Awesome experience, I called and they answered in 3 rings. Knew exactly what I was describing and told me they had it. When I walked in they remembered my call and had the part ready. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in three minutes. (Which is fast and ideal when you need to get your washer up and washing.) If you need parts or have questions I would check these guys out first!

I have used V & V Appliance in Garfield Hts. on a number of occasions since moving to the Cleveland area back in the early 2000s.They have been extremely helpful and are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable. Between the two guys there, they can not only figure out a problem, but they can also give great advice, tell you what to look for, what to look out for and if they feel you are on the right track, they will give you advice on how to fix it.I think the two guys there, I think Ed and Bob ( I am not sure if these guys own the place) but they are great guys and an asset to V&V Appliance whether or not if they are the owners.Best regards.

Simply amazing! This owner (Turney location) is simply one of the best there is with knowledge of so much. I purchased a heating element for my Duet dryer and he then proceeded to explain how to check the thermostats if there still was an issue. Thanks V&V for being there for us little guys!!!

I went in for some dryer parts in Cleveland and it was recommended to me to purchased the kit instead of the individual parts. Very nice staff. They had a belt for my GE dryer that I bought in 1977! They also provided me with a diagram of how to install the belt. Very helpful!
