These guys are very good at what they do. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The prices are reasonable. Replaced wheel bearings and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in for four new tires. I was told it would be approximately 2 hours, which was closing time. The time was exact, but more important I had to wait in the waiting area. I witnessed first hand the outstanding customer service, the respectful handling of customers, even when they were nearing the end of the day, the staff was courteous and helpful. I was so impressed with Justin and Paul, they showed customer service that you just dont see anymore. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning the night before; that night Id gotten a flat and replaced it with my donut tire, but needed a new set of tires to get to work safe that morning.Showed up and the attendant told me Id ordered the wrong kind of tire for my car, and the one that fit they didnt have in stock, but he could grab it for me in a couple hours. I told him I needed to be at work before 11, and it was 730 at that time. He told me hed see what he could do. Then he said itd be about 90-120 mins, which I could work with.Apparently he contacted someone to deliver the tires and he replaced them lickety split, and I had my car back good as new within the hour. Absolutely amazing service and worth my money and time. I had time to get breakfast and be on time at work.Coffee machine didnt work though. ;)

Took my truck in a few days ago. Have been having an issue starting up. Replaced a few parts myself, wasn’t sure if something else was wrong or if I messed something up. So I dropped it off with them for a few days. They called me let me know the might know what it is but they couldn’t duplicate the issue so they weren’t comfortable making the recommendation to replace parts. It sucked to not get this issue resolved 100% but at the same time I really appreciate the honesty. I’m just happy they didn’t recommend something they weren’t 100% about and then next thing you know I could’ve been back in there spending more time and money fixing it or something else. Honesty goes a long way for me and I’m writing this review because that’s the business model I like. It’s ok to not know but when you lie or try to upswell me then I take offense. I really appreciate these dudes helping me, will bring all my service back to these guys.

This place is terrible. Only.take your car here if you hate yourself. Called on Tuesday to order tires for an appointment on Friday. Got there on Friday and they did not have the tires. We have to go pick them up.. 2 hours later and im still waiting. How hard is it.to do your job. Only come here if you truly have no life and hate yourself. What a train wreck.Update. Im now leaving with the old tires I came in with. Please work on your Customer service. It needs help. You wasted over 3 hours of my life

Recently had 4 continental tires put onto my Silverado. Scheduled up an appt, got my truck pulled in as I was writing my ticket up. Within 45 of getting there they made me aware of the fact that I needed an alignment. I had them do the alignment, took another 15-20min. They had me in and put with 4 tires and an alignment in under an hour and 10min. It was 98degrees out and they hustled. No damage on my wheels, truck drives straight as an arrow. Absolutely outstanding services. Even being short staffed as I was told they still took care of me and over delivered. Thank you guys! Justin, Garrett and John in the back were amazing!

I went in for an oil change and a free tire rotation. Because I did not buy new tires they would not do the rotation. When I got back into my car I noticed my windshield was cracked from one corner all the way across. When I went in to tell them, they denied that they did it. They were very rude. I would have just taken a free oil change since I have full coverage and would have had my windshield replaced anyways. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend trusting these people with your vehicle.

So nice, a merchant that actually practices customer service! I called in a panic on a Sunday and Justin was very accommodating and talked me through my options. They were backed up, but he still squeezed me in for an inspection. Adam the mechanic put my car on the rack and returned within an hour with a detailed report that calmed my nerves. No problems foud. Justin gave me his card and asked me to follow up if I had any further issues. While waiting I noticed that whether on the phone or walk-ins, Justin and the entire crew were professional and courteous to everyone, no matter who there were or what the problem was.In this day where people helping you are distracted by devices and answering personal texts while helping you....I saw none of that. In fact, not sure I saw a personal phone at all? You have a new customer, thanks guys!

I got great customer service from this location! Paul and the Manager that worked February 3rd (I didn’t get his name). These gentlemen helped me financially, with getting an alignment and guided me on why I needed two new tires. My money has been tight with me being new college graduate, and the manager was nice enough to work with me and find what was most affordable. I now feel like my VW Beetle is new!P.S. thanks to whoever gave me a rim cap when putting my new tires on. I was missing one and I now have all four caps on my tires. THANK U!!!

Excellent experience!! This place is very knowledgeable and everyone is extremely nice. I was told that it would take an hour but they were done with my oil change and inspection in 35 minutes!!! I will ONLY be going here from now on for all my car needs (oil changes, repairs, etc).

This place is GREAT....for tires. Do not trust them with anything else! I have always brought my 3 cars here since i moved to the area in 2012. They were once great for everything. Had a lot of work done by them on my 06 envoy 5 years ago and the car still runs great to this day.I made the mistake of bringing in a newer car last month for spark plugs, fuel service and brake fluid exchange. The vehicle idled really rough and was experiencing intermittent misfires. Brought it back, mechanics said nothing was wrong.Took it across the street to tires plus, they said i needed 4 new spark plugs. I thought this cant be right, so i took it to the dealer. Apparently when tire kingdom replaced the plugs they left rubber remnants of the boots which caused catastrophic damage to my catalitic converter. I had to get 4 new spark plugs, ignition coils, cat converter cleaning, boots, and a fuel induction done at the dealer. Over $1000 of unnecessary money spent which could have been avoided by trained mechanics.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My driveway is ruined!! 3 separate occasions oil change leaked over driveway. No drops but a huge leak each time, its going to cost me 15k dollars to replace my driveway. Im actually going to contact my attorney for these damages. I was understanding both times but its 3 times already bc they keep using the wrong plug and they dont check when done for leaks. This is neglect bc they rush and its not fair my driveway is ruined.

This place is not good for lifted trucks I paid 150$ for a specialty alignment an they didnt do it right so I took it back an they didnt do it right again the 2nd time around. They also scratched up my brand new 20x12 chrome wheels. I would suggest never to use this company

Rudest impolite service ever!!!Booked an online appointment n got there 10 minutes early and thought great not busy this should be quick. Long story short, this guy, biz card attached, didn’t reconfirm my appointment, nor my quote nor availability. Was told to rebook the appointment because he could not open my ticket nor take payment from me!!! But the way he communicated it was rude didn’t apologise for my inconvenience and kept blaming it on “their” computer network problems! I felt that my day was ruined by an impolite teenage sales associate on a perfectly nice Sunday!Do not recommend and would not ever return to that location.😡😡😡

Made appointment to have tire repaired got there and gentlemen said his scheduler screwed up and he had no time for me? end result was me changing my tire as it ran flat on the way home! That’s no way to treat a lady!

Convenient location. Check in procedure was easy enough. Over 30 dollars to fix a tire seems a bit expensive, but what can you do on a Sunday afternoon just pay the man and remember.

I love this place! Their staff is friendly ABCs hard working, they remember me and call me by name when I walk in the door. Theyre professional, timely, dont make unnecessary suggestions, and take fabulous care of my car.

These people are thieves. Up charged my daughter by $500 for a brake job. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Please find a smaller garage to do your repairs at because these larger places like Tire Kingdom and Pep Boys are just rotten, despicable Highway thieves.

I took my 2007 Lexus GS350 with only 12,000 miles on it to get the original set of tires replaced after having them dry rot after 12 years. The car was in immaculate condition. After my tires were swapped up with new ones I noticed that something was not right with my side skirts. Upon further inspection, I notice that which ever tech had my vehicle in the air did not align their lift/jack on the pinch welds correctly and decided to lift my vehicle up by the side skirts not only damaging the pinch welds by bending them out of shape but disfiguring the side skirts as well. I will NEVER take any of my cars to this place again.

Ill have to say Ive been more and more impressed with this place as the year has progressed. Went in for tires in February and got a good deal, but they found a struts issue and I begrudgingly spent twice what I thought on tire and new struts. Ive been in 3 more times for nails in tires and a noise issue with the strut install and theyve done an excellent, efficient, and free job each time (I mean I do have the tire service package). Really professional!

In the last few months, I’ve made quite a few trips to Tire Kingdom in Clermont! They are super friendly about assisting with putting air in tires as needed, and they were great when it came time to replace my tires. Garrett worked with me to explore genuinely every option I had, and he never made me feel pressured to do more work than was necessary! They were also recently extremely accommodating when I got a flat tire - I was a walk-in who was in and out in less than an hour and a half! I’ve had nothing but good, reliable service here. You can tell they care.

I went to Tire Kingdom to have a tire checked for a slow leak in one of my tires. The mechanic came out and told me that I needed a new tire and 4 new sensors. He said that the screw in the tire was too close to the sidewall to be repaired and the tire sensor in the front tire must have fallen off because they heard rattling in the front tire. I just bought the car 6 months ago and they had just had new tires put on before I bought it, so I was a little upset. Told the guy I couldnt get a new tire today and just bring my car back around.When I got home and told my husband, I was looking at the receipts they gave me. It said that I declined to have a Patch and Plug with Balance done, it said nothing about a new tire. So we took it to Good Year in Spring Hill (closer to our house) and told them the same thing I told Tire Kingdom, I needed the tire checked for a slow leak.I had a tire repaired at a different shop years ago when this same thing happened so I thought I would get it repaired. I was not expecting what happened next.. . . . . . . . . .The mechanic at Good Year came out and told us that they couldnt find anything wrong with the tire, but the sensor needed to be replaced on the rear tire and that was why the low tire pressure light came on. All the other sensors were working fine. Let me repeat that . . .THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRE, NO SCREW, NO DAMAGE AND TIRE KINGDOM TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW TIRE. I cant even believe it as I type this. I expect to be treated like an idiot because I am a woman, but this is criminal. Please be careful if you go there, or better yet, go somewhere else.

Editing my rate due to issues that have came up. Definitely a place that is money hungry and not caring for the customers actual safe being. Been there 2 times and both times something is wrong with what they did. First time was not so bad but the 2nd I could of got in a car accident for what they did to just be fixed for 2 months. Want an easy fix go here, want sincere fix and customer service go elsewhere.

I ordered tire rack tires and delivered to Tire kingdom. I check how much it cost for mounting and balance is $87 total. When i call them to set a appointment and they will charge me $30 per tires. So my question is what’s the purpose of putting all those prices in there website and it’s not all true it’s just advertisement. ALL BS . But still when I go there get my tire mount. Talked to guy and i ask him again how much it cost per tire. High pitch voice $30 what i told you into the phone. Took over 1hr to install my 4 tires. Seriously?? They installed very well but it just so expensive and bunch of BS. Ist and last I’m STAYING TO THIS PLACE!! I paid $140 all taxes included. My tires is 55 series.

We needed new tires and the oil change. Tire kingdom gave us a competitive price, actually better the discount tires. The work was done on time as scheduled. I would definitely recommend the Clermont Florida store. Great guys.

Great customer service: friendly and informative. I really appreciate the attention they gave to me. Also, the attention they’ve given to others that I saw.Time: I got all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle and they did that in about 2 hours, I also received an oil change which was also fairly fast, only issue I have is that I referred someone to them for tires and they took 5 hours :(, but the work was done great so we appreciated that.Cleanliness: The waiting area is clean, drinks and tv which is nice but I wish they had a small area for children. But with the strong smell I don’t think children would like it so much. This store is located in a great location so you can go for a nice walk and enjoy the scenery.

An employee named Fernando was courteous and kind enough to schedule me a same day appointment. Garrett Gibson informed me that I needed cabin and air filters and he was also kind enough to provide rebate coupons for both filters. On a previous visit, this Tire Kingdom price matched a set of 4 Michelin tires and threw in a courtesy two year free front end alignment. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom located in Clermont, FL to anyone with tire and or auto repair needs.

Very good experience, bought 4 tires. They never tried to up sale me but let me know when a tire was not worth saving money or spending more on. Also, thought I needed brakes but they let me know I was good for a while. I appreciated that because I would have stepped up and put them on.

I came in thinking I needed tire repair due to a nail in my tire, but the manager (Garrett) came out right away and let me know my wait would be super short. He pulled the nail, and it had not gone through the tire, so he saved me a long wait time and got me back on the road for my vacation to meet my family. Very scary thinking you’re broken down away from home, and very refreshing to not be taken advantage of as a woman.

I had an appointment for an oil change, got there on time, and it only took 40 minutes! All of the employees were really nice and respectful, and the restroom and coffee areas were so clean. I highly recommend going here, it’s so much better than the Tire Kingdom in Orlando where my scheduled oil change took 3.5 hours.

Had an awful experience at Tire Kingdom in Davenport, called the 1-800 number and got scheduled here to try and resolve the same issue. The techs here were knowledgeable and educated me in what was was going on and what the other store screwed up and was able to fix my problem.

They did an excellent job at adjusting my alignment on my 2017 Ford F-250. The staff was very polite and even brought me in the back and explained details on what was going on on the truck.

I was offered what was pitched as a good deal on an alignment, by reducing the price by $20. All that got me was 6 months less warranty on the alignment. This wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Lesson here is to never say what you normally pay for anything because you will get under cut on price but also get a bad deal. Of course I would’ve paid another $20 for a year alignment warranty! That would’ve been the better value. But no the guy wanted the upsell and not to do what was right. You won this battle. You lost the war by losing a customer.Congrats tire Kingdom.

Excellent service at affordable prices. Had to recently replace tires on 2 vehicles. Awesome price and service. Car was completed ahead of time even after needing alignment. Garrett, Fernando and Jack always go out of their way. I dont go anywhere else!!!!

On par with other national chains. Parts are marked up (as are tires), labor is 100$ an hour which is higher than the national average ($70-90/hour). Its priced similar to a dealership, but tires are top quality, and the waiting room is on par with national dealerships. However, the replacement parts are similar (e.g. non-dealer aftermarket) to those used by any independent fix-it shop.

Fernando is an excellent manager. He went above and beyond my expectation to resolve a complicated matter. My experience here is amongst the best customer service I received from any venue. All my future business well be conducted here, and I would recommend anyone to get tires at this location.Update: I have been doing business with these guys, and sending all my friends and family here for over a year now. They consistently impress me with their level of expertise and their excellent customer service. If you are not sure about picking this location for service, put your worries to rest. This is by far the best service center I have ever dealth with. 150/100.

They always take good care of me. Fast, friendly service and good prices. Dropped vehicle off for oil change and tire rotation...less than $25 with tax..and no upsell. Always happy with the service there.

I use this shop with very few exceptions. I trust them to work hard to fix my vehicle. As with any shop, there is the rare return trip to correct something that was missed and (of course) car repair isnt always cheap but I can count on this shop to keep at it until Im satisfied.

Would not believe what I found out after repairs where done. 4 of the 4 major mechanic shops such as Goodyear,pep boys, tires plus where all about 40% to 50% less expensive for same repair. I was really taken advavtage of with a simple alternator and battery purchase and insulation.

Great for tires and oil changes but don’t depend on them for other mechanical work on your car, they just aren’t qualified.

Brought car in for routine balance, rotation and alignment check received car back with steering wheel off center and a hard pull to right was perfect when brought in. Brought car back in 2nd time received back with steering wheel now centered correctly but still hard pull to right. I noticed right front tire with bad feather wear from their bad alignment when they put the tires on 7 months ago. They replaced the bad tire under warranty but still charged me $43.00 for the mount balance and warranty, keep in mind if they did the alignment correct the first time the tire would have never worn to destruction. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get. On a previous visit on my sons car they tried to charge me for a wheel stud that they had stripped out the previous rotation. They have done good work for me previously and they have all 4 of my vehicles but no more.

Got there early without an appointment at 7:30 am. No wait time, just a simple alignment. They found that one of the tires had separated threads!? They walked me back into the bay to show me everything thats going on and spent 15 minutes explaining to me all about tires. Not only did I leave with a new tire and proper alignment, but a wealth of information. Looking forward to many more visits.

The people who work here are very friendly and it has that small town type of feel when you go there. The waiting area is clean and there is coffee and a TV to watch while you wait. Pricing is very fair. My only complaint is that it always takes a long long time for service. The last time I got an oil change with an appointment I was there for an hour and 10 minutes.

Dont use the online booking. St least one of their service agents going look at those bookings. So when you show up before your schedules time, it means nothing. Just show up.

I needed 4 new tires for my Nissan truck. Tire Kingdom is always our place to go for tires, oil change etc. They always have some type of great deal on tires mine was buy 3 get 1 free and for four tires it only cost me $500 bucks, not bad for tires for a SUV very pleased with their service and their quality of work

Took in for a few changes and. What they told me they chagech they did not . Reason I know is because I marked it and . Never got changed Rotore and tierods and my tires never leaked and. I found the my value stem was .lose SMH . And called and told me .That I need to bring back they will fix it .Im scared to go there knowing what just happened and they act like . There the best . Know telling how many people they alresdt got very disappointed in it will be taking to other place not there spent 1800 just not to get what I payed for not good at all

I do not recommend this place what so ever! Mechanic in the back lost the key to my lug nuts. So my lock was broken & lug nuts were changed on that tire only. Out of common courtesy it should have been done to the other 3 tires? Now here I am needing brake pads & cant get the freaking tires off!!!!

I have been going to Tire Kingdom for years and in several states. Its a good store. The Clermont location, where I visit currently, has excellent customer service. The guys seem to care about the customer. That is rare these days.

Very honest and professional. Originally diagnosed as requiring a new master cylinder. Once they got under the hood, discovered it was an ABS problem. Saved me $400. I would have never known one way or the other. Very ethical place of business.

These people at tire kingdom took care of me, excellent customer service !!..I had gone to Pep boys and they couldnt even put 2 lawn tractor tires back on the bead just to put air in it. Tire kingdom rocks !

Always get oil change there takes a while but they check over your car always give an estimate if they find anything had alot of work done there on another old car so good service.

Had a flat tire and although they were busy, they were able to take care of us and have us on our way in about 90 minutes.

I wouldnt let them change the tires on a bicycle. 2 day wait for 4 tires to be installed (and one tire was put on backwards) Plus $105 alignment and it pulled worse than when i took it in (Refund was given). Furthermore they cross threaded my lugs.(no resolution yet) I have another vehicle they recently worked on that has outstanding wobble on a brand new set of tires (after $105 alignment) so i will wait and see if they can do that or if ill have to take it somewhere else again
