I took my Jeep there to do the following:1) To check and if needed, properly reinstall the suspension springs2) Install the lower arm bar (just a bar with 2 screws)3) AlignmentThe bill was $780 and many things were not done or done wrong.I was charged for balancing the tires. The tires were brand new and were already balanced when purchased them. Jim added this charge in a jiffy just to rip me off.On top of that, my jeep now runs worse than it did when I brought it in.Therefore, I took it to 4wheel Parts, a specialty performance shop for an inspection which cost me $157 and they found the following:Action Gator Tire fail to tide the Track Bar, it was loose and because the vehicle was driven with the adjustment nuts loose, now the track bar is damaged and needs to be replaced. $336The vehicle is not aligned and the steering wheel is crooked.The springs were not properly mounted.Mr Christensen, hopefully you care, because your managers dont.Please see the attachments

Pulled in here on a Saturday morning after getting a flat on 27. They were booked up with appointments, but managed to get my car up to at least inspect the tire, which could not be patched. A new tire was ordered, my car was kept safely over the weekend, and a new tire was installed before 1pm Monday. Adam at the desk was upbeat, polite, professional, efficient, and caring...he obviously takes pride in his work, and that is a quality that is becoming rare these days. He handled everything with my tire warranty company, including sending them pictures and working out billing, all I had to pay was tax on a $330 tire. Great job, thank you!

Had a flat tire on the way home from the docs. Stopped at AGT for repairs, the tire was not reparable. Ended up buying two new front tires ( cooper) and they were able to do this the same day. They explained all the tire choices that were available and the cost differences,and the road hazard warranty. They made the choice easy for me to understand. They were very nice and accommodating. YES I will shop with them again in the future.

I very rarely leave reviews but this place was awesome. I came in asking for help because I had a puncture and they told me it had to be replaced and when looking at my options they were honest with me about quality and price and gave me different options and they even worked with me to keep the car longer because I wasn’t able to pick it up as it was just finished. Big thanks to Adam especially for helping me with everything. Definitely recommend and worth it.

Paid for tire balancing among a few other things. They never took my wheels off the truck but still charged me had I not noticed they would have gotten me for 90 bucks when confronted they didnt even try to defend because they knew already. Pretty pathetic. Dont go here

Customer service was very good. They were able to order my tires Friday and installed them on Monday. Their prices were very competitive, the cheapest for what I was looking for. Their website will give you an out the door price so you know exactly how much youll need to spend. Ill be returning soon to get my brakes replaced and do an alignment.

I couldn’t get my air pressure warning to turn off in my car after refilling the tires several days in a row. I was able to make an appointment 30 min before my desired time. When I arrived I was greeted by Terry with a smile, patience and an answer to all of my questions. He called me when my car was ready to be picked up. They found a nail in one of my tires and were able to patch it. No hard sell to buy new tires, no pressure to spend extra money unnecessarily. Excellent, quick, friendly service. Definitely need to be careful with this place, tried to charge me close to $300 to mount new tires and tried to sell me a “rebuilt” kit for my stems for my brand new truck. Went to Firestone and they did everything for $100

1000 plus for repairs. Just needed my break pads and rotors changed lol. I’ll take my car to my buddy who works a Subaru and just buy the parts and pay for his dinner lol. Stop robbing people.

Im giving them a 5 star because they did the a good job and were friendly and quick with the work I needed done. However...I dont know how I feel regarding the price. I got my front breaks and routers changed. It cost $389. Now, that might be a reasonable rate...but I wasnt too happy with it. Aside from that, they deserve the 5 stars!

Recently, my husband and I had a flat tire and were looking for a reputable place to get our tire patched. After calling around to a few places, we decided to go with Action Gator Tire because of the great reviews. We werent disappointed! The guys there were so nice, and got the tire patched in less than a day! Tony, Ken and Tooli were a blessing, and were thankful we found our new car repair place. Just awesome!!

They are little bit pricier than some of the other places Tuli does a great job matching you up with the tires for the specific vehicle. I continued to shop at Action Gator Tire because of the excellent customer service they provide. I believe this is my fifth or sixth set of tires we have several vehicles.

Lack of communication and consideration with customers. Vehicle was pulled out of the bay and I wasnt even notified even though I was in the waiting area. When questioned, I was giving diferent reasons. This happened 3 times, when I asked why my vehicle was pulled out. Meanwhile they were doing other vehicles that came after me first. After waiting for 4 hours they told me to take my vehicle and bring it in other day because the could not figure ot how to fix it. We are very dissapointed with their service.

This place is amazing! I was having issues with my Audi Q7 leaking water inside. They took a look at it and unclogged the tubes that was causing it to leak water underneath my dash. No charge. I really appreciate it. Amazing customer service! I will definitely take my car here to be serviced again.

I bought a Tacoma from Toyota of clermont (don’t recommend that place) and they didn’t give me good tires so I came to Acton Gator Tire, buy four new tires for half the price. This is really hard. I have used these guys for years replacing multiple sets of tires through my 4 kids, wife, and my vehicles and have referred a lot of people, as I can truthfully say I have 4 other people go to get tires on our family recommendation. As my wife is a local hairdresser and everything is discussed at the salon, people asked if you know where, or suggest I can..... fill in the service. But now my wife and I will now never suggest this shop again.Toolie, was great as usual, other counter guys and manager not so much.My problem comes from my last 2 services that occurred within a week of each other at the end of June beginning of July 2020. AGT-if you are going to charge for a service, or offer a service as an incentive in a package, you actually should do the service.I scheduled for my wife’s car to be brought in for a new set of front tires as she was going on a long trip to Tennessee, and I knew she needed an alignment as the tires were wearing unevenly, we were charged for it when they did the tires. I then brought my car in 5 days later, bought a full set of tires and was given an alignment as part of the July 4th package. When my car was done and given back to me I left, drove about a quarter mile, and noticed the car was pulling to the right worse then when I came in. I immediately came back and asked what was going on. I was told I was the second person to say something that day about a car pulling after an alignment and maybe the tech was setting something wrong. I was headed out to my car to my my stuff and sit in the waiting room, when the manager, I think his name was Jim, caught up to me I was told the rack was occupied and would be awhile say 45 minutes before they could get it BACK up and looked at. I said I would go get lunch, then come back. After calling I came back to get the work done. Upon completion the alignment guy came in and gave me my keys with the alignment print out and said sorry for the problem. I asked what was wrong and he said no one told him it needed an alignment and once the car was pulled out of the tire bay they brought it around front to return to me as complete. I said then why did it pull more if you didn’t do anything? He said of course it will pull more as the old tires are worn in and now the new tires were not worn and would drag significantly more until they wore in too. I got my stuff and left angry they as led me to believe the service had been done.I called on my way home and talked with Jim again. He confirmed they alignment was never done the first time. When I asked why he did not say something, he said because I was convinced that it was pulling worse even though they never touched it. OPIOIN: I think he was caught in a fabrication and did not want a confrontation. I then asked about the alignment result/adjustment sheet and if I should get one every time one is done. He said absolutely as long as the printer has ink. I then asked if my wife’s car alignment was done 5 days earlier and he said he would look it, took my telephone number and get back to me. 30 seconds passed and he returned my call and said he could not find any paper work saying it was done so I should just bring it back by and they would take care of it. I told him she was in Tennessee and would schedule next week. I got home looked at the paperwork and guess what, there was no alignment result sheet, you know, the sheet that Jim, the manager said you should get every time an alignment is ACTUALLY completed.My wife went in the following week after her trip, and they did the alignment...AGAIN? NOPE, the alignment result sheet showed significant adjustment required to both front wheels. I took the sheet other shops showing the alignment data sheet, and sharing the story, they said there was no way they had done the alignment the first time because it would/could not be so far out of tolerance in such a short time.Had I not caught this, noting would have ever been said or done to fix it. SHAME ON YOU ACTION GATOR TIRE!

Bought 4 good tires there last autumn...competitive prices! Saturday late afternoon customer...no grief given, even though to install them took the staff right up to their closing time.more recently hit a screw...slow leak....patched and out of there in 15 minutes!Tires themselves are good, prices good, service even better!

They will make you wait. They will say anything to get you in the door but once they have you forget them honoring warranty. I called in and asked I if could bring my car in for a rotation they said come in there is no wait. I come in and see people standing around, I wait for over 30 minutes and my car wasn’t even touched. I called Tuffy and got my car done in under 20 minutes for less. This isn’t the first time they made me wait either, last time I went my car was actually done but they didn’t think I needed to know they made me wait another 20 minutes until I said something. I saw my key hanging on the wall for a while but I figured no way they are stupid enough to take my key be done and not tell me. Joke was on me.

TERRIBLE....Oil change special is a FRAUD !!! Took my car, the fluids were not serviced, air on tires were not checked and inflated correctly, tires were NOT rotated and they FAILED to install oil drain plug gasket, when I reached Texas I noticed an oil leak, it had lost over a quart of oil during the trip. How can someone screw up such a simple job? I should get a refund....

These guys are the best. I had a new set of tires put on here. Months later I discovered one the studs was damaged. I went back and they fixed it for free. I can’t think of any other place that stands behind their work like these guys do. I won’t buy tires anywhere else.

A few days ago I got a warning that one of them was low again so I stopped back by to have it filled. He looked at my tire and did not see anything but asked if I had a minute so he could take it off and check it properly. Sure enough he found a nail in. A couple days later my battery died and after it was replaced, the car still wouldnt start. They ended up replacing the starter at a very very discounted rate. I had an appointment at Pep Boys and when I got there they said that even with the appointment I was going to have to wait for 2 hours. So, I left and called Tire Kingdom and they said it was going to take 3 hours. I decided to head home, but noticed Action Gator Tire and took a chance there. Even though they were serving several clients, I didnt wait more than 5 minutes for them to take my car and I left 20 minutes later with my car fixed!!!I am not going to go to those big chain car shops anymore, I highly recommend Action Gator Tire, Tooly was awesome, great customer service!

Been a loyal Action Gator Customer from years, Myself wife, inlaws, and friends. That changes today.Took my ride in to Action Gator Ocoee needed the throttle body replaced. they did so, but after i noticed i lost about 5mpg and my car acquired a new distinct 80s lawnmower/ go kart exhaust smell... so, at my next convenience a few weeks later i took it in to my closer action gator in Clermont... thats where the problems really got to me.Needed them to check to make sure it was calibrated correctly and to patch a nail in one of my tires that i purchased form them.I get a call an hour later that they cant patch the hole, and i need a new tire... great... got about 15-20k miles on that tire but whatever...I show up, they are ready to cash me out... but didnt bother to look into the throttle body concern, AND upon cashing out i was told i should get a new wheel lock... mine is stripped and they had to HAMMER it onto the Lug... WHAT!?! Firstly yah, i get it... a wheel lock key isnt high carbon awesome steel... its aluminum... but as a service center should your trained technicians know how to use them? because the only people to use that key in the last two years were action gator tire centers...On my way out i slip and tell em, fir the first time im disappointed... but i get it... my car has 100k miles... its not new... stuff is gonna break and things will happen... tires get punctures... . The manager was at the counter and stepped in. offering kind words of understanding but no real solution or remedy... not even offering to take the car back into the shop to look at the part...End note, if i ask for something you installed to be checked out because my car hasnt been the same since you worked on it... in a negative way, i expect it gets looked into... and i also expect you to care for my equipment like you would yours... not hammering and stripping a wheel key... then having the tech admit they had to hammer it on... I now get to try and find a way to take all 4 locks off with a stripped key... Happy 2020, aside from any punctures i get in the new tire, throttle failure, or an EMERGENCY, I most likely will protest and keep my family from ever purchasing or getting service from Action gator Tire. If you value your car and equipment id suggest the same...

You know a place is not reputable when they refuse to work with Michelin Corporate Headquarters for tire warranty, what a shady little business.Toole, (if that is how you spell your name) you have made a huge mistake and cost your business big time. I recently stopped in with a steering knuckle and new hub I had removed from a Volkswagen broken down on the side off the road. Being that the manufacturer is what it is, the four bolts holding the hub to the knuckle werent your normal 6 point bolt. Knowing that a full service shop will have the needed tool and equipment to quickly remove and replace the hub I opted for a trusted name at Action Gator.To my surprise, I was told that the 30 second job of removing and replacing the 4 bolts, couldnt be completed during business hours today. After attempting to explain the car was on the side of the road and a young mother was waiting on my return with the repaired knuckle, I was rudely interrupted and told, Tomorrow morning.As a former shop manager, I was appalled at such an unhelpful service manager. Ive been called ten minutes before closing time by a person needing help on the side of the road. My response was to drive my personal car to the scene, diagnose the problem, take the customer to the parts store, and replace the part. All for a reasonable fee which the owner was happy to give and then some. This anti-service manager was unwilling to have a technician complete a simple repair while he himself sat in his air conditioned office completing paperwork.Refusing to tell the young mother shed have to leave her vehicle, or call a tow truck, I proceeded to a parts store. I bought the necessary triple square socket, an impact gun, and air compressor, and changed the hub assembly in the parking lot. ALL IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES, including time for the air compressor to completely fill.This Action Hater is unhelpful, uncompassionate and undeserving of its business opportunity. Spend your money with a company that cares about its customers. Not here.

Took my car here to replace a broken ac compressor wire. I was quoted $30 over the phone and 20 minutes. Cost $90 and 1.5 hours. Upon leaving, my battery light came on and I needed my alternator replaced as the one I had installed somewhere else a day prior was dead. They replaced it, but when I went to leave, my car was making a loud vibration noise. They blamed a bad tensioner and tried to make me pay $200. I refused since the noise was not there before. They did replace at no charge, which I appreciate, but it was there faulty diagnosis as the noise was still there after. He told me to leave and drive it for a few days to see if it went away. I had already taken the day off of work so didnt want to have to come back, but he was sure the noise would go away. Today, I tool it to a local mom and pop place called Above Automotive in Leesburg, and in 5 minutes, they diagnosed and fixed FOR FREE the bolt to the ac compressor that they failed to tighten, causing it to vibrate all over. Eventually, it wouldve loosed and caused extensive damage to my car and ac compressor. Moral of the story, go to a real mechanic, not an overpriced tire store.

Great experience. Being new to Clermont I wasnt sure where to take my vehicle. I can cross finding a reputable and reliable auto repair shop off the list. Tooly and his crew were great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Just a small repair this time but I will be sure to bring my vehicle to them whenever it needs service. Very clean office and nice waiting room. All around a great shop.

I came into town with my family when our mini vans low tire light came on. In a panic, we pulled into Action Gator and Tooly and Brandon treated us so well. Their waiting area was clean and they even had an area to entertain our grandson.They showed us were the tire had 2 (TWO) nails! They tested us fairly and we were out off there in no time.Thanks for getting us back on the road guys!

I have an Infinite Q50S with RunFlat Tires. Back tires were very new and started losing a significant amount of air in the front and back tires.Discovered I had a screw in my front left tire and a long nail in the back tire.Went in to the Clermont Action Gator on Hwy 50 without an appointment and anticipated I would be very late for work.Tooly gave the best customer service I could ask for!Car was up on the rack in no time and fortunately they were able to repair both tires :-).Shared with me that the tires still had plenty of tread and I was back on the road in about 30-40 minutes.Great service and will definitely be my go to store for any future mechanical maintenance.
