Matthew especially excelled with helping us and being a genuine guy. Really appreciated all the help and care we were given being that this is the first time we’ve ever had to buy a bed.

I came in September 10th, 2020 in hopes of locating a mattress for my room, which I believe I have found and am pleased with my purchase, I am 20 years of age. While my mattress will be arriving tomorrow so I cant speak upon the set-up service or mattress quality upon arrival, I feel prepared in maintaining and getting the best use out of my purchase. Coming in with brands already in mind, I quickly became overwhelmed at all the characteristics of a bed that suit an individual based on their lifestyle. I was assisted by Raul and Sal, where they would guide me with the right questions I should be asking for what I seek in a mattress in my day to day, or night to night based on my interests, activities, and hobbies. They were patient in my making a decision and simply were there to guide you in making an investment that you wont regret. While I got a feel for the beds, we would spark up conversation as if we had known each other for years and were catching up. Even if the prices were inflated (which I dont believe, simply hypothetically speaking), I would still continue to support the company and employers at this franchise.

When we went into Mattress Firm we were greeted by Daniel the sales person. He directed us to the items we were interest in and explained the nuances of each one. We were not pressured and it was a pleasant experience. We will recommend Mattress Firm to our friends. The delivery team was so efficient. They put up the new bed frame, put the old box springs and mattress on it. They reminded me to put the bed skirt on before they put the new mattress on. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Like most people I hate dealing with sales tactics which is ironic because I work for a vacation timeshare company. I was extremely surprised with how well Daniel handled the transaction. He took our feedback into account and didnt try to push us toward anything that wouldnt have been a right fit for us. He also knew his inventory very well and knew how to help get us the best value. Had recently purchased a California King mattress from this location. The sales person was very helpful and polite, and most importantly not pushy at all. We were able to get an awesome deal and selected something that was exactly what we were looking for.The only issue we had was when the delivery came the free adjustable base didnt work. They delivery service made notes, the store called & scheduled a re-order. Time frame for this was very good. The second bed-frame was delivered and the bed worked! The only issue this time was the delivery crew forgot to attach one of the legs to the bed.I called the store and spoke with Matthew, which is the location manager. He was very sincere in his apologies and was determined to make it right. They were able to get a leg sent from the factory and everything is working as it should.Definitely check out this location and work with Matthew &/or Makayla.
