As someone who knows nothing about car entertainment consoles, the staff took care to explain what was best suited for me. The installation went quickly and then they took the time to explain how to use the system and answered any questions I had. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to others.

Went in to ask advice on a piece of malfunctioning equipment, and see if this car audio shop had a setup to test a sub (any of the numerous demo sub/speaker setups would have worked) and was told that in fact they had nothing like that. They couldve said that they arent able to test equipment or cant advise on products they dont sell. Instead was essentially told to leave. Super dismissive, thanks friendly neighborhood car audio shop.

Ive know about Sound On Wheels for years and years. They do great quality work.The staff person listened to my needs and preferences and guided me accordingly. There was no pressure sales.Installation was pretty fast, but if you want Cain park and Dairy Mart are a 5 minute walk away. The technician connected my bluetooth even though later I found it to be an easy proposition. He also took time going over everything with me.I will definitely go there for future car audio needs.They also have XM Satellite Radio service, CD changers, car security systems,remote starters, radar detectors, navigation devices and mobile video.

Great local place for many aftermarket car systems such as radios, cameras, Rader detection, etc. They installed a new radio in my 2003 Odyssey while I waited, it only took 45 min or so. Now my minivan has an upgrade from a broken cassette player to a Bluetooth-enabled car phone system.

Bait and Switch:Let me start by saying Sound on Wheels did an excellent job installing a new cd/radio system. It looks great, three of the four factory-installed speakers in our car sound better than ever, and the work was done in a timely fashion.That being said we went in last weekend with one factory speaker not producing sound and cd player jammed. After giving them an initial payment to remove and diagnose the cd player/radio and speaker issues. we were told parts had to be ordered to install the new stereo which was what was needed to fix our complaints, which would require another payment. 5 days later our car is in and out of the shop in 2 hours and the credit card payment goes through, and this is when it all goes wrong.My friend and I are taken outside to be shown how to work the stereo. The helpful employee even hooked my phone up to the bluetooth for me. Then I turn some music on to test the new stereo and...no sound out of the problem speaker. We ask him about this. He tells us the technician said it was working, maybe it was working intermittently and wed have to have somebody take a look at it. Of course, after spending $400.00, he now suggests we spend $75.00 for the labor to fix the wiring problem, or $100.00 to replace the speaker. Of course, hed sold us the new cd/radio with the assurance that this would solve the speaker problem. He now tells us we never even mentioned the speaker. But we never would have showed up if the speaker had been working.Morale of the story if youre going to do business with Sound on Wheels, make sure you get every promise in writing before you give them your car or your credit card.

Fixes speakers that I blew out for the best price I can ask for.if you come back to this store he will bless you in many ways thank you mike you always come through.
