Fidel Garcia was hands down AMAZING. From the moment I walked in the door at Nissan, all the way until the moment he handed me keys to my new car and left! He was very thorough and patient, considering he took care of me for 5 hours. Went in not sure of what I wanted, but I knew my budget and Fidel made sure I could get someone I could afford, let alone LOVED. Terrible service. I love my Nissan Armada but due to the service at this dealership I will not be getting another when I purchase a new vehicle this year solely due to the horrible service experiences I have had. Minimum 3 hours to get oil change EVERY time even with an appointment and asking for days of week that are least busy. Latest service took over 3 hrs as usual and I asked them to put my spare full tire on one that was having problems. They told me it was exactly same wheel and would look the same. But no it didn’t- silver not black and didn’t have the tire pressure sensor on it so orange light going off in my car. I had to bring back for them to switch wheel…and they told me they trashed my tire when they went to switch. Then proceeded to charge me for it anyways in addition to the first time i was there. And another 2 hours of my life gone. When I asked about the charges they didn’t care . I couldn’t waste more time arguing so paid and left. That will be the last time i EVER go to Clermont Reed nissan. I will be looking for new SUV elsewhere.

My car was completely fine and has never shut off on me until I brought it to this location for an oil change. During the oil change they recommended additional service which I deferred. I just find it strange that my car completely shut off on me after taking it there with absolutely no issues. Oddly enough the things that showed up on the computer/dashboard were the recommendations they made, however, these were not showing up before the oil change. I am completely disappointed and baffled, as well as cant help but think that they did something to my car.

BUYERS BEWARE!On July 31, 2021, I purchased a used car (2021 Nissan Rogue) from Reed Nissan. Reed Nissan participated in dealership fraud by:-Selling me a car where the previous lien was not satisfied FS 319.24(5) and FS 320.27(7)-lying to me about the warranties by advertising the car was being sold as-is (when it had less than 2,500 miles and it was certified pre-owned which implies an extended limited warranty) and then not providing the paperwork about the warranties-lying to me about the price of Gap insurance by blatantly telling me it would be free and I would not have to pay anything when in fact I would have paid $1,050 over the term of the loan-did not give me the rebates that were offered on their website for the car in question (I qualify for 2 of the 3 rebates by trading in my car)-sold the car to me for over the advertised price (advertised price=$29,242.00, price on my buyers order=$30,550) FS 320.27(9)(b)(3)-not verifying mileage before putting it on all documents. All Florida Statutes provided in this review were discovered by a FL DMV Compliance Examiner. Please read the BBB ratings before doing business.

I got there around 8:30 am for an oil & filter change and to have my speakers looked at. I blew out one of my speakers which I believed were the kickers. When they inspected my car, they advised me that it was one of my back speakers that needed to be fixed and that it looked like I was due for a tire rotation. They told me they couldnt do the tire rotation because I didnt have the locks that came with my tires and when the technician checked my speakers, he didnt find anything wrong with them. I didnt have an appointment and waited 6 hours before I actually left the dealership. My house is 30 minutes away. I didnt have anyone to pick up or take me anywhere, thinking the most I would wait was maybe 3 or 4 hours. This was my first time getting any services at the dealer and it will be my last.

I dont live on my phone like most people. So While I was at the dealership it would have been nice to be told in person what I needed to have done. I got home and that night I saw the email saying what I needed done. I was never informed of the extra things I needed. Now I have to go back to the dealership. Also brake fluid is very important. I could have been driving and not know that I dont have brake fluid because I wasnt told. The things I needed done could have cost me my life or damaged my car which would not have been good.

However, it did get to a point where we were feeling a little bit like hostages by his managers. All the hurrying to get the deal done and then had to wait and additional Teo hours to get the car detailed and oil changed. Needless to say, we got tired of waiting after having spend the whole day there and just took the car dirty and even though they said they did the oil change, I have a feeling it probably didn’t happen because in checking the oil the next day it was dark and dirty. She made initial contact with me, she reviewed the options offered on various Rogues to determine exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle -- we even reviewed color options. Before I even came to your dealership we reviewed pricing estimates for various lease options. As soon as you had a vehicle available that she thought I would like based on our discussions -- she called me. Before I left with the new car, I reviewed the videos and she answered my questions and then we reviewed the various features in the vehicle itself, including Apple Car Play, and she helped me connect my phone. We verified with your Service Manager the oil change schedule I should follow if I do not drive the vehicle 5,000 miles in the first six months. Paid off my car early which entitles me to to a refund for the remaining balance of my gap insurance. On 4/6 I had to call 6 times to finally get information from the operator. She repeatedly cold transferred me to someone who was not in the office and hung up on me. I was not disrespectful at all. I drove to the service center because my brakes were leaking brake fluid. After almost 4 hours later I get a call saying that in the process of checking they ruined my rear brakes and made the car undrivable. Then told me itll take a week to get the parts to fix it and quoted me $1200. In the mean time they told me to either rent a car from them or get the car towed out. I had to get the car towed down the street to tires plus at my expense and Nissan still asked for the full diagnostic fee for checking my brakes even though they ruined it in the process. After checking my receipt I saw they even added a misc parts fee. What parts did they use because at tires plus they told me almost nothing was left of the brakes. Tires plus charged almost half the price. I got my last two cars from Reed but I will never come here for service or cars again.

I was really torn about writing a review for this dealer as my salesperson, Leishia, was over the top nice and really worked hard to sell a 2017 Chevy Suburban to me. However, apparently once you make it off the lot with a used car here, all customer service is cut off. This dealership also falls very short on confirming the used cars they are selling are road reliable and dont have any majorly costly issues in need of repair prior to reselling. I failed as the consumer to request a copy of the inspection records from their review of the vehicle and I am heartily regretting it. Its now apparent, they did not complete a full detailed inspection prior to reselling...or knowingly sold a vehicle with costly repairs needed. It was verbally acknowledged during the sale and agreement of purchase price that their service team already knew brakes and tires were going to be needed before I could take possession. I signed an as is purchase agreement and no nothing is owed to me paper and 5 minutes later the used sales manager said oh by the way we are going to need to add the cost of brakes and tires to the purchase price. I should have followed my gut and left then before signing the contract. My mistake continuing with the purchase when the alarm bells started going off. After purchase was complete, for which I was on site from 10:30 AM until 4:30 PM (crazy long in this day and age for a car purchase), I left the vehicle with the dealer to do the brake/tire replacement. When I came back to get it the following night, the power seat on the driver side was partially not working so my much shorter spouse would not be able to drive it. So I was told I could bring it back Monday, 2 days later, to get it repaired. Brought it back and left it over night again so the seat could be fixed. It supposedly was just jammed and they were able to get it working again with no part replacement. This time I picked it up without incident. However, the following morning, I tried to go to a doctors appointment for my newborn, and the vehicle would not start. Turns out the battery, which supposedly tested in good condition according to the sticker that is still on my windshield from Reids service team, was in such poor condition it wouldnt hold a charge. I had to charge the battery for nearly an entire day before I was able to make it to a nearby parts store. The first part store didnt carry the right battery. They had to jump start it so I could go to another parts store. This store had the battery and it costed $200 to replace. The manager of the store said there was no possible way the dealer could have checked that same battery and not determined it was in bad shape. I notified my salesperson, who stopped responding when I advised I had to replace the battery and how much it was. I also let the customer satisfaction person who called me know what occured. No one from the dealership reached out or called me back after that. Now, barely 2 weeks into ownership, Ive discovered 2 out of 3 monitors for the on-board infotainment system do not work. This is apparently going to be a nearly $2k repair. At this point there is no joy in ownership as Im just waiting to find out what surprises are coming next. I traded in a higher trim level Tahoe that was in excellent working condition for this suburban as we needed the added cargo space and room after our newest child arrived. Im now extremely regretful that I did not get the suburban checked out with my own mechanic before buying it or just wait for a similar vehicle to be ready at Mullinax. I feel like such a large dealership, with what seemed like a good reputation online, would have taken more care with what they sell on their lot and been more mindful of caring for their consumers. I am extremely disappointed. I hope by sharing my experience other shoppers can approach with a more buyer beware attitude with this place and not be as trusting as I was.

Purchased my vehicle about two weeks ago they knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed currently with the pandemic going on and now that offices are re opening. I needed a fuel-efficient vehicle but can still fit five people comfortably.Thank you Ishmael and Hamala -for helping me find the car that I need as are ever-changing situation during Covid.I don’t want to forget Tony in finance- he helped insure my purchases was protected for a greater piece of mind.

My salesman adrian who shares the same name as me was truly a great salesman and he answered each and every one of my questions with the answers I wanted and he was so informative about the nissan altima to me and i just couldnt wait to drive it off the lot, the way he was describing it made it seem like the best car in the world. I highly reccomend if you ever go here to make sure to ask for adrian and he will be happy as can be to help you find your car!!!

Sales person was not the nicest when I arrived. He told me there was nothing that could be done until I said that wasn’t good enough. I don’t know if the Velcro will stay or not. I believe Nissan cut corners when they made the newer model vehicle. I never had this problem with my 2010 Murano. I spent almost 4 hours waiting because the manager needed to look at the issue before they could decide how to possibly rectify the problem, temporarily. Lastly, the sales person said to give him all tens on the survey. I can’t do that because it would be a lie.

My wife and I were expecting our firstborn in a couple weeks so we cam into Reed Nissan looking for a new safer car. Marco V. was super helpful. He fought to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. I would highly recommend working with him. We were in and out much faster than I expected which was a blessing because my wife went into labor a couple hours later! Perfect timing. Thanks Marco!

I went in because my The doors to my vehicle will not open from the outside, only the inside. I went in to ask for an estimate for repair and set a fix date/time. I was approached in a confrontational manner by an employee that initially stuck just stuck their head out the door, rudely told they couldn’t do it and would have to leave my car and they’d get back to me. I asked if I needed to go to the body shop for this, and that question was ignored. I tried to explain the problem, showed it, and she came out from behind the door argumentative, which escalated me into being argumentative right back at her. Then another employee told me to drive to another Reed dealership almost an hour away to get it looked at. I bought my vehicle in Clermont, and have never been treated this way by service in the past. Seems like all new people that want to treat customers poorly. Now, to get into my car, I’m stuck having to enter through the backseats and climb into the front seat.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!My last visit to Reed Nissan in Clermont was nothing but a disappointment. I dropped my Nissan Morano at 8:15 am on 08/11/21. my service adviser Fecika Nickles called me 7 hours later to tell me that the issues on my car are not covered by the extended warranty I purchased with the car.Disappointed and confused as I was about what I had heard when I went to pick my car, I asked to speak to the service manager. Mr. Ryan Vidal came obviously pretending to listen. I kept telling Mr. Vidal that when signing the paperwork for the purchase of the car and the warranty, the finance manager had told me that anything that would happen to the car within the warrantied timeframe is covered.Mr. Vidal said literally: YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMER WHO HAS HAD the SAME ISSUE THIS WEEK!I dont think any customer would be happy to hear such a statement from a manager. This implies nothing but the fact he is not bothered with unprofessional patterns of dishonesty and misleading customers into signing Warranties with false expectations!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž
