We had a good idea what we wanted but Welcome Back Shirt Shack made it come alive! Their design help and color suggestions were perfect! The customer service is great they really took their time with me even help me create my company logo. The shirts I had done was literally flawless I am so happy to have found them so now all of my company products goes to them hats shirts mugs they even made me gator necks with company name and logo.

I ordered 38 soccer jerseys for a school club. Ive ordered shirts and jerseys from other places before and there would be mistakes or misprints here and there. NOT the case with these guys. Great quality! The store owner was in contact with me from the moment I left the store, to the moment I picked up the jerseys. Super friendly, quick, and effective. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I paid over 100$ for shirts and sweatpants and gym shorts, I receive the wrong color so I contacted them to fix my solution and was told I would have to pay again for their mistakes .

Called and emailed for info. I got an email back asking for a good time to call. I answered back that anytime was great. Never received a call. Finally emailed and called again, and spoke to someone, who assured me that my now rush order could be completed on time, and to send the logo and she would send proofs. Sent the logo and didnt hear anything. Finally got an email stating that the logo was not a good quality, and it would be 25$ more to redo the logo. After 2 days finally got a proof on one of the colors requested. This was THE DAY BEFORE the order was to be completed. Waited all afternoon/evening for the other proofs, and emailed early the next morning (day of completion). Received no answer, so called. I was told that that person was out of town, and that no one had ever heard of our order. After a couple of hours, I received an email saying that no confirmation was ever received on shirt colors. No Im sorry, no signature, nothing............. Obviously going somewhere else, and would highly recommend others to do the same.

Placed order for 12 shirts on Tuesday for Troop 940 picked them up Friday just in time for our summer camp out trip to SC. Great service. Reasonably priced considering I was in a mad rush. Jennifer is super easy to work with. Will be back. Thank you for a great turnaround.

I have used the Shirt Shack two years in a row for cheer competition attire/warm-ups. They are always friendly and do an outstanding job. I have also ordered shirts for fundraiser from them and they always do a great job. If a mistake is made, they have always corrected it with no questions asked... Great prices and friendly staff when there was an issue with my ordered being delivered to the school they fixed it right away.

If you want to be yanked around for weeks at a time, with no one to call you back or email you, this is the company to use.I asked for a quote multiple times from a rep that handles that, her name starts with J, no contact, and no interest to even answer multiple calls, text, or emails. Supposedly their work is good but...I wouldent know, since she/they never answered.Oh well...on to the next one.

I tried to call them to order 24 shirts on Friday. I know its before the holiday. The guy that answered told me, Im busy right now, can you go to our website. This was after I had gone to the website. I was calling to get price information and some helpful advice. I tried using their website design tool from 2-different computers, to no avail. I had to admit defeat with attempting services here. I ended up contacting another office in Clermont that was willing to talk to me on the phone, and answer my questions. I ordered my shirts friday, got proofs on Sunday, and final product Tuesday afternoon.

Excellent service. When I didnt hear back from them because I didnt know how long the printing process would take they called me immediately and had my shirts ready in no time. Very personable and fast with their service

Went to the address on thier website, no longer there. You would think any business with a website would maintain it. Run out of several homes now as we understood after a phone call. Not going to chase all around to get a few tees printed.

T-shirt Shack was supposedly hacked and anyone who ordered shirts got screwed. I see why they are having problems too because their customer service is deplorable. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!In addition, the phone number listed on google is still wrong. Very unprofessional!
