Found Appliance Parts Pro through a google search when trying to diagnose a dryer problem where the dryer wouldnt start. The video on how to disassemble was excellent and I was able to do the repair on my own. It was time consuming but it was well worth the time investment. Ive never been steered wrong and on more than on occasion, when I thought I knew what was wrong they ensured I ordered the correct parts to do things right the first time. I kept an old stacked combination washer/dryer out in my shop working until the tub wore a hole through. Quickly found the part I needed to repair the top rack of my Whirlpool dishwasher. The original part was made of cheap plastic that wore out after 2 years. Living in rural Alaska where we have to do everything ourselves, I have found this business to be a lifesaver. Their website is very easy to use and they truly have parts for everything I think. The only thing I wish is that they had more shipping options, specifically USPS. Their website only offers Fedex, which does not work well at all in remote Alaska. USPS works very well.

All the 4 and five stars must have to be coming from a paid service. They advertise quick delivery...1.7 day average....not. The charge for standard delivery for 3-5 business days was 8.95. I choose the 2 day delivery for 11.95. The part was suppose to arrive 7/27. I was just notified that FedEx will deliver it on 7/31. If I knew that they couldnt deliver on the expectations I would have ordered from Amazon. So you pay way too much for the parts, you pay for slow delivery.....why would you want to buy from this company ?

Initially pleased...ultimately very disappointed! Web site was very easy to use. Found my part straight away. Went to order it, and was given an option to add two other commonly ordered parts to my order. In this case, the parts suggested were wear parts, and as all I had to do was click the ADD SELECTED ITEMS TO CART which already had the parts selected for me. (See attached photo) I checked on one of the parts suggested, and it checked out, so I added the parts to my order. Parts arrived very promptly, install went smoothly....until I went to install the upper felt seal. It was different looking than my worn one, but I figured they had made an improvement to the part as it looked as if it did fit. I glued it on and could not get the drum installed. I called customer support and was told you ordered the wrong part. I stated that I ordered the right part and it was part of a kit they created for me and encouraged me to add to my order. I was then told that the part in question was only a suggestion, and that it was not the actual part number I needed. I said that the other part (a belt) was correct, and was told that this was just a coincidence. If your going to suggest that a customer add specific items to their cart by a single click---then suggest the right parts! While the woman I spoke to was pleasant, there was little sympathy nor offer of recompense. The wrong part they sent was almost double the price, and there was no offer of a return or credit. I had to order the correct part. Basically, I got screwed. I wont get screwed a second time!

Problem description:I ordered a part for my dryer on 5/29/2021 and never received the part. I called FEDEX and they could not do anything the part has been to NC, NY, and now its in WV. I called and spoke to Matthew and I requested a refund and he stated that I could not get a refund until I get the part. This is ridiculous I probably wont get the part.
