The best service Ive experienced from any car dealership ever. I had an alignment performed on my Titan. The truck tracked straight but the steering wheel was off to the left about 6 degrees. I brought the truck back the next morning, they took my truck in ahead of the line and corrected the problem. Every one from the co-owner of the dealership to the service advisor was involved in getting me straightened out. They really exceeded my expectations. Usually I use dealership service for thing I dont have the Tooling for since I do 80 percent of my own work but after this experience Ill have no issue reducing some of my truck maintenance and transferring it to Reed Nissan of Clarmont.

Wonderful service! Comfy/relaxing waiting areas. Constance M. was incredible. She kept us updated frequently, always with a smile. All staff members were outstanding!!

Service staff is amazing, and will do what they can for a positive relaxing experience/visit. Sometimes short staffed, but gives their all. Drop or wait.. nest to leave/drop for the day is easiest.

I called and explained the issue I’m having and they said just go to express line. Well once I got there they said they didn’t have enough people working to even look at the car. What a waste of time.

Worst place ever don’t go they supposedly try to help but ended up screwing us over big time and not only that manager told sales person to handle it by himself because he was scared to front up it’s crazy how they screw people over
