles out of it. I would recommend Mag Motors to everyone.

I’ve always had great professional service from MAG motors. I used to be intimidated by car repairs but they make it easy to understand. Parts and labor are always reasonably priced, and the work is done quickly. I don’t trust anyone else with my car!

Excellent service. Had to have a coolant leak fixed. Diagnosed, part ordered, and fixed. Done. Two trips to shop, and all it took was just over an hour of my time. I spent more time getting an oil change at another establishment. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I have a 98 Porsche Boxster that I needed a motor swap on and I took it Mag Motors. They did the swap extremely quickly and for a really good price AND the motor runs like a champ! would definitely recommend for any and all car needs you might have, they are great guys.

I had my 09 VW Jetta Brakes repaired in my hometown of Springfield and was visiting Cleveland. While in Cleveland the brakes were acting up and seized at one point. Mag Motors is the only place I take all 5 of my car to have repairs done. I live in Westlake and its 10 minutes from my house. Reasonable hourly rate and fix right the first time. My three grown childrenalso go to Mag motors. This gem of a shop is a true find for Cleveland.Mercedes Benz trained mechanics can fix anything. Brake to engine rebuilds. My Infiniti G-35 oil leak was fixed right and the cost were extremely reasonable. More than Half below the dealer rate.

Im giving one star because zero is not an option.**DO NOT GO HERE**If you ask them for a quote and decide against their services; they will treat you terribly. I was talked too extremely rudely. When i arrvied at the shop to pick up my car they were closed...when the hours clearly stated they were open. When the guy working decided to show up she said: are you the girl with the buick? Are you going to pay for this? I took your whole car apart. He ignored me when I asked him for a paper quote and when I askes if there was availability on the weekend. Then he tried to charge me for the quote he wouldnt give me....ridiculous. After wasting 35 minutes of my time and trying to charge me QUADRUPOLE of what the actual repair cost me...this is by far the worst repair shop I have ever been too........BEWARE......

My Volkswagen was starting to over heat and after searching for someone who knew their way around German cars I found myself coming to mag motors. They had found my water pump to be broken they had my car done and back on the road in a day! These guys really know their stuff and I will always go back for all of my cars needs foreign and domestic!
