Love this location, always open and fully stocked with essentials. Despite fairly high staff turnover inventory stays full and customer service is great.

First the employees or the employee I encountered was rude we walked in he seen us then walked away, didn’t even say “Welcome” then when we went to go check out, he literally didn’t say a word to us, didn’t tell us the total or anything. I don’t recommend this place It’s been in shambles ever since

Got there 15 minutes before closing and they didn’t want to let me in. Veronica, who said she could close anytime she wanted because she was the store manager then told me her register was broken so she couldn’t ring me up. She said this as she was ringing up another customer on her “broke” register. Veronica isn’t too smart. And hopefully she’ll be jobless shortly because she has no clue what service is. Ignorant. Then she said she can’t be fired because she’s the manager. Is she really that stupid?

I got a handy from the guy stocking the shelves. Would have given 5 stars but he needed a manny bad.

This store us a great go to for last minute items.. kind of like a mini-walmart. They have all of the various departments

I purchased a bag a chips, got home and noticed they were expired. Returned to the store within 15 minutes to exchange them. The manager walked with me to the chip area to help me with the exchange. Once he looked through all the packages he noticed they were all outdated. Instead of allowing me to exchange the item or return the chips, he said I had to wait until after COVID19 for an exchange. The chips are expired and must be thrown out. He was willing to exchange them if the others on the shelf weren’t expired. The is horrible service all because a $5 bag of chips! SHOP some place else!!!

Always find what I need

We had a nice experience at Family Dollar. Even though they didnt have what we need. Were looking for Cow Boys and Native American Indians for my sons school project. I will keep going there. They have great deals.

Only because it is close to the house.... Usually dont have to wait in line like you do at other stores. Prices are just a bit higher, but convenient is out weighing the price....
