When I walked into Electronics Express in Cleveland, TN I was feeling a little overwhelmed. I had been looking for over a week for appliances for my new home and I needed everything. Bob immediately greeted me as I walked into the store, asked if he could help, and let me know he was available for questions when I was ready. After I determined what I wanted he was so helpful to answer my questions. I took some time to think things over and when I returned later in the day to make the purchase he made it so easy for me. It was so refreshing to get such great service, affordable prices, and low cost delivery and installation. Thank you Bob for making this such a great experience for me! I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for any type of electronics.

They have good sale prices, I always look for a good deal when Im here, the sales reps are all friendly and helpful and they have alot of electronics to choose from. Purchased subwoofers in box, amp and a new radio for my car here and got a great deal.

Oh,Where do I start? The lady over appliances was just amazing!! I got my Dishwasher for 799 and they have it!! Unlike the only places I usually go and thier price was over 60 more!! I got a Refrigerator That they again they have for over 200 less and in stock.And they have 60mo.free fiancing unlike the 24 I was trying to beg for at the other two places.I was in Cleveland,Tn.And I can not sing thier praises enough!! Had never heard of them my Daughter in Law had gotten thier appliances there.I can not sing thier prsises enough!!!!

Normally I really enjoy electronic express. But I bought a floor model and got it home and it didnt work. I called after being told it was going to be weeks before they send out the replacement part from the manufacturer and asked if I could just return it but I was told no.

Super slow service. Everyone walked around and took forever to get any help. Had an online pickup took over 20 min to have someone help me they all acted like it was their first day. Told me that online pickups can only be done on one computer yet they have that computer tied up doing a credit application while the computer for the credit applications sat empty. I thought this was a electronics store yet they all depend on one computer. I finally did get what I came for. Im sure they have good stuff and good prices just be prepared to wait.

We chose Electronic Express because it was closer than driving to Chattanooga. Sooo glad we did! Chase was the associate who helped us. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and services. Collin Godrey and his posse were Freaking awesome!We had an issue with Lowes and Whirlpool. Both places said they had sets, but once we had a delivery date, they kept pushing it back. We went to home depot and 4 different sets were on back order for at least 21 days. We walked right into electronic express and found 3 different sets we liked. Within 15 minutes they loaded our new washer and dryer and brand new T.V. We will be doing all of our new appliance shopping there!

Save your self the embarrassment from shopping at this electronic express I was accused of shop lifting the first I step foot in the dump by an employee named Justin Harper who apparently had me on video shoplifting multiple lab tops at the Time but shows up to court and says it wasnt me in the video this cost me three grand for bail and attorney fees for something I had absolutely nothing to do with charges were dismissed..so if your thing about shopping or checking this place out save your self the embarrassment and leagel fees

I went here for the very first time to get a deep freezer in the midst of the current pandemic we are experiencing. I was very impressed with Shane, he was very knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful. I was approved for a line of credit with them and he helped me choose a new washer and dryer as well as an xbox one. I was fortunate enough to get the last deep freezer they had in stock, and Shane even loaded it into my van as well. I highly recommend this place for any appliance or electronic needs!

I waited in the car audio section for 30 minutes straight, walked around the store for for 10 minutes and waited another 20 minutes back in the car audio section and not one associate offered any help or greetings. The store had merchandise I wanted to buy, but there wasnt anyone to help me do it. Terrible customer service, wont return again

Today I was buying my husbands last gift. I explained he was with me could they bag it in a dark bag. Gentlemen said we dont have any. He then ask one of the ladies working if they had any boxes. Very professional. They helped us answered every question we had, wasnt rushing us, or getting rude (like walmart was). Also their prices were cheaper on the laptops than walmart was. Will most definitely be going back. (Walmarts cheapest laptop in stock was $400 plus tax vs electronic Express $179 plus tax)

I bought a Bose sound bar at the Cleveland, TN store. I noticed that the box had been opened. The sales person told me that the bar was not a return and that the staff opens the boxes to confirm it’s contents. When I got the product home and opened the box I found it to be dusty with fingerprints on it and the packaged accessories opened. When I pay $900 for a product, I expect it to be new. I returned the product but not without some run around. This isn’t my first negative experience with this store but it will definitely be my last.

When they are trying to be helpful, they seem very pushy. A lot of the electronics/ electronic props in this store are very out of date. They have a pretty large selection though less that major competition. The only downside is that inventory often seems inaccurate so you should call and verify stock on things like appliances before you go. The last 2 times I have went to the store, their website claimed items were in stock, but when I got to the store, they were actually out of stock.

Recently brought my mother in to buy a Amazon fire stick as her other streaming device was having issues. This was a great experience, Justin and Bell were extremely helpful in the process. My mother is on a fixed income and had seen the item on Amazon for a good price. Bell and Justin did everything they could to match the price on Amazon which took awhile because they had to contact there corporate office. They were so kind and patient and even offered a massage chair while we waited and answered all the questions she had about the device. Two top notch folks here that genuinely care about people. I ended up bringing the TV back anyway because I wanted the same size that I had and I picked out the wrong size somehow mine look like a 56 inch and it was only 42. But they return it without any problem and carried it out to my car thank you very much

Markus was very helpful and informative when we were trying to pick out a TV. He also didnt pressure us to get anything that was out of our price range which was really nice and comforting. He also never lost patience with us even when we had him go back once or twice to go check something else out... I highly recommend asking for him if you go to Electronic Express for your purchases.

Selection of quality laptops is not terrible, but limited. Wanted to buy a new laptop that day, settled on a MacBook, and wanted to find a salesperson to talk over payment options. After 45 minutes walking around the computer section and 10 minutes standing at the front desk, I was never offered service by 3 different salespeople or the store manager, all looked directly at me and turned the other way. Eventually, I decided to buy an $1100 MacBook off of Amazon instead of buying there and forcing someone to help me who clearly did not want the commission from my purchase. Everyone wonders why brick and mortar is dying. Can’t wait for my laptop to be delivered by Amazon instead.

I was very satisfied with the handling of a problem I had with my new dishwasher. Salesman Sean Carroll spoke with several people in management before the issue was resolved.
