Put in mats, clean windows, etc. should have been done by Peter who showed the car originally. Just a suggestion that would of made the experience that much better.

He was polite and knowledgeable, as soon as we approached the dealership doors after looking at what inventory they had a girl name Rivera stopped us at the door and told us very rudely and short attitude WE ONLY HAVE 1 TACOMA COMING IN AND PRICED AT $5000.00 ABOVE MANUFACTURED SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE.We were all shocked at how nasty she spoke to us,My wife and I just said ok thanks and walked away. I had such a great experience at Toyota! I was really nervous about going into another dealership and getting pressured. As soon as I walked up Patricio approached me. We’re are a Loyal Toyota and Chevy family. So when it came time to buy our son his first car we put our trust in Toyota of Clermont . My son and I had been doing research for months and my wife and I went to 6 dealerships in 1 day to find the right used vehicle. Not surprisingly Toyota of Clermont had the right deal. The car was in great shape and relatively low mileage. The price was below market as well. Toyota of Clermont made at an easy choice. They were the only ones to offer a 6 month 6,000 warranty on the used vehicle. We were greater by Aleica who quickly helped us find the car. Alex got the deal done quick. Delano was extremely helpful and Valerie got us through the paper work faster than I’ve ever experienced without cutting corners on details. I still don’t know how she uses 2 highlighters at once! A salesman and two different managers convinced my wife and I to sell our vehicle to a different dealership and bring back the cash difference to purchase an upgrade at a given price. Came back and found a nice surprise of an undisclosed 5k markup...after we had sold our vehicle. Got an empty apology and a promise that we would hear back from the GM on this issue. A week later, down a vehicle and hustling to find a replacement, still no word -- who would have guessed?Dishonest is the best word I could use for this establishment. I take plenty of blame for not doing my own due diligence (always ask for a full price sheet, folks!) but this was an extremely hurtful experience and I can only imagine what theyve done to people whove come into their dealership desperate and in a worse financial situation. The lack of a response from the GM speaks volumes to their character and business acumen.Please stay away, there are several other dealerships within 15 miles who provide full disclosure at markups and sell much closer to MSRP in this crazy market.

Absolutely horrible service. I inquired online with one of their web forms about a used vehicle they have and asked a simple question. They responded multiple times but would not answer my question. They did tell me multiple times how great they are. I repeated my question multiple times but they refused to answer. I simply asked them what I could purchase the vehicle for. They would not answer. I refuse to go to dealerships and suffer through these bait and switch tactics. This is the exact reason why people are buying vehicles through alternative methods.
