I usually frequent Bed Bath and Beyond for a lot of great items and gadgets that you could use in the kitchen as well as other areas of your home. Unfortunately- their company decided not to renew their sports sections and have stopped selling all types of sports memorabilia for the different teams and leagues. The real issue was that they needed to lower the price on some of the items and they would have sold very well. This store chain would be good for a wedding registry or anything else of that measure- but I would reconsider going here unless they reinstate some of the products and areas of items they got rid of.

The store staff were very polite.

They have very nice items and was well stocked except they didnt have many washcloths, which was one of the items my Mom was was looking for. The employees there were pleasant. We lost the store closer to home due to closure, but this one is only 20 minutes away via I--480, so overall its worth the trip.

Not very crowded service was great, there was a sale going on also.

Was looking for id tags for suitcase and they had them. I had looked at 3 stores before going to them and had no luck. Love that they have lots of various items.

Just came for bath sheets and wash clothes and ready to go back and shop 😌some more every time I come to this location. I am refreshed the clerks were very helpful. I will continue to keep them in mind Strongsvilles location is on top of there game. I love being to choose. Sadly the North Olmsted store closed but there I receive great service and I have some products that are still lasting. Keep shopping 🛍😌🙂

Found a great air fryer for son in law for his birthday. Hes a great cook. Great price on aur fryer. Employees very helpful.

For some reason, this location is much easier to get around than the last time I was there about a month or a month and a half ago. There are fewer displays blocking the aisles and moving a cart through the store doesnt require forcing past counters with miscellaneous items. Good job guys in making shopping here a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This was the worst store i have ever been in. My mother n i were standing inside by the doors waiting for our ride because it was cold outside and they called the cops on us to escort us out because to them it was weird that we were standing there?? Never in my life.. Especially in this time were its important to be nice to others.. Have i ever been so embarrassed n treated this way. I hope they are all nice n cozy why we freeze waiting for our uber. Merry christmas to them.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Was very displeased with curbside service. I placed an order online, pulled up in the curbside parking spot. Did the check in thing, waited and waited. After 5 or 10 mins a guy comes out, umm hey what did you order? Did not scan my bar code, didnt have any paperwork. He went back in store brought out the item, I used my trunk button to open the trunk. He put the item in the trunk and before I could hit the button to close the trunk, he forced the trunk closed (there is a button for that). My trunk did not like that. I then had to get out to male sure I had the correct item and make sure the trunk was okay. The level of communication was awful.The item purchased did not meet my expectations and I had to return the following day. The return of the purchase went more smoothly than the curbside pickup.

So much smaller thank the BB&B I am use to in Clearwater Florida.I actually asked if they were remodeling or closing?I was told the location in Beachwood is more what I would expect (unfortunately I am not driving that far).Very strange set up. The store seemed disorganized, not a good flow at all.The selections were at bare minimum.I believe this is a miss for me folks, I would definitely recommend shopping on BB&B website for a huge selection of items.Or if you are in the Beachwood area take a peek. If you are in Florida check out the Clearwater location for AMAZING shopping.Sorry to say this is a no for me.

What I was looking for was 1000 thread count bed sheets. Were out of stock but the staff person was very helpful. Let me know when they would be getting another shipment delivered. Store was clean and well organized.

Never been here before this day and have always heard people talk about how addicting the place can be. Unfortunately I do not share this addiction and I was only slightly impressed but nonetheless its a great store and as many things one could want my only issue is that a little outside my price zone for very simple things but after reading the new the labels and ingredients I see Im buying more of a label than a product this is not something I usually take part of it but couldnt help buying a candle anyways. Couldnt say no to something that smells like vanilla and was on sale.

They advertise on tv that they carry stuff and then when you get to the store they tell you to order it on line.....thats not right.....

I treasure my 20% coupons from Bed Bath like they are gold. I really like the items they stock in their housewares section. I bought a piece of pottery for my living room from A&B Home. It works perfectly in my home.

Love the store. Employees are extremely helpful but the checkout area needs work. No one knows where to go. It would help if you put in a rope system for the busy days and remove all the merchandise near the checkout.

Went there without really knowing what I needed. Then an associate named Ashley came up and asked me if I needed any help. She was not only patient and friendly but also very knowledgeable about pretty much everything. Walked out of there with everything I needed. Hopefully the management knows that they have a tremendous asset on their hands. Ashley made it a successful and pleasant experience for me.

This is one of those stores where I could spend hours just wondering around looking at everything! I love it here. They have a lot of stuff for your home! Oh yeah.....COUPONS!! Stackem! They will take multiple and expired. No complaints!
