This was my third time returning to Spitzer Hyundai (formerly Rick Case) to renew my lease. I appreciated the patience our salesperson Larenz Wright has with me. We texted for a few months and discussed some of my end of lease options. After test driving two different vehicles I decided to go with the 2022 Tuscon and so far after a week of driving it I am very happy with my choice. Solid, smooth ride and transmission shifts easily. More cargo space for my SUP, bike and other stuff. I love the color, the daytime running lights on the front grille are eye catching. Love the new details and design of this vehicle.
Jovahan Lockhart has been my sales person for the last 3 cars I have leased. I have never felt pressured in the buying experience and always felt he knew the car I wanted to purchase. It’s also great that he’s been working with the same dealership so it’s been a very comfortable experience.

My experience with Spitzer Hyundai overall was most positive. The service personnel to a person were most helpful, pleasant, and professional. Communication with me regarding the status of my car and its repair also was excellent. My car currently is running well and, although it has been a short time since the repairs were done, the total job appears to have been completed sucessfully and completely. There does remain a point of confusion for me, although not one that in anyway adversely affects this review. From the tow truck driver to others in the area I know, the belief is that Spitzer Hyundai is a Hyundai Dealership. After my car was towed there I found that it is not. That means that some business practices customers are used to experiencing at a dealership are not necessarily the same as Spitzers. For example, my car needed major repairs, and I had assumed I would be offered the option of paying for them in three monthly payments as per my experience with a Hyundai dealership. Because Spitzer Hyundai is not a dealership, that option was not available to me.
My experience with Spitzer Hyundai has been nothing but nightmare. Larenz Wright was my salesman and I was pressured by him and to think that they will sale a vehicle that is not safe is unimaginable. This has been the worst experience I have had with a dealership. It has been two months since my 2017 Sonata was purchased and this vehicle is pure garbage, not worth driving.
Very friendly sales people. Welcoming atmosphere....just please invest in some water bottles for the customers lol otherwise Im glad I made my SUV purchase here
When we first arrived at 1:30ish i thought we had it made. The salesman Joe was taking great care of us but then after we decided on what car we wanted things slowed down way down. Granted we were paying cash straight up off the lot we should have been in and out situation. Well it wasnt because Joe started taking other ppl while we were still sitting there waiting. Ok long story short i think because we was not buying new or spending a huge amount we got put on the back burner. I mean we waited 20 mins for him to get tape for the temporary tag finally my husband went inside and had to ask for the tape and did ourselfs. Not a good place to go if you are not going to buy new. It took him from 1:30 until 6:30 to get use out of there.
To say I have given up on this dealership is an understatement. Only 8 months in with having my 2017 Hyundai Sonata (which only had 1 previous owner, 25,000 miles on it. Was told that it was in great condition) and already I had to have the front brake pads/rotors replaced. The ball joints snapped with no warning/cause. The rear brakes are now in need of replacement yet they say I have another 10,000 miles to go before I need them changed??? I had to have the shop look at my car before I could even pay the first payment. I have had all my concerns dismissed and I now feel like I am a burden to this dealership, when I should never feel this way. It has been looked at 5 times for the same issues since September of 2020. No one returns or answers my calls, and now only 5 days after getting it back from the shop (that they said they wouldn’t let me leave in an unsafe car) the rear brakes are basically gone and I can’t drive the car. Needless to say, ready to terminate my relationship with this car and dealership. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE THAT MY LIFE COULD HAVE ENDED DUE TO THEIR FAULTY VEHICLE.

Called in advance to see if I could drop my car off and the lady said yes and that someone will give me a call the following day to schedule a time. No one did so I ended up going on my own time to do so. But when I got there the guy who helped me was very nice about it and said that he will follow up which he did. So good job to whoever that guy was your amazing.
The service center was spacious and the staff were courteous. It is located very close to I90 on E200 th street. The place was clean. This was my first visit and I am impressed with the provided amenities like a nice customer waiting lounge, bagels, coffee and chocolate drinks and vending machines. Restrooms are clean. They did a good job with the manufacturer recommended inspection and replaced my brakes and windshield wipers along with oil filter change. I would have given them 5 stars if they gave a clean car wash. Despite the wash, there was a lot of mud and residue from driving in winter. I will visit them again in the future.

I hate this place first the man tried to make me feel like I didnt know what I was taking about, the place use to be Rick Case Honda and now there under a new name. So I told him in November this was the name and he says when I stated in February it was Hyundai. I said November come before February dummy. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

My husband and I had been looking for a new car to replace my existing car. We researched several quality reviews of various cars and found that Hyundai had very good ratings. We checked out local dealerships and were most impressed with the Cleveland dealership because of their Sales Associate Larenz Wright and GM Matt Reinhart. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by Larenz who showed us around in an extremely casual and friendly manner. A few minutes later we walked by Matt who I introduced himself and offered to provide any help we needed. Due to our comfort with Larenz and Matt we knew that this was our place to buy our car. We actually felt like we developed a friendship with them.
Awesome experience. Everyone did what they said they were going to do. Matt was a great salesman and knew the car I bought very well. Highly recommend them.
Todd and Joe were spectacular. I was very happy with their service and their dedication to making me feel like I was in a safe place (Covid-19 safe). I was pleased with everything, in fact, significantly more pleased than my last visit to Rick Case Hyundai. I was disappointed deeply last time and was pretty sure I would not get into my fifth car from them in the last 20 years, but I was pleasantly surprised and did just that.

I really like this location, it’s cleaned and the customer service is great. But on this visit, when my car was returned to the driver seat was dirty (seats are a cream color). The mechanics should double check their clothing prior to driving customers vehicle and or put a paper/plastic cover over the seat.

They were very helpful with my future DIL. She needed new batteries in her key fob and they were able to do it for her quickly and for an affordable price.
Vehicle was assessed at the proper time, issues were diagnosed correctly and corrective work performed promptly. Docked one star because they neglected to tell me that they dont resurface rear rotors even though the quote they gave me over the phone included this work.

Rick Case Service Department was outstanding. My 2020 Hyundai Elantra broke down in the middle of nowhere while traveling on Mothers Day. We had it towed to Rick Case Hyundai, and they quickly had it diagnosed Monday Morning and once Hyundai had approved the repair, they had the replacement transmission ordered. It took a few days to come in, but as soon as it arrived the service guys had the work completed and the car ready to go in less than 4 hours. Really appreciate everything they did. Too bad, we wont be near them for future service unless we break down near Cleveland again. If you are near Cleveland, then you should definitely go there.
I have come to this dealership on a few occasions solely because of the convenience of it being close to home. The young lady in the service dept. is so unprofessional and rude. She has no etiquette and really needs some customer service training.
Honestly I have to give props Mrs. Monique Ware for going out her way and looking out for me. Other than that I was not happy with the service. I brung my car in on Friday beacuse it kept cutting off and was told no rentals were available. So I was without a car for the whole weekend including Monday. I received a call from Mrs. Ware concerning talking about a new car and i explained to her the situation.It took her only ten minutes to get me a rental when the manager Pat just got off the phone with me saying there was none. So im very grateful to have someone that truly looks out for the customer. I feel like the service department was giving me a hard time about my car and they made it clear Friday they would not look into it on Monday. I just feel if it was not for her i would be given the run around about my car and ill be without a rental. Thank you Monique.
Monique and Sherman were wonderful. Monique was attentive and sensitive to my needs. I usually hate car shopping but she was so friendly and helpful. She was training another person and I told her that she was learning from the best! Sherman was very helpful with answering my questions and helping me setup the system in my 2019 Sonata.
Solid group of guys. Sale manager and his team were professional, nice and informative. I didnt feel like I was being ripped off. The transaction went smoothly all the way up to the end where I was taken to a room to sign the final paper work. There a gentleman explained my factory warrenty and then pushed hard to sell me a warrenty ontop of it. The additional warranty seemed like a decent deal and was fairly priced but I explained that we are on a tight budget and my car payment was at our limit so I could not add any more to my monthly payment . As soon as he knew I was not going to buy any additional insurance, he slipped into you are wasting my time mode and just rushed me on the paperwork and basically ushered me out of his office. Its a shame as the rest of the expierence was worth 5 stars. I would shop here again, but know you will get a hard sell on warranty during the final paperwork.

I bought my 2020 Hyundai Palisade from Monique this weekend. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. From everyone at Rick Case Hyundai we received friendly communication and were constantly asked if we needed anything. There was a few minor glitches with the new vehicle (as expected with a brand new model that just hit the lots) and they have already been very helpful in getting any kinks worked out. Lastly, they offer a warranty that covers double the years and mileage on my new vehicle.
Im from Florida I was having problems with my 2014 Hyundai Sonata the engine was giving me trouble I went to Universal Hyundai here in Florida and they kept giving me the run-around mind you the car whole engine is on recall basically they wanted to wait until I guess the engine fell apart for them to fix it or to do the recall cuz they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it it took my husband to drive down there to Ohio to take my son to college for the car to just stopped working in the middle of the highway the engine locked up on them and thanks to Hyundai. Theyre in Cleveland Ohio we have a brand new engine put in not even a week it was all said and done I appreciate everything you did for him I dont remember his last name but I believe he is the manager there Im so thankful Pat is his first name and for that you get five stars just because you took care of my son the right way thank you so much
I took my daughters car here with a flat tire. I only took it there because I was told that a special socket was needed to get it off. Apparently it had rusted, corroded lug nuts. So now I can either pay for another tow or just stay. If I only knew. They charged so much for labor claiming they dont deal with rusted lug nuts very often. Are you kidding me? Needless to say I paid about $300 just for them to take the flat tire off the car. I know dealerships are known for being expensive but this really was absolutely ridiculous.
Hyundai will sell you a full wrap warranty that doesnt cover anything. Dont waste your time or money.

Service was reasonable and helpful... parts not so much. I ordered a replacement mirror and was told it would be in a certain date. Come that date still not in. No worries, it got delayed a bit. 3 days later still no phone call... Finally call them, no answer. Have to go through sales to connect before they answer. Asked about it... Oh. Its been here since Monday. But of course nobody bothered to call me so I could schedule an appointment on my only days offUpdate: I went in to install the mirror; service was very helpful and prompt. And surprisingly it actually matched the car (I had not requested it be painted, I dont know if its coincidence or thats why it took so long). I still am frustrated, but the situation was rectified at least. I also still wont be dealing with parts again; Ill just go through a third party. But I will use service.
After spending 4+ hours working with the dealership, and being repeatedly guaranteed that “you are getting the car you drove,” luckily my husband noticed inconsistencies in what the sales team was saying vs. the paperwork. When we pushed for clarity on what we were going to be driving home in, while at first the sales rep again reassured us, when we continued to physically point to the differences, she finally recanted, and then tried to make it seem like that had always been what the plan was. I feel used, and bamboozled. Unfortunately, I definitely wouldn’t trust this location.

Right off of the bat, Shelley asked what features in a car were important to us. We were super impressed with his knowledge of vehicles on the lot. Shelley showed us two vehicles that got pretty close to what we were looking for but he sensed that we were not 100% sold. Then, he hit the nail on the head!
