Went in to pick up some paint, guys very helpful, but kinda warm in the store

They claimed today there isnt a rewards program when there is even an app for Napa rewards. They will not price match anything with any local competitors because they dont make enough off of it to be able to Id say they are making something with an $11 difference between just one store I called about gallon jug of oil. That is a significant difference when you are looking to get a few cases of oil and why would an auto parts store not sell oem filters? All thats available is wix garbage. Im good, guess Ill be shopping at OReilly from now on.

Excellent customer service. I shopped there for the first time this weekend. Their Platinum oil filters were on sale for $5 a piece. They only had one in stock, but the gentleman behind the counter sourced four more for me from different stores and said they should be ready within 24 hours.Dropped by today, and they were there! $25 for 5 made in USA synthetic media filters and great customer service? Awesome! Will be back again.

I stopped in to pick up a wiper blade. I had purchased one prior at a retail store but it did not have the clip needed. Anyway, Roberto at the register greeted me right away and found the correct wiper blade. I asked if he could help me to put it on ( not too busy )and he kindly walked out with me & put it on in 1/2 second ! Amazing .. Great Customer service. Will be going back for sure .
