Me and my sisters just moved into our new house and we looked around for the best prices on used appliances. The Plug had the best prices around. They have excellent service answering all of my sisters questions. Everything was delivered when they said it would be. They hooked everything up even setting the clock on the stove. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone that needs good appliances.

My daughter needed a refrigerator for her 3rd floor apartment (house).There were many options to choose from. They were clean and had new shelves and drawers in the refrigerators. I brought a whole house of appliances refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and Dryer and deep freezer etc..for my rental and weeks later when my tenants moved in they used the washer that was not working properly, thats when i gave them a call to tell them about the problem that i was experiencing and with out no hesitation the sent a repair man to my home a resolved the issue...great service experience!! and i would highly recommend them to anyone in the future..thanks again....BLACK OWNED!!!

I bought a washer and dryer from them it got delivered and the same day the washer didn’t work. I called them the next day and they brought a new one that day and I didn’t have to wait long. The delivery drivers made sure that I was taken care of they even cleaned their mess. I’m very satisfied with the services that were provided. I definitely we’ll be buying from them again.

I picked my stove on a Friday and was told Wednesday, of the following week, was the delivery day and it would be between 9-4pm. I live 3 minutes away. So I figured I would be first. I asked a family member to stay and wait because I had to work. I didn’t get my stove until I got home after 5:15pm! I wish someone had told me when the date was set up that they deliver furthest to the closest. On top of that my oven came with a deep dent on the side that wasn’t there when I bought it. ( which could’ve been because it was in the truck being moved all around the whole day). I know things happen. And I understand there was a delay because of the lift but no one called me and said anything, even after the 4 o’clock delivery time passed. I had to keep calling and make sure I was still getting it. I know I paid for a scratch and dent item, including new dents made before delivery, so I guess I got what I paid for. In what could have been a 3 minute ride to drop off, ended up being a long day for my family and more damages to my oven. That was not good service.

They are a scam I had my deep freezer for less then 6 months it is no longer freezing and they keep giving me sub contractors number to get it fix. They put parta in it to keep it barely functional.

I Bought a refrigerator from them on 7/6 got it delivered 7/10 within a week of having it, the refrigerator stopped working. I had to throw away all of my food. I called out to inform them on the situation they came out checked it and told them that I would need to be reimbursed from the lost items they did that and also fixed the situation. Within another week I called out once more being I had the same issue spoke to someone that was very rude cut me off in mid sentence as if I was inconveniencing them when I’m the one who’s being inconvenienced being that I keep taking a lost on food and cash. Long story short it’s best just to go to Home Depot and or Lowe’s they’re nice people despite of the man whom I had spoken with but it’s just best you take your money and get what you pay for without any malfunctions.

The employees were very friendly and courteous. I was able to find the appliances that I needed at a very good and affordable price. They answered every question I had very quickly, politely and knowledgeable. I was able to also schedule the delivery on the date that I acquired with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend them.

Good place to get a discount on used appliances. Make sure you understand the warranty before purchasing. IMO, you are better off having it delivered.

If I was able to give this company more than five stars, I would’ve. They have a large variety of great appliances at very affordable prices and the owners of the company go above expectations to meet customer satisfaction. Their communication, understanding and professionalism are outstanding as well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be back soon.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!They are liars, they have no idea who I am. I walked out and never made a scene. He tried to fix the bad review by lying. If he lies about this, why wouldnt he lie about a sub par appliance that he is selling you.I would never step foot in there again. If someone is in your business ready to spend $2600, you would think they wouldnt be so rude.You have me mistaken, you never asked me to leave and I dont act like that. I know you may be trying to fix your bad review but you are now adding liar to you business too.

The shop isnt much to look at, but the staff and great prices more than make up for any shortcomings. Jay does a great job promoting and selling the stores products with professionalism and courtesy. I drove from PA to purchase a stove and would absolutely do it again for future purchases.

Good appliances i recently purchased a washer from these guys they are Very professional and my washer works great they were right on time my washer had broken the day before and they tended to my needs. They are very affordable and will work with you on the price. They have many paying options and most of all that i liked they are family oriented.

Robert is a very kind and amazing person. A few months ago I put a deposit on a stove but ended up moving and not being able to take it. Not only did Robert remember me he offered me free delivery as a courtesy from my non-refundable deposit. I am very excited to receive my new fridge today, only 24 hours after I purchased it!! Took my brother there on 4/25/20 he was looking for a refrigerator and found a very nice one, was in his price range and works great, I was hoping to find a small freezer for my apartment but you only had larger one. Staff very friendly and takes care of business.

Prices werent as listed and def not much for new appliances disappointed with the drive. I went elsewhere and got a brand new washer for less than they charged for a used one. There was stuff marked one price yet staff claimed it was $200 more than marked on the item.

This place has a great selection with very affordable prices. He was so kind, after about a month after I purchased a dryer, it started to make a very loud sound and stopped working, called to let them know and they sent a us a new one to switch out the very same day. You dont get service like this any where else. I plan to reccomend and become a return customer in the future!

Their hours posted online and the door are inaccurate. Trying calling them before you plan a trip here. They advertise that they have a large selection of used appliances but they don’t. You may find the deal your looking for, but having a full conversation over the phone of what they actually have in stock will save you some time and effort.

I had originally bought from the The Plug because of all their five star reviews. I had trouble with almost every appliance I had bought from them but they did honor their warranty. Of two fridges, one stove and two washing machine, only one washing machine worked well from the start. I am extremely disappointed by my most recent experience. I had bought three appliances for for $1,260.00 and had prepaid $100.00 in delivery charges. I pre-paid $1,360.00 for everything. Of those three appliances, I only took delivery of one fridge that was valued at $260.00. To get to the point, I had waited about three months to take delivery. They did call me once to tell me that they wanted to arrange delivery and that there would be storage charge. When I did call to arrange delivery, they informed me that there was $875.00 in storage charges and that I would have to pay $60.00 for delivery even though I had pre-paid in full. When I objected they told me to look at the disclaimer in 4 point type at the bottom of my invoice that directed me check their website for warranty information. I could find nothing in about storage fees. I offered to pay $200.00 just to get my appliances. The owner called me liar and then hung up on me when I objected to the unreasonable and unclear charges that had been imposed. The only way to describe my experience with this business was that they stole $1,000.00. You might get a semi-reasonable appliance from them but I would avoid these people at all costs.
