I got an amazing front load washer and dryer and range stove at an amazing price! Great condition! The movers were so professional and made sure everything worked properly. They took down a sliding door I had to make sure everything fit well and made sure they put it back. They also made sure they delivered at a small fee. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience! 5/5 stars!We saw the range we wanted on the Facebook Marketplace, walked in and bought it in cash that day, though they did have an option to buy on credit. The range was delivered and installed a few days later for a very small fee of $50 as we lived pretty close. During the delivery, they were both kind and professional. Everyone wore masks, both in store and during the delivery. The process was super easy and quick, and our purchase came with a 90 day warranty. We got the original receipt, and they kept a copy on file in the office. This family owned business is extremely professional, kind, hardworking, and socially conscious! Ive bought three high end appliances in the last six months from OJ. They saved us at least $1,500 over what the same appliances would have cost new. Theyre honest, easy to work with, and fair. One word of advice: their inventory flies out of the store almost as fast as they offer it, so dont count on something being there after you sleep on it.

Don’t shop there very unprofessional! bought a Refrigerator in June two days later my fridge was leaking water and my freezer keep freezing my food to the point it was frost on it be calling and calling and calling kept getting excuses than it was a family emergency that cause them to be down for a month! Now today I finally got a fridge only for it to be to big for my kitchen call them again she basically said it was out of her hands and there nothing she can do about it .yeah bad customer service and bad business don’t go there!!!

The price was great. The refrigerator I purchased, the themoersture is stuck on the highest temperature and it freezes. However, I still love it. The biggest issue I have is the fact that when it was delivered, the drawers fell out and were seriously cracked ... almost shattered. The delivery guy/owner said hes bring me replacements that following Saturday. I have called several times, been down there and still have not received the replacements for the drawers he broke. It has been almost AN ENTIRE MONTH and all I hear are excuses after excuses. 1st, family emergency, then another emergency, then they got sick, then they didnt have em in stock and she told me to send her pictures of the model and serial numbers and I did. STILL NOTHING. I paid $400 for a refrigerator and due to their negligence the drawers fell out into the road when bringing it into the house and Sha broke and I have to go thru all of this to get replacements? Horrible.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went to buy a stand up freezer. During negotiations thelady behind the desk was so unpleasant that we walked out wondering what makes her so nasty. You couldnt give me a freezer from here if it was free!!!! If you go here you will regret it.

Worst service ever! We received our washer and the motor was already broke on our first load!! To get it fixed is a hassle too! They only service on Saturdays! I purchased a stainless steel refrigerator and gas range from this store in late August 2018. These items cost me $825, by no means were they in expensive. I had them delivered to my rental property. In November the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and stopped working. I called the company and it took them over a week to get out and replace it. In early December well using the oven the handle fell off, it appeared that it was just gorilla glued into place. The final straw was this week, the new refrigerator that was delivered stopped working. All of my food spoiled, and again, it leaked all over the floor. I contacted the owner and she advised me that my warranty had expired last month. I explained that I realized it was just a three month warranty on the original purchase but since that broke I figured the warrantee it would be extended to this refrigerator, she stated this was not the case and I would have to pay a service charge to fix the broken appliances. I have had these items for less than four months and both have broken more than one time. I would never buy anything from this place again. Buyer be warned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold me a gas stove that didnt work, even after the owner lady told me that they thoroughly check every appliance before it goes out. The burners didnt work properly and the oven didnt work at all. It took WEEKS for her husband to come to the house. He told us that he would replace it. After WEEKS of waiting and me making multiple trips to their store asking them when the stove would be replaced, they kept telling me they didnt have a gas stove. But they kept advertising new ones on Offer Up, Letgo, and Facebook. Finally, my husband and I just showed up with the gas stove. Yes, we took it back. The owner lady told me I had to have my receipt for a refund, even though I had already showed her my receipt in order to get her husband to come to the house to look at it. They knew me very well. I had called and showed up numerous times. My attorney sent them a letter demanding my refund. She wrote to him saying she mailed him a money order. He said he never received it and she never issued another one. These people are liars and they rip off their customers.Read other reviews carefully. One lady talked about having a hard time with them and after some time, they did right by her and they were nice. Yes, they are nice to your face but they have a dagger to your back! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
