It was so clean. Employees walked me over to show me where the item I was looking for was at. They were super friendly asking if I needed help finding anything.

Excellent service, constant cleaning measures throughout the store. Items were located where the mobile application stated. Nice selection of seasonal outdoor items as well as fresh grab and go items in the deli. Customer service exceeded my expectations. My safety and opportunities to save tons made this shopping experience one of the best in many months.

Target is very clean and nice to shop in. Items are always stocked nicely on shelves and very fresh produce. Check out is always clean the lady always comes and cleans after each customer.

I have not been in a Target in a while. This target has improved a lot since my last visit. It was very clean and well stocked and the employees are working and seem to be enjoying the day. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of a store that carries everything.

Employees are some of the most unhelpful I’ve experienced at a Target. Asked where the clocks were, 2 different employees had no idea and didn’t bother to help or figure out. Then I’m holding my baby who was crying and fussing really badly as I was checking out. Cashier was ringing me up when one of my items from the $1/$3/$5 section that was $3 didn’t have a tag. My baby is literally screaming and squirming out of my arms and the cashier tells me to go find one with a tag. Really? Do you not see me with an infant in my arms. Isn’t that YOUR JOB? You work here not me, I’m sorry but you could have asked another employee or ran over yourself and it would have taken 30 seconds whereas it would have been a lot more of a hassle to take my screaming baby and a 3 year old. Pure laziness. Don’t think she even looked me in the eye the entire time.

Ulta products are included in this Clermont store. A nice personal touch. I traveled from Orlando, it was well worth it!

Typical Target, with more of the upgraded sections and designer / artsy brands. The lines are long at times, but self-checkout is pretty efficient and quick.

The atmosphere in this Target is great and the workers look relaxed even as theyre busy with their duties. I appreciate the spaciousness and clean layout and I always try to go here over other stores in the area.

Yesterday, 9/31, an emergency situation happened- an elderly lady slipped and fell at the front of the store by the grocery section, and NO BODY (target employee) came to help. We had to search for employees and tell them over and over and over again to get their store manager and call 911. The 2 employees that did finally come and help had no idea what to do. A reflection on targets lack of emergency procedure training. After consent instruction to call the manager because they had no idea what to do (their words), They call multiple times to let her know what was going on and that the police were on the way and the manager didn’t show up until after the ambulance arrived and the elderly lady was loaded into the vehicle. The managers excuse, “I was helping another customer.” I’m sorry but you’ve been informed that there’s an emergency situation going on in your store and the police are on their way and you can’t even give a polite “I’m so sorry ma’am/sir but I have an emergency situation going on at the front of the store if you follow me I’ll get an associate to help you, etc.” Their lack of urgency is very concerning and I’m so glad the elderly lady wasn’t visibly bleeding or appeared to have anything broken. I’m not sure what happened after she was escorted to the hospital but I pray everything is okay. This situation could’ve been A WHOLE LOT WORSE and it definitely could’ve been handled a whole lot better. Target really needs to up their emergency situation training and that manager could’ve at least shown an ounce of compassion. I hope myself and my family never have an emergency situation happen at this target location.

Today I went to target shopping for mens lounge shorts, I asked the saleslady, target carries only 2xl. I wear 3xl. They have plus size for ladies and not men. Also I am disabled with mobility issues, the motorized scooters are all the way inside the store by cash register. Thats too far for me to walk. I wont be shopping at target anymore

Customer service was poor. Spoke to the manager on duty and she was pretty understanding and courteous about my experience. HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE OLD WINTER GARDEN STORE. STAFF IS ALWAYS AROUND TO ASSIST AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE LOVELY. I DRIVE DOWN THERE FOR THAT REASON. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN THE STORES LEAVES AN IMPRESSION ON RETURN VISITS.

I like to do some of my food shopping here because of the surprisingly good selection of organic products. The produce department is continuously expanding their organic selections, but choose carefully, as I occasionally find some not so fresh items, but mostly good. They have organic chicken, pasture eggs, grass fed meats, wild caught fish, and many items up and down the isles are organic. I like their dark chocolate section, and my wife shops for shirts and blouses here. I noticed during the holidays that many of the popular items were priced very competitively. They have a Starbucks at the local, and the bakery carries Einstein Bagels, a brand that we like. They are remodeling this location from Jan-May 2020

Refused to help me with a broken product that is under warranty. Never shopping here again, clearly they dont care about people only care about getting your money and then youre on your own from there. Person working the help desk on Saturday July 24th didnt treat me like a person. You guys lost a long term customer over something trivial and fixable.

I just wanted to take a second and thank John - an associate at the Target in Clermont. Earlier this week when I was there, I was looking for a particular item and even though he wasnt working in that area - he took the time to help me locate the item. Their new aisle labeling system with end caps and displays is a bit confusing - but he didnt give up and made certain I was taken care of! Very refreshing!

A target employee smoking right in the middle where you go in and out of the doors not considering whatsoever at those who do not smoke nor are interested in getting lung cancer. Management seem to be OK with this. Also Challenge with finding items on empty shelves. When you ask employees or management they blame it on the auto-ordering system. In other words until they come and scan it or someone complains that the shelf is empty the system won’t catch it or that’s why they say. I’ve been here in this area for over 23 years and I’ve never seen this target having so much challenges since the past 3 to 4 years.

Pick up was ready not long after it was ordered and I didnt wait long for staff to bring it out. Plus Nate at the clermont, FL store is always so kind and joyful!

What a joke! Call Target and you get a lengthly message and no one or department to speak with. Youre forced to listen to a diatribe of unrelated information that suits their SELLING PURPOSES and not the cutomer need. They want you to come into their store, but dont answer phones. This cusomer service, no service guarantees I wont shop here anymore. I never really got over their refusal to let the Salvation Army ring bells during the Christmas season, and now this. Take your products back to France. Bye, Target.

It’s really disappointing that at this target they are not enforcing wearing a mask. I’ve seen two whole families of people not wearing a mask and people in the middle of isles walking not wearing a mask and none of the staff said anything. I understand if you don’t want to wear one but that’s why they have curbside pick up. I just find it irresponsible to not worry about your families safety or the safety of others.

During this pandemic you’d think they would be more strict on mask wearing. I just went in to grab something real quick when two whole families walked in without masks and nothing was said to them.. very sad!

I know it has over 300 lego blocks but I still want to build the whole thing when I get it on Christmas. Target now requires masks yet have never required masks when individuals have the flu. They also apparently never cared before if individuals have tuberculosis obviously due to no restrictions prior to this. Until all this drama blows over I will not be going there.

Love this target! It’s not nearly as busy as the Winter Garden Village one.

Rafael at the cell service area today was excellent. His kind attitude, willing to help with patience, knowledge and professionalism was exceptional while attending me and another customer at the same time as needed to convert my service from TMobil to Consumer Cellular. I had to speak to his supervisor to let him know how great Rafael took care of us. Now days this type of SERVICE is getting to be RARE unfortunately. Today 11/26 around 11 when I was there..... He deserves a gift or something for his work. Thank you!

Ive been shopping at the Clermont, FL Target store multiple times a week since lockdown (for 1.5 years total) and have always been treated with courtesy, kindness, and the feeling that Im family.

I was followed in this store for be black. I have always shop in Orlando and village target but in this store I felt like a criminal for walking around liking for a planner and camera for my YouTube channel. I got a story to tell now about this. Stop judging base on my skin.

Recently with Covid, you specified pregnant people as high risk, which made me choose you over publix my normal grocery store to get supplies. I also tried out the pick up option for a gift for my husband for his birthday before we have our baby to see if it is a good option for us when he arrives, and it was. The staff was super friendly, and swift! I loved the communication of the app to let you know that I was on my way, and then the other aspect of letting you know that I was there. There was an employee in the parking lot, and he was ready to inquire and obtain our item.

Super easy and fast. First time using this service and I will definitely do it again!

Quick and accurate service, way better than Walmart

I tried calling them and no answer. I did this another 8 times 6 out of those 8 times I just heard the dial tone for minutes upon minutes. The other time I was put on hold and then hung up on, and the final time I was answered but they just ignored my talking and did not say anything. Terrible terrible customer service, this made me not want to go the store.

I got a holiday item I tried to get last year, but it was sold out! I got it today! Yaaay! I love Target! And I had a latte w/ almond milk. This is going to be a great Christmas!

By far my favorite target. Went shopping around 8pm on thanksgiving and the employees were kind, helpful, and genuinely happy. Check out was quick and the cashiers we dealt with were honest and informative.

Even with the renovation and minor upheaval of certain sections of the store, this location is still the best place in town to shop! I urge everyone to compare prices with Publix. Even with their BOGO “deals” they are still much more expensive than Target. I can’t wait to see the finished renovated store in the next couple of months! Target employees are always so friendly and helpful too! We love this Target!

I’m not from Clermont but was visiting my boyfriends parents, and a when we went here and checked out we were greeted by a wonderful smiling face. Sabrina went out of her way to talk to us. She was cheerful and knew how to start a conversation. 10/10 experience that you don’t get everywhere else.

I like Target because it has some unusual pantry products and household items but your prices are much higher than your competition. If prices were lower I would recommend a 9 or 10.

Stopped at Starbucks in Target. The staff were nice and helpful. I then went to pharmacy to buy a few pharmacy items. No customers were at the counter. I asked the women wearing a white lab coat and scarf if I could purchase my pharmacy items in pharmacy. She took a deep breath and rolled her eyes at me saying, “yes, but I need to answer the phone” and walked away. I understand being short staff, but when is it ever your frustration the customers fault?

I rarely have problems with this Target. It has everything I need to get on a quick run to the store with a convenient self-checkout. Also with the Target app I am able to get a bit of a discount on many products I already buy.

We shopped at Target today because they announced that all employees would be required to wear face masks - it is right on their website, and they had a press release. That was absolutely untrue. We had at least seven Target employees walk past us - and closer than six feet to us - who were not wearing masks. In addition, we saw at least five workers who were not wearing face masks properly, i.e., nose not covered. One was actually a cashier talking to a customer with less than two feet of separation with her mask uselessly hanging around her neck. In Walmart and Publix, EVERY employee we saw was wearing a face mask properly. I have photos, and they are going to be posted to social media tonight or tomorrow. SHAME ON YOU, TARGET! I EXPECTED BETTER!

Honestly favorite target. The store is always well lit and clean. Very few times are the workers in the way restocking. The staff is amazing, they honestly deal with so much entitlement of some shoppers and they always have a smile. The cashiers are the bomb, always trying to make conversation about interesting topics. Their facilities are always clean and never run out of toilet paper. The Starbucks is always as efficient as possible, the Pizza Hut -while you have to sometimes wait exactly 7 minutes and 30 seconds for the food- is always nice and clean. Even on Black Friday the store still looks nice.

It was very quick and simple process. Everything was ready to pick up within the 2hours as shown on my confirmation. The attendant was fast and checked all my items with me. Overall great experience and quick service.
