Im giving them 2 stars because the finished product was actually very professional. That being said, the process was a nightmare. Don reflects very poorly on this business, because to be quite frank, he lied on multiple occasions. He originally told me that it would be by the end of the week it would be finished, everything was done and it was waiting on the bed to be finished and put back on, I put back on. I drove up myself to check on progress and nothing had been done. It was almost a month after that we finally got our truck back. The insurance company had stopped payment on our rental because it took so long to repair, so Ford said they would pick up the bill for the rental until the truck was done. Ok, good, 3 weeks later I get a call from Enterprise telling me that the truck was late and I had a $600 balance. So I called Don, BIG MISTAKE. He never called to let them know that Ford was to be billed, so I thought he would immediately remedy it. Again, wishful thinking. He never did, Enterprise had to call them to straighten everything out. Bottom line is the repair is 5/5. The Communication and professionalism by Don -5/5

Took my truck back for unfit work (paint). Dropped off Monday. Work completed Tuesday by 11am. Called trying to find out when I can pickup. Wednesday 3pm. Still no return call. I think they just want me to think they are still working on it. I only hope its cleaner then when I got it back the first time. Lack of communication.

Dropped car off, but got no ETA of when it would be finished. Called a week later, to find out it still needed to be put together and painted. Repair estimate said 29 hours. Assuming they work on it 6 hours a day in a 8 hour work day, it should take 5 days, and 3 to 7 days for shipping of parts, so 8 to 12 days. Its been 13 (Wednesday) days, and theres no guarantee itll be done this week, and they dont operate on weekends, so it would be at least 18 days total til they finished.Don was great before I dropped off my car. Phenomenal communication because he kept checking up on me to see if my estimate for my car insurance was complete. But once I dropped off my car, communication stopped, and now I have to rent a car for 3 weeks now.Biggest weakness is communication throughout repair process. Just a solid ETA from the beginning for peace of mind and allowing me to properly manage my finances and rental would be nice because I dont know if I am renting longer than necessary.

Jack, Priscilla and the rest of the team did an amazing job, from beginning to end I was well taken care of. I received a thorough review of the proposed work to be done, accurate pricing and a reasonable projected date of completion. They communicated progress and delays. It seemed every time I thought I wonder whats going on? I would get an update. Rental car was sent right over, no waiting. I cant wait for my next accident, I know just where I am bringing my vehicle! Thanks!

They do a good job but takes a long time. I was out of my car for atleast two months. The repairs were not serious they are just really slow. The work was good.

Love love love love their collision body shop! Everyone did heck of a good job on my car despite it took quite awhile but they will always try to fix it. Really appreciate the work and dedication you guys have.
