My car overheated on a Sunday and I had it towed there. I really wasnt expecting my car to be looked at that Monday because I figured he would be busy with appointments. I spoke with Dee on Monday morning and he said he would take a look at it and get back to me. When he did he told me what the problem was and that it could be fixed that same day. I was very happy because I was renting a car. When I picked my car up at the end of the day, I was very impressed. Not only did Dee explain everything he did, but he actually took me outside under the hood and showed me exactly what he replaced. Pricing was very fair, service was excellent. I will definitely bring my car back to them and I will also refer anybody who needs a good, honest mechanic to take their vehicle to Dee.

I cannot say enough good things. My van broke down on me while trying to drive back to TN from a family vacation. It was a nightmare.I got a rental and left. Called Dees from the road first thing in the morning (Wednesday) and explained what had happened. Told them Id be back the following day (Thursday morning), but really needed to leave Friday.He explained that if it was a major repair he would probably not be able to get it done that fast, but he would do his best regardless. I called for a tow, and had it send to him later that same morning.By the end of the day Wednesday he had called and talked to my wife and was very respectful. Explained everything and worked out the plan with her. By Thursday afternoon I was back in FL and it was fixed, at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to us, and pointed out what needed to be dealt with soon.They didnt use pet names like honey sweety buddy baby or any of that. Not toward me or my wife, and that made us feel even more respected. In and out quick.God forbid you ever break down in this area, but if you do, this is DEFINITELY where you want to bring your car!

I have to say, I was I impressed with the whole operation there. I’m normally terrified of going to repair shops because I don’t know anything about cars and to be honest, most mechanics can be intimidating (especially here in central Florida) I’ve been to a few mechanics here but I would always feel like I’ve been screwed over or I would feel uneasy. Here at Dee’s, I was instantly welcomed by the most lovely woman. I could immediately tell she was concerned about the issues with my car but my safety!? It was like your favorite aunt making sure you’re alright! I felt at ease!!! The staff is all professional and work great as a team. I believe it’s a family owned business which makes sense. They all have great chemistry. The mechanic who worked on my car was so NICE and informative. He went out of his way to see if he could save me a few bucks with a part I needed. I sat in the lobby for a few hrs and they made me coffee and gave me some snack. All around FANTASTIC experience! It really was that extra touch of care that they give you. They contacted us quickly with our cars issue and quoted a price. They had car fixed and ready to go by the end of same day. No hassle what so ever. Very professional. Well, in the first instance, I got to the place looking for help with my jeep grand cheroke. My father is a mechanic and he had already told me what the prublem but he is in another country. And when I arrived they attended to me and without further questions they told me what the problem was and without any problem they offered to put her in line, and that was on a Sunday and by Thursday the work was done. Showing me all the old pieces. In conclusion they solved all my problem and the jeep is like new. It was like two months that they fixed,and my jeep is like new. when I have a problem I will be back. Exceptional service! My car decided to break down and not knowing where to bring it, My husband found Dee’s on the internet, and I’m so glad he did!!! Driving from Texas to Orlando for a family vacation over Memorial Day weekend, our mini-van began to smell like something was burning. A Good Samaritan at a gas station close to Dees looked under the hood, could smell the smoke and recommended that we go across to Dees. I had my window regular fixed here. They charged a very reasonable price here. THey charged $310 whereas other shops all wanted to charge over $400 for this so I ended up saving bout $100 dollars here. The store owner Dee is a very friendly man and so is his wife. Dee seems to know what he is talking about. When I told him what was wrong he was able to figure it out and get the right part right away and get it fixed. They also gave me a two year warranty for the part so if anything goes wrong I can get it fixed again for free. Id definitely recommend coming here for car repairs. They are very knowledgeable here and actually know what they are doing unlike the workers at some other dealerships and they charge very reasonable prices. I can tell that Dee really cares about his customers and does the best he possibly can to make them happy.

Had an alternator failure on my truck and lost electronics on my way to the shop. Talked to the receptionist and she got all my info while they waited for me to get there. I waited 5 hours on 192 for a tow truck and finally got to the shop after it had closed for the day. Called the next morning when they opened and spoke with Dee. Even though it was a Saturday they got right on it first thing and had me back on the road the same day. When I picked it up Dee came out and made sure I was happy with the work. Yes. I have A toyota matrix and my transmission went bad in it. So I found Dees on Google and saw that there reviews were good. So I decided to have them replace my transmission. They replaced my transmission in 24 hours. so I had my car back the next day and it runs perfect. I,m not saying they can do everybodys car that fast but they will definitely make that effort. Just a shout out to Dee Reliable Auto Repair. I took my vehicle due to the check engine light coming on. After diagnosing the problem as an issue with the manifold, instead of just slapping on a new manifold (costing over $900), Dee Reliable researched the issue, took it apart, cleaned everything out, and fixed the problem for about a third of what it could have cost. I know that it may not always be possible to fix the issue without a new part, but it was refreshing to know that they care enough about my car and saving me money where possible. I took my Mustang here on 6/12/20 because the water pump had gone bad. I’d have to say the service was really good, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was taken care of. They are very honest and straight to the point, my car was fixed the same day. They know exactly what they’re doing, very professional. I’m definitely taking my car here for any future maintenance

I want to honestly say that it is a pleasure doing business with Dee. Since 2017, he has worked on my H2. I purchased it back in 2017. Not only is he a great mechanic, but he is a great human being. When I was unable to make it to the dealership he used to work at, he would assist me by phone on how to get my H2 rolling again.Now that he has his own shop, I couldnt wait to bring my other vehicle for him to fix. My Ford suv is running great. He did a wonderful job. Nobody ever wants a non working vehicle, but with a great mechanic like Dee, you dont have to stress about honesty and care. I will be a customer for life. Dees reliable Auto service is true to the companys name: Reliable.May I add, that he is also a wonderful person. Nicest guy ever.
