I have nothing but good words for this location. Sometimes seeing so many 5 stars can make reviews seem fake but wow that is not the case here. I was selling my car and had 2 weeks before I moved. I told CarStar that I needed the car ASAP and they got it done in 5 DAYS. You know how busy things are with COVID. It says a lot. My car has gained $2000 in resale value from their work. The person at the front desk is superb. She actually calls you back and she is attentive and follows up. I found her very respectful and nice. I have had so many bad experiences with body shops and mechanics but this was spectacular - the car looks amazing. Thank you guys so much for fixing my car!

Carstar IGear Auto Body & Frame did an exceptional quality job on my car which had been hit by another car on the drivers side from the drivers door to the back of the car. The work done ok but after waiting a week with the car there they then started the work. Why have an appointment then. Could have been using car. When I picked it up the quarter panel louvers to also be installed weren’t. Had to wait for that and also the door trim I requested wasn’t placed. Not only not placed but they had to order them. It’s now 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for an answer on the door guards. I was told they would get back with me but when??? I waited to write review but I now don’t know if my order will ever be done.

This place is pretty awesome! They fixed and replaced the back end bumper area of my car after a tire blew out, causing a nice bit of damage. Color matches, no blemishes, looks amazing. They even gave me a loaner car while I waited for my car to be done. I would definitely go back to them.

Went in for a small out of pocket repair, unknown to me a chip had occurred above the windshield and started to rust. After many quotes, theirs was the lowest. The repair isnt noticeable at all, they took care of the metal work and blended the paint perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Had several rust spots on a black Mercedes. One right on the driver side door from when another car door dinged it. There were two chipped spots here and a long scrape along the edge of the door, unfortunately eventually they started to rust and I needed to get them taken care of along with a few other rock dings along the wheel wells that started to rust. Luckily I found iGear auto body, the pricing was great and I was surprised how affordable it was and the work was perfect, you can’t tell anything had even been done. They were very friendly and the work was done exactly when they told me it would be done, the quote also being exactly what they told me too. Looking at it now I would never have guessed there had ever been rust or work done.
