Absolutely terrible do not go here for anything at all. Car I bought ran for a week then sat in my driveway for months so I could save up the money for repairs. Avoid this place at all costs.UPDATE 3/30/21Now I bought a vehicle in January 2020 like I said bought it and it sat for months so I could get it repaired. I was also told a replacement engine was installed and that was a lie. As of today 3/30/21 the vehicle has a blown engine. now since I bought this in January 2020 I have put 1648 miles in it. DO NOT BUY from this place the vehicle is now going to the junkyard. also if your told they will send you free dinner coupons that’s also a bold face lie just to have you leave a good review. I wish I could give no stars to this scam of a place.

I went there to look at a supposed 2005 Nissan Murano SL that was suppose to be in good and working condition. Long story short, bought the car and come to find out catalytic converters are clogged, driver side windows dont work, and tire rods are completely warn out. Paid over $3,200 for the car and still have to put over $1,000 in repairs for it to be working. DONT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!

The worst experience in buying a car. I buy a Car and they didn’t let us test drive it. The car didn’t go over 60, when I go back he tells me he’s trying to helpMe but still coming out my pocket I have to buy the piece, since then I have wasted over $300 and everytime I fix something the engine light keeps coming on. Take engine light reader for sure and don’t buy it unless you test drive it. He is going to say he can’t let anyone test drive it because someone got into an accident. Don’t fall for it, their insurance suppose to cover that

I have bought multiple cars from them. I just recently bought my Minivan and I have only had to replace the front brakes. They were willing to do the job and charge only 50%. I told them it was cool. But they stand behind there promise for as long as you own the Vehicle they will go 50/50 on parts with you. I will be back for my next car soon. Never buy a car from here, there are too many problems to list with this company. It’s not worth your time to even look for a vehicle here. Just keep moving and you will be saving yourself a ton of money in repairs. Oh.. and they only get good reviews because they make a promise of $100 gift card that will be “sent to your email” only if you leave a review on site. I have yet to receive a gift card and it has been 3 months. Please, learn from my mistake and don’t trust a word from them.

A lie from the start! “$99 down and a job? You’re approved” They told me it’s a typo LAST MONTH! So why is it still up? It’s $999 at the least. But wanted $1500 down on some of the worst put together cars I have seen and that’s without checking my credit?! Wow at the terrible reviews! I wish I would have taken the time to check their google review and their standings with the better business bureau (they are not accredited by them, YIKES, better run!).Before I took the time out of my day to waste my fuel to drive there to see how terrible their vehicles really are and how rudely they tried to pressure me into a vehicle and then wanted to get extremely rude when I questioned the vehicles and their warranty. When I told them I did not feel comfortable with how they were conducting business they tried to argue with me and got extremely rude to the point I was very worried as to my well being. I quickly left! Do not give this business your time or money! I am only giving them 1 star because it does not give you the option to give them 0 starts.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Bought a Truck from here paid tag title and insurance plus a down payment was told the tag would be in within a week went back a week later and the tag supposedly did not come in. After they had called me the day before and said they had it. So I got an officers advice he said I do not have to pay the payment that was due until I had gotten my tag that I paid for (had receipt also) and now 6 almost 7 months later of still NO TAG and me calling 15-20 times every single day and them not answering they now want to say that there was no contact or anything. Keep in mind I myself and my fiancé has been up there because of problems with our truck. But they were always “Too busy” to pay attention to their own customers 🤦‍♀️ HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

My brother and I bought a vehicle at this location three days ago and nothing but problems since. Called owner and he said the car is as is. Save YOUR money and do not stop here, they are shady and not good business people. No warranty on vehicle, only they pay a fraction or the repair cost. ALL 5 STAR RATINGS WERE WRITTEN BY THE OWNER, WE GAVE HIM OUR PHONES AND CHECKED THE REVIEW HE LEFT WHICH WAS DISHONNEST. HE PROMISED A $100 REBATE WHICH TRICKED US INTO GIVING HIM OUR PHONES TO WRITE THE REVIEW.

I recently purchased a barge from here and everything went great. I wired the money a couple days before and the owner held everything for me until I could pick it up. Everything is running great and it was sold at a great price. I would purchase from here again and I do recommend this company.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Don’t just take my word, read all of the terrible reviews on this place! Multiple complaints with the better business bureau! Extremely rude and will try to rip you off. Takes advantage of struggling families and will overcharge you if you do try to purchase a vehicle from them. I only have them 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review. I am only leaving a review in hopes it will prevent anyone else being ripped off by this terrible business! You can see how many people they have taken advantage of. They argue of so many vehicles being sold they must be doing something right but how many of those vehicles they claim have been sold or the ones that claim have been repossessed after a short span of time we’re actually returned due to it being a faulty vehicle. It may be a buy here pay here but they shouldn’t have so many vehicles with so many problems. They claim such a great warranty on all their vehicles but with all those issues evidently they do not fix their cars very well. I honestly do not see how they’re still in business. Also the $99 down is a lie as well. When you go there and ask to see those specific cars they claim that it must be a typo, yet the keep the post up instead of correcting it. So there is some more false advertising. But as I said do not take my word, read all the reviews and go to there to see what everyone is talking about. The staff is rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by talking to you and get frustrated when you question them about the vehicle. May the odds be in your favor if you choose to purchase from them.

They tried to sell my an suv saying it was in perfect condition drove it for a test drive and it over heated and almost did not make it bad to the dealer. And when we told them what happened and they just shrugged it off and trying to sell us a different car also was horrible condition. They clean them up to look good but they are horrible engines. Do you not buy from them! Their main sales guy has a drug problem!

AWFUL! The engine blew the SAME DAY!!!! Aaron lied and told me they are closed Wednesdays, as I texted him 15 minutes after driving off the lot that the check engine light came on, and the window was stuck down. Their WARRANTY is a joke. They wont get you in. I drove a little further, and the oil light came on, and the engine shut DOWN!!! IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE!!!!! SAME DAY THEY SOLD ME THE CAR!!!! Watch what youre signing, too. They had me sign blank documents, one of which is a titling document. After the engine blew up, Daves only concern is where the car is....so he can possibly reclaim a car I paid cash for????? I dont know what is going on with these crooks!!!!

Absolute fraud!!! Told us to write a review to get $50 from Google but it had to be at the point of sale. Afterwards we had nothing but issues with them. The car we purchased was NOT worth the price. It broke down the moment we got on the highway and after promising a lifetime service warranty they refused to come help with the car. We had to find a different mechanic and it cost us $600 in repairs to fix all of the hidden serious issues. DONT BUY HERE! There are many reviews stating the same thing. Trust it.

Absolutely awful. My boyfriend and I bought a car there several months ago. Paid for the entire thing up front. #1 - There was an issue with the door handle, but they promised they had already ordered the part and that if he were to come back in a week or so, it would be there and they would fix it. . . never ordered the part, never tried - totally a lie to get us to buy the car. We were gonna let it go and just make note to never go there again, but #2. Yesterday we found out that his license was suspended for some reason. . . well, come to find out, its because these idiots didnt complete the plate transfer from his previous vehicle (which they promised to do) until very recently. Because they took their complete and absolute time doing this, my boyfriend had to pay upwards of $400 to pay for fees and penalties at the DMV. Super shady from beginning to end. Dont do business with them unless you want lots and lots of problems in the future.

I decided to put a deposit on a vehicle on October 13. I was told the exact amount for the deposit; how much the payments would be, and the terms. When I went back to pick the vehicle up, I was told they wanted an additional $700, and was told “There are a lot of people that want to buy this car”. I was also asked if I was going to pay the car off in 90 days, which was not apart of the original agreement. When I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable with conducting business, the owner called me unstable, and insisted on me taking the car anyway. He then proceeded to lie to my husband continuously. Needless to say, I will NEVER conduct business with them, and will go through every channel possible to make sure their business practices are exposed. It’s not about the money; it’s about the principle.

They have nice used vehicles, but they operate a loan shark mentality. One person makes the deal. Your contract is totally different than verbal agreement. Buy cash only might be okay.. I would never finance with them again.

***Edit***BUYER BEWARE!!!!Bought a Excellent running vehicle from them yesterday. Drove all the way from Ocala to buy from this dealership. THE VEHICLE DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME. STUCK WITH A 165 DOLLAR OUT OF POCKET TOW BILL. They are doing nothing about this. My family is getting no help what so ever. They completely screwed a SPECIAL NEEDS family and couldnt care less.

So, this lot will get you in a car. They will finance and if you keep it up, no issues to be had. Make sure the car you buy has no issues. It is a buy here pay here after all. Owner is a straight shooter, but could use some help in customer service.I was asked to write a review in exchange for a 100$ gift card. Then was told a week later the promotion ended March 30th. Before I was even told about the promo. -3 stars for misleading.

I bought a car with many bells and whistles for what I considered to be a very fair price. The caveat for me was that it did not have a working A/C. The dealership informed me that they had ordered the part for it to have a working A/C. They allowed me to take vehicle home assuring me that they would let me know when the part arrived. They notified me as agreed when the part arrived even though I was skeptical they were going to honor the agreement. Thank you guys for honoring your end of the sale.

BUYER BEWARE of this SELLER! About 2 weeks ago my wife and I went to Lake County Auto Mall with our son to buy his first car so he could drive back and forth to college with. My son saved his money for months for the down payment. We test drove several cars and he finally settled on a car. He was really excited. He put the deposit down and they asked for him to come back in a few days because they had to repair the broken tail light. A week later, they told him to come in to sign the papers. Just as I stepped out to go to the portable bathroom outside, they rushed him through and to sign the paperwork. The asking price was $4,995.00. They gave it to him for $3,995.00. So, when I arrived home and looked at the paperwork, it said, $6995 + finance fees and others. In the end, he is paying over 10k for the car. He was led to believe that the $6,995.00 was the total cost over the finance duration and it was not. What a disappointment. They rushed him through, changed the price and added $3,000.00 to the price. What thieves! Not a good deal at all. I went up there to try to talk to them about what I thought was an error on their part and Harry, the salesman even admitted 5 times that he gave the car to him at $3,995.00 and Dave said that he would work it out by the end of the week. At the end of the week, I called and spoke to Anita and she said that she knew nothing about it. I couldnt reach Dave at the number he gave me. I called 3 times and left messages. He never called me back. My wife got in touch with Dave today and he said that he was not doing anything about it. He was very rude. We are filing legal action against them for the $3,000.00 and we have contacted the local t.v. news and asked for them to Buyer Beware Report. Dont buy from them! They take advantage of you and if your teenager does not know what they are reading, you better be there to make sure you are getting the deal that you were offered!

My friend and I went so he could purchase a car. Let us test drive a couple of cars alone. Didnt push anything. It was an easy sale. The financing rate was HIGH even with okay credit, so keep that in mind.

My grandson bought a car from these people and was told they guarantee the vehicle (I was there and heard it myself) but the car broke down within two weeks and the guarantee was not honored I spoke with them about the matter and was told I didnt hear correctly but I did hear and ask straight face to face with the salesman and he said it was guaranteed the kid has put so much money in this car he cant afford the payments. He has paid all but 700.00 and was told he could pay that on the 19th which is when his payment is due but they continue to hound me not him for the final payment. In our case better to walk than deal with this dealership.

Terrible service, everything that is said and done is a scam to pull in your money. i gave 60$ for them to do my paper work because supposedly it’s so they can go ahead and not waste their time, which they said was “refundable”. Come to find out the next day, money was not refundable after i read reviews and told them I’d rather not do business with them. DONT GO HERE. Don’t make the mistake i did, read your reviews. I’ll never make such an idiot mistake again. Apparently these people are so broke minded and broke in their pockets that they need to take 60 dollars from a 20 year old.
