Easy to reach there from I-480 to Miles Rd, proceed westbound to Taylor Rd, facility in the end of the driveway, use the first entrance. Be aware there is not enough space for maneuvering. Very friendly staff and fast loading. Respect!

Our son bought our 13 year old daughter a smaller unit for her birthday in July. The unit only lasted a few weeks and then would not turn on. I encouraged my daughter to reach out to customer service. They not only responded quickly but offered to replace the unit. My son picked out a different unit that was much more expensive and we offered to pay difference. Customer service went above and beyond in this situation. My daughter is over the moon with her new beautiful unit that her brother picked out. Customer service responded quickly and was exceptionally nice in all of their correspondence. Not only did I teach my children how to write into a company about an item, the company also taught them that great companies still exist and stand behind their products. Thanks again for providing a beautiful product and for great customer service. Your company should be proud of their employees and how they handle themselves.

Let me say that my SpaRoom Experience has been completely amazing! I have the guardian and its the top of the line MUST HAVE! I LOVE SPAROOM for having this particular model and hope they keep this particular style in mind with different color bases to choose from. Ive tried others and they cant touch the guardian! 1,2,3,6 hours of pure heavenly flowing mist! Ive had trouble out of a couple of the other ones and almost gave up on SpaRoom but decided to call customer service and give them another chance. Im so glad I did. I was so hoping to find that they had a better kind. The customer service leader was AMAZING! She attended to me ASAP! She found one that she was confident that would satisfy me as it has many customers with almost zero complaints. Little did she know, my sister actually has this very one and I was super excited when I recieved mine! I used it the minute it got here! Its just heaven in my home! Thank you Customer Care Leader! Thank you Spa Room for this particular product! You guys truly deserved another chance. This is one happy customer!

The first box of SpaRoom rollers I received at the beginning of July, was gifted to me via my Upline. I was sending out a massive mailing of lovely blends to our Team, because everyone could use a little love arriving in their real-live mailboxes right now, amiright? This was two boxes of 12 rollers with inserts and lids and 60 blank labels. Had I the slightest inkling what was about to happen, I’d have opened them over the trash or the sink. A total of 6 bottles were chipped, tiny little shards of blue glass scattered over my table and onto the floor. I have a dog, three cats and am always barefoot. The caps were covered in scratches and there were no labels included in either box. One of the bottles had an old torn label stuck to it. There was zero New Car Smell in this package. I spent over an hour cleaning up all that glass, combing the floor on hands and knees. It was hugely frustrating. Plus, I have a deep fear of broken glass.I explained this to my Upline who was very displeased and contacted SpaRoom directly. We tried again. This time two boxes of the same contents were shipped directly to me. Same experience.When I gently rolled the bottles out over a paper towel in the sink, I found shards of blue glass in the bottom of the container. One bottle had broken in shipping and was manufactured with sharp jagged edges round the bottom. And two more had the same kind of bottom. Lots of scratch caps. Everything covered in a light dust. In terms of how they ship, they basically just pile the bottles in a flimsy box in the bottom half, then insert a smaller box into the top half for the caps and balls, pile a little bubble wrap beneath the bottom of the container, and then ship it in a box.So after my Upline spoke with her contact at SpaRoom one more time, they shipped me 12boxes of roller bottles with all the accessories, in one big box. What arrived was one small box containing one box of roller bottles. The label stated I had received a total of 12 boxes. I called my Upline. They called SpaRoom. Rinse and Repeat with hopefully better results. This one box contained no broken bottles. This should not be a cause for celebration. This should be the norm. Things were dusty and the labels were missing, but the caps weren’t scratched and the bottles were shiny and new looking.When the box of 12 arrived, I knew I was going to have to unpack every single one all at once. And not in the house. Just a ridiculous use of my time, and with five autoimmune diseases that time is very limited, but I could not knowingly bring boxes that likely contained shards of broken glass into my home. Especially since three weeks from that first unboxing, I’m still finding little shards in places I didn’t reach, and the area of my foot where I had to dig a piece out is just healing.It took me nearly nearly 2.5 hours to unpack them all, and based on experience, I took a lot of precautions. Layered the patio with paper, then put the box on it. Doc Martined my feet and double gloved my hands. So glad I did! Of the 12 boxes of roller bottles from the latest and last shipment I want to receive from Spa Room, the stats are: 6 chipped bottles. Multiple shards of glass in each of those 6 boxes and stuck to some of the labels. Probably around 50 severely scratched tops. And labels that are wrinkled, stained and sometimes torn. Many pictures will hopefully accompany this post. Idk the limit. But if not, feel free to contact me.It is ironic to me that my intention with these bottles is to spread some happy, and yet what was delivered to me is just the opposite. Just the opposite of a service, in fact. Your customers should not be made to feel that they have to worry about getting hurt when opening your products. Your customers should not be receiving products that look used. Your customers should be receiving exactly what you promise: A Spa Experience.

I purchased a SpaRoom diffuser from a third party vendor. It didnt work. The vendor wanted me to pay shipping back, so I emailed SpaRoom Customer Service directly. Explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. Received a reply the NEXT DAY. The customer service rep, Ashley, apologized for the non-working unit and offered to send a replacement. She offered models that were more expensive than the one I originally purchased. I picked the one I wanted and thanked her for the prompt reply. I received the replacement 2 days later. It works better than I had hoped for. SpaRoom stands behind their products 100%. No hoops to jump through. A company that is honorable and showed the highest amount of integrity I could hope for.

I purchased a Sparoom diffuser from this company a while back and some how lost the directional piece. Decided to contact the company for the purchase of a replacement piece and was thoroughly amazed at the customer service I received. Customer service these days is so lacking in companies but this company goes above and beyond in its service to customers.I will recommend this company to family and friends as I know they will fall in love with them as I have. First of all, the diffusers are great. Love the features and the look. But the best part is the Customer Service. I had a problem with my diffuser and Liz took excellent care of me. I cant thank her and Sparoom enough for the way they treated me and how quickly they took care of the problem. There is no substitute for this kind of great service.

Awesome customer service from Kayla and Sparoom ! Unfortunately my dog broke my bowl diffuser and living in Brazil make it even harder to replace - but this was not a problem for Kayla from customer service :) she kindly answered my questions at the beginning and was able to send my new bowl to my hotel in Orlando without any cost, thus meeting my need perfectly in my brief passage through US. I do recommend both the product and the company that responds quickly and gently when we have problems. Kayla, you rock!

Awesome customer service.In this day and age, customer service is very important in a successful business.My wife was given a diffuser as a Christmas gift. The remote stopped working even with a new battery. When I e-mailed the company, Kayla quickly responded and told me she would send a new one out. Once I sent her the mailing details, she quickly responded telling me one is on the way. Smile.

I am so grateful to SpaRoom! First, I love my diffuser. It is beautiful. Second, the customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my diffuser and sent it in for repair or replacement. I received it back and the problem was fixed (somehow I had lost the inner cap in a move, which I didnt realize. They gave me a new inner cap free of charge). Kayla the customer service rep was friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from this company again!

I am a teacher and was given a Sparoom diffuser as an end of the year gift. I wrote into customer service asking a question as I couldnt see steam coming out the top. Verbally abusive CEO who forces employees to write bogus positive reviews. Les, the CEO regularly screams at employees, threatens them, and fires anyone who questions any of his poor or unethical judgement (for example falsely claiming he uses natural ingredients).He also forces his employees to write bogus positive reviews on Google. (Notice how may of the positive reviews are by users who have only posted 1 review - ever - and that was to give Spa Room a positive review - that is review stuffing).

I was gifted a new, but discontinued model of ultrasonic diffuser which turned out to have a faulty power cord and would not turn on. I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped out a replacement, which fixed the issue! I understand that these things do occur with manufactured products. To me, the most important thing is how the company responds, and SpaRoom has proven to be fantastic about backing up their products and finding solutions! The customer service rep that I worked with, Liz, was absolutely professional and very helpful. Also, I absolutely love the aesthetic of the diffuser and it works very well! I certainly plan to purchase another in the future and will refer my friends to SpaRoom as well!

I bought three of the oils in a package - they were very good and the scent of them lasted for a long time. I then bought the citrus blossom. Couldnt smell anything. I sent an email to their customer service telling them that. The response: thank you. I then sent another note saying that I was not satisfied with the citrus blossom and wanted a different scent as a replacement. The email i received:Paraphrased: I asked around to get an opinion..our oils are 100% pure...Some people are more sensitive than others...its different from person to person. Thanks for responding a second time around. Talked about being told to FO!I am not one to want free stuff, but I thought a replacement was in order. Extremely poor customer service.

Excellent customer service from Kayla and Sparoom. My Sparoom diffuser started to make an annoying noise. I contacted Sparoom about it. First, Kayla suggested a cleaning method that might get rid of the noise, but that didnt work. She then offered me a return authorization. Essentially, I was allowed to send in my diffuser for a new one. I did not expect that at all because Id had that diffuser for quite some time. I received a new diffuser shortly after sending in my old one. I appreciated that very much and am now enjoying my new diffuser.

I really love my diffuser! Every winter I have had a problem with cuts on my hands due to dry skin. I purchased a diffuser to see if it would help this problem. I did not have one cut this last winter! I also enjoyed the variety of wonderful smells the oils provide. When I experienced a problem with my diffuser Kayla, from customer service, was extremely helpful. She contacted me immediately and took care of the problem. What a great experience. The attention I received from Kayla in the SpaRoom customer support department was exceptional. While the product I purchased had stopped working, and my confidence was diminished, Kaylas assistance and level of professionalism in dealing with a dissatisfied customer (me) was beyond impressive. My faith and loyalty to this company is restored and an upgraded diffuser is en route. I had misplaced my cord as it had been awhile since it was used. I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped out a replacement cord. However there must have been something wrong with my scentifier, because the cord didnt work in it. I contacted Liz again and she promptly sent out a new scentifier the same day! I understand that these things do occur with manufactured products, but to me, the most important thing is how the company responds, and SpaRoom has proven to be fantastic about backing up their products! I will definitely recommend this company to any and all family and friends!

My husband purchased a ultrasonic diffuser from this company for me because I am trying to get pregnant and I suffer from very severe anxiety. I needed something to go beside my bed for aromatherapy at night to help with PTSD nightmares and flashbacks. When the machine first arrived, the intermittent setting did not work. I overlooked this issue because I really didnt need an intermittent setting. I wanted the machine to run until the water ran out or until the safety shut off kicked in. I used the machine with no problems on The Daily and I cleaned it out every day as well. I follow directions explicitly. I only use 100% pure & organic essential oil. Over time, just about three weeks, the top ended up fusing to the bottom so I could not get to the water reservoir and the buttons became stuck on the machine. Given the fact that it was already not fully operational when it arrived, I assume there was something wrong with the machine and I tried to clean it out thoroughly to fix the issue. Nothing worked. I contacted the company through the email listed on their website and a woman named Susan emailed me back. She set up the conversation to be in a line with their warranty policy. Basically, she accused me of using non 100% pure essential oil. The first question she asked me when I complained about the problem I was having was, What brand of oil are you using? Im assuming they are going to say that because I did not use their oil, I am responsible for the damage to the machine. This is not true. I have owned many diffusers over the years and I actually have one in my car right now and I know how to use these things. Ive dealt with essential oil all of my life and I know how to use them as well. After a few more back-and-forth emails with Susan she said that she would replace the unit after I provided my order details and proof of purchase. I sent her screenshots from my purchase at Bed Bath & Beyond and she responded with the information that I was responsible for shipping the unit back to them, they would then evaluate the unit and determine if it was dysfunctional or if it was operator error. Then, they would either repair the machine and send it back to you or replace it or I guess just send your piece of crap machine back to you. I told Susan that this was completely unacceptable and I have never encountered a warranty that required any money out of the consumer. She never advised me of the warranty policy until after she agreed to replace my unit. She became increasingly angry because I was not accepting her answers and finally emailed me back and all bold capital letters asking me how I would like to proceed and attached the warranty policy to the bottom of the email. I advised her that I would like to proceed by reviewing her company wherever it was possible and also reporting this issue to the Attorney Generals office of Ohio and the Better Business Bureau of Ohio. That is exactly what Im working on right now. This is my first review and this same review will be posted wherever I can post it. Im a housewife with no children and Im a writer for a living so I have plenty of time to focus on this. I know the machine was only $50, but it was $50 of my familys money. Money that could have gone to something for my future child. This company is a rip-off. Go to Walmart and buy yourself an ultrasonic diffuser there. You can find them for as little as $10. They work just as well and have the same features. It may not light up and look fancy, but it works. That is all that matters to me. So, buyer beware.

I have had several of the white Spa room diffusers. One quit recently, but it lasted about a year. The white ones put out a lot more mist than the two black ones I purchased recently, so Im disappointed. Called Unitrex this morning and they said I could try using less water..............but, that means I have to half-fill it more often. Hummm.
