I came in needing to touch up a few scratches on my vehicle. Dan and Lauren were incredibly professional and cordial. The repairs were quick and came out perfectly. They were first and foremost interested in helping, and the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend LJI Collision Center and would 100% return for any future repairs.

During a recent windstorm my car got pretty messed up, I was lucky to find LJI. I chose them because they are both local and family owned and operated. They helped me with the insurance claim, sorted the rental, and did a fantastic job fixing my car. The paint job was also great, it looks like new! They also cleaned the interior of my car, which was a nice final touch. Throughout the whole process they were kind enough to answer my questions and keep me informed of the progress made on my car. I would definitely recommend LJI to family and friends in need of body work and painting.

I had an incredible experience with LJI from the very start. Angie is very professional, caring and accommodating. When I arrived, the lobby was very clean and welcoming. Angie helped coordinate a rental car through Enterprise and arranged for it to pick me up from LJI. She then assessed my car and determined that I would not need as much work as was expected. The professionals at LJI were able to buff out the scratch and did not charge me, or my insurance, a cent! 10/10 Recommend!

I needed someone to paint and install an STI wing spoiler for my WRX. They gave me a reasonable price for the paint job and installation. The spoiler was unpainted and they were able to match the paint perfectly. The installation was very clean. They called me multiple times to make sure everything was how I intended it to be. Basically you really get what you pay for. I will definitely be coming back for other exterior mods in the future!

My 2013 Chevrolet C6 Corvette had front end surface damage and minor structural damage from being bumped by another car. They fixed all the damage, repainted the entire front end on and got a perfect color match on a 9-year old, 155K mile Vette! We upgraded to LED headlights for an awesome look! I dont write reviews much, but this place is worth it. Long story short, I took my car into the Nissan collision center to repair a loose front bumper and they told me I needed to replace the whole bumper and quoted me at $1k. My car is on the older side and I didnt want to pay that much, so I took my car to LJI Collision to get another estimate. They took my car around back and were able to mend the front bumper back together within 10 min at no charge. I will 100% be going back here for any additional repairs and recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done on their cars. Thanks Lauren and team!

This place is amazing! Someone hit our new car while parked in a parking lot -- I found LJI from a google search. I called them, forwarded an email with the insurance quote, dropped off the car and drove away in the rental they provided. I got a daily voicemail updating me on the status of the repair, and picked up the car a few days later looking exactly like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot! Completely seamless and stress free from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend LJI.

LJI DID IT AGAIN! I left a prior review of how LJI brought my wifes vehicle back to showroom quality. So naturally, when I got a couple of scratches on my vehicle, the only place I thought of was LJI. I arrived and was promptly greeted. I was given an explanation of the service and was pleasantly surprised to find that the repair would only take 20 minutes! Not only was the service fast, I received that same LJI quality that I had come to love after taking my wifes vehicle there. When I asked what I owed, I was surprised to hear that I would not be charged. I instead heard the words, This is what we do, we help the community.. I took off most of the outer portion of my right side door mirror with my driveway gate and these guys fixed it in about 10 min. I also love the care you get from the nice lady who runs the place.

Id give this place 6 stars if I could. After getting into a small fender bender, they were able to get all things sorted out very quickly. Quote onsite within minutes of arrival. When the initial quote seemed high to me, Lauren came up with some great ideas for PDR and we were able to get the job done for a very, very reasonable price. They really went above and beyond, even buffing out some small scratches I had on other parts of the body and detailing the whole car at no extra charge, even completing the work 3 hours ahead of estimated time! The service and repair I received at this company was no short of phenomenal. I had my Red 2021 Lexus NX for less than a week when someone vandalized it, cracking the paint and denting the rear door. Lauren gave me a reasonable quote, almost $700 cheaper than their competitors. Her customer service was great! They even gave me a ride back to my home with a very friendly gentlemen to assured me he was going to take pride in his work and do an awesome job. That they did. I took my car in early afternoon on a Thursday and picked it up the next day. Unbelievable. This place will get my business from here on out.

Stopped in this morning after my low tire pressure light came on and no one was open. They had me come right in and treated me as if I were a long standing customer. They were prompt, polite, and professional. All I needed was my tire pressure checked and air put in my tires. I took my wifes 2020 Chevrolet Traverse in for an estimate, as someone had deliberately put a 24 inch scratch in the rear passenger quarter panel. I expected a huge estimate but was pleasantly surprised when Dan told me that he thinks the scratch would come out with a light sand and polish. Not only that, Dan gave us a complete detail free of charge. LJI was able to bring back the vehicle to showroom quality and through the entire process they showed wonderful customer service. Dan even gave me a tour of their state of the art facility. I will take all of my vehicles to LJI should the need arise and I suggest anyone else do the same.

Went in today to get my mirror fixed because it got hot while parked in the street. They did a temporary fix and glued the mirror back on for free, AND they cleaned the inside of the car. They said it would take an hour and I’m pretty sure it was actually shorter than that. Would highly recommend this business to anyone 10/10.

These dudes lifesavers, the manager and employees showed me hospitality like i was a family member as a complete stranger, i came in with my 2004 mustang GT that i recently ruined the door on, and just wanted to get an estimate on a fix, they fixed it in less 20 minutes and even buffed out some scratches as well as shined my rims. They took care of everything I needed for a great price! My front end was popping out on both sides and dealer said I needed to buy a new bumper to fix the issue. They fixed it for a fraction of the cost of buying a new bumper. Also, I had issues with air getting in between the door seal and they re-aligned the door no problem. Very friendly and helpful. Lastly, they are taking COVID-19 seriously and have placed safety measures across their operation. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience.

Just got a car and scraped the side backing out of my driveway. I took it to LJI Collision Center and they told me they could make it look good at minimal cost. They called me 1 1/2 hours later and said it was done. When i got there to pick it up they said there would be no charge and wished me a happy birthday.(The next day was my birthday.) Lauren was very friendly and professional. My wife and I will be returning here if we need any body repair.

My car was hit in a hotel driveway on a Saturday night and not drivable. On Sunday I reached Lauren at LJI and she arranged to have the car towed that same day and anticipating the car would be considered totaled, she arranged a rental car for me to drive back to Chicago, where my wife and I were from. On Monday she worked with 2 different, mine and the drivers company who hit my car and reached agreement with the drivers company that my car was totaled, which was our preferred resolution. On the same day we picked up the rental car so we could return to Chicago on Tuesday. We forgot to remove our I-Pass device and Lauren retrieved it from the car and mailed it to us. She could not have been more cooperative and efficient in everything she did, and we really appreciated her work.

👍👍After I realized I didnt walk into a beauty salon and it was in fact the Collision Center, I was greeted not by trickery but by somebody who was genuinely curious what repair might actually be needed. They immediately (I was not in a hurry) addressed the problem,repaired it with my permission, and achieved a customer for life. Without exaggeration, the dealer estimate was $700 yet somehow LJI fixed the damage with a low-cost bolt, minimal labor, and a handshake. Ive since learned this is a family business and recommend their service, should you need auto body work.

I have had work done at LJI on two occasions. Both times they were highly professional, efficient, and did high quality work. The first time was a dented front fender which was repaired completely at a very fair price. The second time I had a large scratched area from something that must have happened in a parking lot, and they were able to buff it out. In fact, they also vacuumed my car interior at the same time and did not charge me! Very pleasant people to work with and I highly recommend them.

Lauren and Jeffrey were outstanding. I had a major car collision and I needed help in understanding several areas of the aftermath. What an awesome experience today! My driver side mirror fell, clipped the garage and was hanging! I called today, was seen today, and mirror back in place all in less than a 20 minute visit. I have used LJI Collison for several body work jobs of different sizes, and my experiences have been nothing but uniformly incredible. Last week I bought a car and had the inspection at LJI, which one the seller recommended to me. I soon found LJI was amazing and I had such a wonderful experience here. They provided carefully and professional inspection of the car with no charge, and made me feel warm and pleasant. Later when I found the screw was stuck and I could not change the license plate, I directly phoned LJI and they passionately helped solve the problem. My friend recommended LJI Collision and now I recommend this place to everyone I know! I even moved to the west side of Cleveland and would still use LJI collision. I know nothing about cars, so when my car broke down and I explained my situation, Lauren was so kind, patient, and helpful on the phone as she walked me through what my options were. She had me send pictures so her mechanics could take a look, and she even offered to come by in person to take a look and advised me not to drive it because she was concerned about my safety. That is a family run business for you! LJI Collision assessed my car for no extra charge and advised that it was not worth repairing. I whole heartedly trusted their advice. LJI Collision ended up arranging a tow truck for me and arranged for my very old and unrepairable car to be taken for scraps. They even mailed me the check from the scrap yard. Summary: LJI is amazing and I will absolutely take my car back to them if anything else happens to my car. I highly recommend that you do the same.A few months ago, I got a soccer ball-sized dent in the corner of my rear bumper while backing up. I took my car to LJI to see what they could do. An hour after driving into the lot, I drove away with my shiny car (free wash!) and remnants of a dent that are completely invisible to my eye (no exaggeration). Running my hand over it, I can feel the edges of where the dent was, but I was blown away by the quality of work. The experience was amazing and I will definitely bring my car back to them if needed in the future.Side note: Theyre a fourth generation family business and have free loaner cars.Disclosure: It was a relatively small job and LJI told me they wouldnt charge me if the dent came out with heat treatment. I told them I wanted to pay, but they refused and said that it would help if I wrote them a review. After the job was done, they again said they werent going to charge me. I again offered to pay and they refused. So Im writing this to repay them. That being said, I tried to be as fair and unbiased as possible in the review.

The latch on my driver side door has been broken for months, and after unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot it on my own, I brought my car to LJI. My friend had highly recommended them for their quick and friendly service, and he was not wrong. They installed a new latch and didn’t even charge me! I recently got in an accident and was nervous about the process of getting my car fixed. LJI collision made everything so easy and convenient from getting the rental car on the spot, to working with the insurance company, keeping me updated, and most importantly, helping me get my car seats in and out of both my car and the rental. They cleaned EVERY crevice of the car, fixed everything, and had it looking brand new. For a family with two babies, who make quite a mess in the car, I couldn’t be happier! Not only did Lauren and her son take extra care to make this a seamless service, but her son helped me after all the work had been completed, with a large, unrelated blemish on my back bumper without hesitation. They are friendly, kind, and do an excellent job! Their attention to detail will leave you happy you chose them for the job.

I highly recommend LJI! Was made to feel welcome, spoken to as an equal and was kept up to date on the progress of the repair. The repair was perfect and my car was detailed which was great since my dog goes everywhere with me. I went to 3 other local auto body shops for estimates on my repair, felt like I was being talked down to as a woman at 2, and one made me feel like they were going to find more wrong than what my insurance had estimated. I will recommend LJI to anyone who asks.

I recently had a very minor fender bender in a parking lot with my 2005 Lexus ES 330. The only damage was that the passenger side rear plastic bumper cover was pushed in with some scratching on it; nothing wrong, just unsightly. I stopped by LJI to see what it would cost to fix it. Dan came out to give the estimate and stated that using the heat gun to pop it out would not really work because the part of the bumper that was pushed in was along the edge where the bumper transitions from the top to the back. He said he could replace the bumper cover with a used one and paint it to match - the price he quoted was more than I wanted to spend on a 12 year old car with 186,000 miles on it. With no prompting from me, he offered to give the heat gun a try and took the car into the shop. I waited inside and could see the repair bays from where I sat; I have not seen such a clean and orderly work space since my days in the Navy. I have found that the shops that put effort into maintaining that kind of space are also focused on quality and precision in their work. 15 minutes later, Dan had pulled the car around. The result of his work was very satisfying, I had to look closely at the bumper to see that it was not perfect. He also took the time to clean up the scratches. The cost to me for his good work? Nothing, zero, zip. So a great day for me! My car looks much better from the rear and I found the body shop I will use and recommend when there is serious damage to a vehicle.

Absolutely recommend LJI. The work they did on my truck was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, to me, is the level of customer service I receive anytime I am in the shop. EVRY employee in the build is courteous, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When you walk in your instantly treated as if your were a family member. My particular situation required that I sit in the lobby for 15 - 20 minutes while they finished inspecting my vehicle. In that amount of time 4 - 5 customers came in to pick up there vehicles. To a person, they walked out with smiles and commented on the superior customer service they receive. In todays day and age, customer service like this is hard to come by. In the future, any work I need done to any of my vehicles will be awarded to LJI.

They also showed me where my problem was with my car and how they were going to fix it. Once they were finished my car door and window worked great! And they even gave me a free full detail. I feel like i have a new car. The folks there are great! Also helped me get an rental car when i needed to get to work. Fantastic family owned place. I took my Honda Fit here for repair and they were wonderful. My rear passenger side door was terrible and the body needed to be realigned to get the new door in and they made it look like my door was never even damaged, nor the panel behind it (bent inward). They were so helpful and kind and getting a rental car through them was easy (cant beat the waiving of an under 25 fee through the rental company they use). They did a great job with the complimentary cleaning on the inside of my car and detailing on the outside. Highly recommend to anyone needing body work done in the Cleveland area.

My experience at LJI Collision Center in Cleveland Heights was quite remarkable. The care and attention the manager Dan Angle paid to me and his cheerful responsiveness to my requests are rarely found in service businesses these day. He examined the damage on my car, walked me step by step through the insurance process and even arranged for a low cost rental. He explained in detail the work that would be required for repair. I was kept fully apprised of their progress by Lauren Angle and the car was ready when promised. The car looked amazing! Although I hope not to need their services again any time soon, I would return in a flash. I cannot recommend LJI Collision highly enough. Call them for your collision repair without hesitation.

This place is amazing! They truly care about helping you and not ripping you off. I had a small accident and ripped my bumper off. I was nervous about how much it would cost to replace it. When I came in I was greeted with smiles. The receptionist was really nice everyone was.I feel bad that I didn’t get the son’s name but he came out and looked at my car and told me he could probably pop it back in. Instead of charging me $800 plus dollars to fix it. Not only did he fix the bumper perfectly. He washed and vacuumed the inside. It only took like 30mins. They went above and beyond!! My bumper is secure and if I ever need bodywork done to my car I’m gong here. And I’m recommending it to all my family and friends. There was no up-selling no pressure. This is a great family business. One that I will proudly support! Thank you so much again!
