Frank and his people know this business inside and out. I took my prized 1959 Pontiac there for repair work that no other shop would even quote for me. Frank assured me that he had the best man anywhere for the job and he proved that to me by doing exemplary work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs! I took my car here to get an estimate for what seemed like a somewhat minor, probably more cosmetic fix on the front bumper of my car. I wasnt even sure if it was going to be worth paying to get fixed depending on the cost since everything with cars always seems to cost a lot. They fixed it right then and there for me in like 10 minutes!! He wouldnt even let me pay him and Im fairly certain it was past their closing time, plus they gave my dog treats! I Its so rare to find such honest, kind mechanics/businesses who wont take advantage of or over charge you just because they can!

These people are kind, honest and very knowledgeable. Frank examined my extremely damaged car and gave an honest estimate and good advice. He really took care of our family, and while our car trouble has been a hardship, one nice thing that came out of our experience was discovering Second to None.

Frank and Liz and their entire team are simply the best. There approach to the customer reminds me of what a great surgeon once told me, A good medial professional does not need to make a bundle off every patient. Their original estimate was almost half what others estimated the work to cost and the work was beyond expectations. Get other estimates if you like, but get your work done here. You will not be disappointed. Be sure and ask about the Po Po special for all you first responders.

I had a great experience working with Liz and Frank to repair my vehicle. I have a Jeep Wrangle with a lot of after market upgrades, and was unsure if it could be repaired after my wreck. Frank was not only able to repair the custom bumper, but the new rhino liner coverage is better than before the wreck. I 100% recommend and will be using them for ALL of my vehicle maintenance!

I like dealing with a local shop where you get to talk to the owner directly. Frank and his staff are friendly and helpful. I used this shop twice in 3 months when both my wife and I were in separate accidents. They communicate well and will try to work with you to save money on your deductible if they can. I had a 2013 civic and a 2018 civic repaired here. Cars were cleaned inside and out which was nice.

Im trying to work with Frank about the windshield they installed in my 2014 ford F 150 truck the one they put in does not have the ford logo on itAnd Frank told me that He could GetMy truck towed cheaper than me soI trusted him and when I got the billIt was $145.00 to tow it 2 milesUpdate was able to work it out after talking with my insurance adjuster. Rust repair on hood of car was quick and looks great! Frank was straight forward and easy to work with - definitely knows what hes talking about. Would refer all friends and family here, no doubt.

If you live in Cleveland or anywhere even remotely close maybe a hundred miles maybe more but this is the best body shop Ive ever been to Frank does excellent work no one does it better and you dont get your car until youre completely satisfied and he guarantees his work for life so if you have to drag pull or tow your car if you need body work bring it here and tell your insurance company you want it taken here no matter what other shop they try to get you to take your car to you can take your car wherever you want and this is the place you want

Frank does great work and is very kind. someone backed into my van and mangled my bumper so bad that it was almost falling off. took it to second to none, and frank quoted me a very fair price to replace the bumper, but it was still out of my price range. instead, he offered to repair my original bumper for 1/8 of the price of a new one. highly recommend.

This place is a total joke! They might do good work but there customer service is a absolute joke! I was actually recommended to this dump by my dealership for a estimate on damage my vehicle received. After walking in the woman and owner behind the desk acted if I was bothering them when I told them I needed a estimate. After giving them my insurance information I sat down and waited and waited for 45 minutes without even being acknowledged while the owner sat behind the desk and had a meaningless conversation with another customer. I got up walked out and took my business elsewhere what a waste of time!

Drive your car in a lake AL CAN FIX IT! Drive your car off a cliff AL CAN FIX IT! Accidentally put your car through the crusher AL CAN FIX IT! HAIL, AL CAN FIX ANYTHING! The backbone of any company are the workers the men and women that put their lives into these companies. Without guys like Allen there would be no second to none. If you are a car guy you know quality and second to none is quality work. Very excellent work youd never be able to tell it wasnt done at the factory. Frank is kinda rough around the edges but hey all rich people are a little crazy and he always does good by the customers. Been recommending second to none for years and will continue to do so as long as Allen still works there. Also conveniently located right off of 71 and 150th. They are open monday thru friday 8am - 5PM closed on weekends. Give them a call and Tell Frank Tom sent me and I ONLY want Al working on my car PAL!!

Ive used this body shop several times of the past 10 years. Their operation has expanded from the small shop they used to have but the service has stayed stellar as always. I cant recommend enough. You dont get the usual runaround that a lot of the other auto body shops give you. Fair price for great service. Please dont change.

Nice people. Did a pretty good job on my Jeep, though I had to return it because fender wasnt snapped in place and a spot on fender wasnt buffed out as well. I messed it up quite a bit and it looked a lot better after they fixed it.
