Theyve been taking care of my car for years from oil maintenance to oil leaks and other wear and tear repairs, and theyve always done an excellent job! Comparable or better and more affordable than the dealers services. They have the most efficient scheduling system compared to any other in central florida. Come on your appointed time and they will service your car that time. Their office is pleasing and pretty which is a plus if I need to wait.

I have been a customer since 2017 and usually bring the car in once a year. I have found the work performed by Import Professional Auto to be efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. They have shown to be trustworthy and not perform unnecessary repairs. They always submit estimated charges before work is started and may provide options to be considered. Obed ( owner) has kept my 2007 Mercedes running like a new car and I would not consider taking it anywhere else for repairs. I highly recommend their service.

I rarely ever write reviews however the service here was exceptional. I took my 2012 SLK350 in for B schedule service, excessive cooling fan noise, and weak air conditioning. Import did a complete inspection of the car and told me about several other issues that needed attention. Erkies worked well with my extended warranty company to get some items covered.In addition to the known repairs they suggested that the battery, brakes and rear tires be replaced. Being somewhat of a back yard mechanic I was aware of these issues myself and knew that they were factual and not just padding the bill. At no time was I pressured to get all the repairs done, just informed. Long story short after checking on line and considering doing the brakes, tires, and battery myself I found their prices to be very competitive.If you have a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Jaguar, Maserati, etc., Take it here, not to the dealer. Their service is recognized by original manufactures warranty requirements and is as good or better than the dealer at a much lower cost. They use only OEM parts.

I paid $150 for information I already knew, and conveyed at the time of drop off. I needed a more thorough diagnostic, which for that money I feel I should have received. I was told there was no exhaust leak and the O2 sensors where fine. I took it to another mechanic in the area....bad O2 sensor and exhaust leak (actual bolt missing). Wont be back.

Excellent performance over the past 6-7 years

I have been bringing my C350 to IPA for about 3 years now! They have always provided world class services for a very reasonable price. Compared to the Mercedes Benz dealership they are always much less expensive. I know for a fact that they use genuine parts and fluids. My car drives just as good as it did when I first got it, that shows me this shop knows what they are doing and I will continue to take my vehicle to them as long as I own it. Everyone at IPA is very friendly and they have done many things as a courtesy to help me out on different occasions.

Beware, dont become a victim.They make you believe they know what the problem is and do not take responsibility for wrong diagnosis and make you pay for their mistakes.They are very rude and unprofessional!!I took a friend with me and she witnessed their manners and attitudes when I tried to reason with them that they should take responsibility for their wrong diagnosis and I have a recorded audio of the conversation.Bottom line, they are inexperienced and fix problems by trial and error and you will end up paying for their errors!I do not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to take a chance and don’t mind being insulted and humiliated in front of others.

Started using Import Professional a few years ago for minor services, but recently used them for more maintenance/major repairs on an 11 year old BMW. My vehicle has never been neglected, but they were honest and up front about what issues need attention and what did not. Clearly communicates the time required to complete task at hand and ready when expected. Will continue to use Import Professional in the future.

I had some major work done on my 2011 Mercedes today. it was time for a big service schedule and because is always gone to the dealer in Orlando I was a little apprehensive about using a small shop. I found this European garage 30 min away in. Clermont. I was very pleased with the work and they even arranged an Uber to take me to lunch because I’d come a distance and the time needed to do all the work. I would recommend this shop and will come back next time I need services

Cant say enough good things about this place. Its extremely well managed, the main mechanic, Obed, was very knowledgeable about my 14 year old BMW. I broke down on the turnpike coming up to Orlando and he got the car back in shape to make it up north. The office is also managed very well and customer service was spot on. The price for all the work I had done would easily have been twice that at a dealer. If I lived in Orlando this would be my go-to shop for sure.

I own a 1983 Mercedes Benz 380 SL that was in need of some repair after being parked in my garage for approximately two years. Ive taken both my cars here, had numerous things done over the years and I cant say enough good things about them. They are wonderful and they do good work. Its also a family-run business so you get personalized care that you dont see too often in auto repair shops.

We HAD a Volkswagon Passat that had sat in a driveway for a few years and we finally had the money to invest in it to get fixed up. We brought it here and after the mechanic had inspected the vehicle he gave us a laundry list of things that needed to be done which makes sense seeing the vehicle had sat for quite awhile. So after going ahead with repairs we got the vehicle back and it ran for a couple of days before something else was wrong with it and was not driveable. Yet again we took it back for more repairs and we finally got our vehicle back. Drove it for a few more days and low and behold something else and completely new was wrong with it. Had it towed over for a third time and after thousands of dollars was invested was told something else needed replaced, by this time we didnt have enough money for another thousand dollar repair. We should have known everything that was wrong with the vehicle the FIRST time it was inspected and after all that we were told we would still be charged just for the mechanic to look at it.....yeah I dont think so. So we had to move back to Ohio without the vehicle with thousands invested in it. Strongly urge you to take your vehicle elsewhere. Buyer beware.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Took my wifes 128i convertible to have its 60,000 service. First they told me that it was going to be $375 for service. When I went to pick up the car the charged me $475 .At first I thought okay no be deal still cheaper than the dealer. I drove the car approx 1/4 mile and ABS light comes on.. I took the car back. I left a note for them to call me and let me know what they find.. They never called so I finally called them. They told me that they reset the computer and test drove the vehicle. They informed me that the pump for the ABS sent the code but should be good now. I thought it was funny that I never had an ABS light come on before. They told me that they never did anything to my brake system but the they charged me for a brake fluid flush. Funny never touched my brakes.How do you do a brake fluid flush and not touch the brake system? Magic I guess. I went and picked my wifes car up and didnt even make it out of the lot and the light came on again. Had my BMW towed to BMW service station. . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Technician refused to work on my car coming from the Audi dealership. The dealership wants to overcharge for a serpentine belt and I wanted the car to go to import autos instead. The tech refusing to work on my car shows his lack of knowledge and competency with Audi cars obviously... Ive never heard of a service provider actually refusing service. Im dumbfounded. I would not recommend this company at all.

Hands down the best shop you can take your car to. A few weeks ago I had a major issue with my E63. Stuck injector flooded the engine, but luckily didnt cause major damage. Obed and his team carefully rebuilt my engine sending the heads off for reconditioning and everything. A couple weeks after that I had a misfire again, but again the team at imports were able to quickly diagnose it as a coil pack issue (2 bad packs) and had me back running in 3 days. Ive found a shop for life and cant recommend them enough. Everyone is friendly, professional, and they dont bs you with unnecessary repairs. Thanks again for getting my dream car back up and running!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Obet had serviced my car here and there over the years. I thought we had a good working relationahip right up until he tried to charge me storage to the tune of $1500 for my Mercedes that he didnt fix after having it to work on for months and months. Its fine the he couldnt find fix it but he quoted me $2500 which turned into $3300 when I went to pick it up. Then I was told it still wasnt ready he needed another month to put it back together. Cut to a month and a half later when I freaked out because the car was not running. I told them I would send a tow truck to get it. They asked if I wanted an estimate of how much more it would cost. I got the estimate on Friday and a lein against my car on Saturday. Needless to say I now have a good lawyer and a court date. Very disappointed.UPDATE: I finally got my car back after posting a $2300 bond to the court. Shockingly these ppl never worked on my car. EVER! Not one drop of work was ever performed. And yet they had the nerve to keep accepting payment for repairs. I think it is cute that in the response they say that I authorized the repairs that were done when I actually never authorized anything as you can see by the estimate that I was emailed after the fact that does not have my signature anywhere on it. This is the same estimate that lists $3300 in repairs NONE of which detail the engine being taken apart or reassembled. That is however one of the lies I was told to justify why the car wasn’t ready for 2 straight months.It would seem the unscrupulous lien against my car, the phony storage charges and the $3300 bill for work I never authorized were to persuade me to abandon my vehicle so I would not know that no work had been performed. I sent my car which was covered with an inch of dust and spider webs, along with all the random parts that were stripped from it and strewn all over the floors and seats along with copy of the itemized bill they game me to Mercedes. It was their mechanics that told me none of that work was ever performed. So what exactly did I pay for? They can offer whatever bullshi$ excuse or explanation they want. They recommended an idler pulley replacement based on an inspection of my 1998 Jaguar XJ8L. There are two idler pulley on the v8, one without a lip on the belt tensioner assembly and one near the alternator with a lip. They ordered the wrong one and refuse own up to their mistake, to take the incorrect part back or even replace it with the correct part I understand the part return policy, but when a mistake is made, they should have made it right. Their mistake, but we paid the price.I can not recommend this repair shop and suggest that you find a different repair shop.

Own a used german performance vehicle? THIS IS YOUR SHOP! Obed and his crew are fast, friendly, honest, and get the job done right the first time, for less than you might think. I take my BMW 3-series there and they have done a great job with maintenance and repairs. I contacted Imports Professional Auto Repair on May 30, 2014 at 8:45 a.m. I spoke with Obed and explained my situation. Obed told me to bring my BMW in and he would let me know A.S.A.P. what the problem(s) were. My car arrived at 9:30 a.m. Within the hour, Obed phoned me with the problems and gave his professional advice. He informed me that he could have the car ready in a few hours. I was unable to pick my car up that same day. However, Obed offered to come in the next day, Saturday (which is closed), so that I may pick my car up first thing that morning. My car is all fixed and running smoothly. Thanks Obed. I am truly satisfied with the immediate professional service I received. I finally found a great mechanic.

He said I do, I work on them allthe time.I said please check it out, and give me an estimate, while your at it giveit an oil change, Im going to get some breakfast.When I came back he gave me a bill for $196.-, $ 80.- or so for the oilchange (OK that car takes 9 quarts of oil) $120.- for the estimate,He said it needs this and that replaced and labor would be $1100.-I told him I dont have the money right now Ill be back next week.Make a long story short, I found a REAL GERMAN MECHANIChe fixed it for 50 cents, there is a separate fuse by the fire wall in a littleblack box, that was blown.So much for knowing my car, what a scam artist.

However, I am not sure you are familiar with your vehicles brake system.The 60K Mile Condition Base Service preformed at our location included basic maintenance; Oil and Filter Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, Brake Fluid Flush, Spark Plug Replacement (Platinum Plugs), Tire Rotation (for non staggered wheels), All Inspections and CBS indicator reset. This complete service was provided for the priceyou indicated of $475.00 plus tax. Yes, less expensive than the dealer considering we strictly use OEM parts. With regards to your current ABS problem, the Brake Fluid Flush that was completed only involved the hydraulic systemwithin the brake system itself. Although the ABS system and the Brake System work in conjunction the Brake Fluid Flush isperformed thru the Brake System only. The fluid does NOT flow thru the electrical portion of the ABS. The codes thatwere retrieved from the ABS/DSC system give clear indication of an internal electrical and/or failure inside the ABS/DSC Control Unit. Please understand these types of situations may happen at any given time, it just so happens the vehicle was just in for service when the system triggered the indicator light. Also understand that this is in no way, shape or form related to the service interval provided.
