I took my 2004 Sebring& Endeavor to discount auto body. The cost was somewhat fair,but the work done on my Endeavor was shoddy and dangerous which put my wife and I lives in peril. While driving through Holmes County. The left tire flew completely off the axel. The shop owner denied touching the wheel afterbeing the only one having the vehicle for three days. We were mortified! Not trust worthy, alcoholic, drug users working on cars. Do not trust them/ work could cost you your life!! Check BBB.

We were given a price we agreed on then dropped off to start four weeks later never heard back so we called them now owner says he cant do for that price so we agreed on new price three weeks later still not started we then removed from his property

After going to two other places then going to Discount auto body, I had them fix my car at far less then everyone else, and It looked so good I took another car in to get the rust handled and some paint work done. Nice work and great prices. Thank you for a good job!

I received 4 quotes, one for $2,200, two for $4,000 and one for $5,000. Needless to say I took the $2,200 quote which is the one Discount Auto body gave me. SMALL DISCLOSURE: their work is great and timely with the exception that some of the parts I had replaced didnt fit exactly right. For instance, where my bumper meets my hood the corner piece sticks out about a 1/8 of an inch...but not noticeable unless youre looking for something wrong (which I was). Overall great work, especially considering the price. AND the guy guaranteed me that if I found cheaper work anywhere else, to come back to him and hed beat it by $100.

I had them paint the bottoms of all my doors, inside and out on my Ford van. They did a very nice job. The vehicle was also washed before we picked it up.There were a few minor issues but Jim took care of it in a professional and timely manner.As a business owner myself, I wish more businesses took customer service like Discount did.

No fun paying for body work. Its not cheap wherever you go but these guys are probably the best deal in town $350 for a pretty decent dent just above the rear bumper and some paint on the scratched up bumper.The work was done perfectly, good as new.

Bought a truck from a used car lot deal was they had to have three spots fixed Dealer sent me to Mike needless to say the quality of work is below average had to come back 5 times I have overspray all over truck very unprofessional now I have to take to another shop and have redone out of pocket thanks mike and JasonDon’t believe theses reviews they are fake

I recently had my 2013 Dodge Challanger worked on at Discount Auto Body. They did an incredible job and had by far the cheapest price. They only took two days to do my car and when I get it back there was absolutely no sign of any paint work being done to my car! They made getting my car done fast and easy!

Good Quality workmanship - more than reasonable price. I highly recommend bringing any vehicle and paying for it out of pocket rather than going to the big name shops that cater to insurance claims. In my case: Big Name estimate thru insurance: $895 . Discount price -$350. Whats the difference? Big Name captures the average $500 deductible on the insurance claim. Plus you pay higher rates for the next few years in increased insurance premiums. Why overpay for the same level work? Pay out of pocket and save insurance claims for the larger casualties. BTW: Discount also handles your insurance claims if thats the route you choose.

The pros and cons about this body shop.Pros: They do a remarkable paint job. They are good at color matching and blending your car. Thier paint job is smooth, with no runs or inperfections.Cons: Thier coustmer service is very slow. Thier body work is ok and its not as much on point. The owner and the secretary or workers are hardly seen or any where to be found. Even if they working. Expect long time to be waited on or get your car back. Allow 4 or so days after you drop your car off. If you need body work done do it your self and bring your car in to be painted and blended.On my car. I had to return to them two days after I got my car back. Because, they had hung my new findder wrong and they broke my inside door handel.When i went back the fixed my door handel. They reajusted my finder. And they fixed my door handel. But, they jerryrigged it. All they did was fix it like a junk yard shop would do. They put a big screw in it. And on my finder they broke screws and put non after market screws in the findder.My suggestion is. If you need body work done do it yourself or someome else to do it. Over all they do a remarkable paint work.Most if all the workers are mexicain or portirican. They dont speak or understand English to well. So if you try to talk to them they wont anwser or understand you.Over all im very pkeased with the work they did for me and my car. Despite some of the cutting corner tactics they do. I will return to them again. But I will do my own body work next time.

WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Dishonest, unorganized, and skeezy; Id rather have a broken or unfinished car than let this garage work on it.
