From start to finish, Janel was smiling and helpful. Customer service was so comfortable in a time that could be stressful. Royce is very knowledgeable and professional until he handed over the keys. I appreciate all they did.

They do good work on your auto repair. Worked directly with your insurance agency. Unfortunately the person you work with when you first get there your assessor not the best personality. The company is a franchise and they have quite a few shops centrally located.

They did a great job. They kept me informed nearly every single day. Have used caliber in the past it was leery about using them again. At the shop they definitely made up for work was lacking in the past At other shops. The only issue is waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to wash the car and quickly fix something they forgot to do, Other than that they did a superb job. I will definitely bring my car back to them.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I went through Progressive and they referred me and Im thankful for the partnership between the two. Janelle, who runs the front desk is such a sweetheart. She really goes above and beyond for your customers. Ive been in the customer service industry since late 90s and this was a great experience from start to finish. To top it off, my Jeep is pretty clean went I dropped it off and they still detailed it for me. That was the icing on the cake as I pulled away. Thanks again

I have had two trucks repaired at this location. One the front end was damaged by a flat bed backing into it. After the repair the truck look brand new again. Second truck someone hit the door putting a dent. After the repair you could not even tell the dent was there. Customer service is great and kept me updated on vechical status.

So far they have made anything that was wrong--good.

I recently had a car reverse over the hood of my 2019 Corvette. I took this recommendation from Progressive, as it was a part of their network. My car before the accident was almost pristine after just being fully paint corrected with a fresh Ceramic Pro Ceramic Coating. The car needed a new hood, bumper, headlight and some light paint work on the side fenders. I received the call that the car was ready within the time frame and went to pick up the vehicle. Upon returning to collect my vehicle every panel on the vehicle had scratch swirl marks, uneven panel gaps with heavy globs of polishing paste in every crevice. I refused to take the car back after nearly a week of them refusing to admit there were scratches and refusing to correct the mistakes, as this was a Friday we had to wait until the middle of the following week to see how they would want to correct their mistakes, multiple phone calls and hours fighting over shoddy work, they re-detailed the car to removed the globs of polishing paste and some of the lighter scratches. Another walkthrough was preformed where it was noticed that they didn’t spray clear coat on the bottom panels of the car, assuming it wouldn’t be noticed. Nearly two more weeks passed, where they had to repaint the full brand new hood again as the scratching was so deep, re-spray clear coat on the fenders to cover the spots that were forgotten about, and did a whole polish to try and diminish a lot of the swirl marks causing my ceramic coating to be thinned and layers removed. I even had to go as far as having my own detailer and Ceramic Pro Installer visit the car to see how hard it would be to correct the issues after the car had left the body shop. Each time the shop ensured me they would take care of the problem, but fought the insurance company on each point. Multiple times the shop shared they “were not a custom shop”, when they were asked to bring the car back to the condition it went into the shop in and correct the panels that had damage. The final walk through with the manager and general manager of Caliber Collision, ensured me that they would take care of the car being Ceramic Coated and Paint Corrected through my own detail company after multiple attempts at trying to correct the issues, which would have been great, but after making the payment to be reimbursed the cost of the Ceramic Coating they are still denying covering the cost to the insurance company. Below are the attached photos of the scratched new bumper and general work after it was completed. My experience was abysmal and turned into hours on the phone with the insurance company playing he said she said, and having still no resolution on damage caused at the shop more than a month later.

The work to the vehicle was wonderful. The staff was very nice and pleasant.However, updates on the progress of the vehicle via text message were very vague and I received a late update detailing the postponing of the completion date from 2/5 to 2/8, which was upsetting. Communication is the only aspect that prevented me from rating this experience 10/10.

Disappointed, poor quality, insurance companies need to audit this company before they keep offering this place as an alternative. After this experience most people would blame the insurance company before they think about the lack of quality this company offers. Guys, you should do better.

I arrived without a set appointment time on Friday morning, 6/11/21. When I saw how many cars were there, I thought about turning around but decided to give it a shot. I had the same care I brought in repaired this past January, and a panel on the front passenger side had started to separate. It was my sons car, and he assured me he hadnt hit anything, so I thought this might have been a result from the work done in January. I was completely wrong. My service advisor, Dumi Abreu, immediately showed me where the bottom front bumper had an indentation and also a tiny crack, and it was clear the car was either struck or had hit a parking cement structure a bit too hard.With no questions asked, Dumi took the car back to the repair area to see if they could correct it, and out it came an hour later, good as new. The added bonus? No charge! Needless to say, Dumi and Caliber Collision have earned my loyalty. Unbelievably great customer service even though they were clearly swamped. Very highly recommend them!!

I went to Caliber Collision because they promise to guarantee parts and labor. After having my car for a week, I picked it up. Nine minutes after the time stamp on my receipt, after driving on only two roads, I heard a noise under my car. The undercarriage that they had just replaced was dragging again. When I returned to Caliber, they informed me that I mustve run over something in the road and not noticed. I knew that I didnt so some arguing ensued, during which time they mentioned driving my car around the block to test it, prompting the question whether they could have run over something and not noticed. They agreed to remove the parts that were now damaged and would connect with my insurance company to determine what would happen next. Several hours later, they let me know that they insurance company agreed to pay again, so they were reordering the parts to arrive in 3 days. At 3 days, I called to see if they parts arrived and was told that they would call when they arrive. After an additional, 3 days later I called again and they told me the parts were there but no one had called. They couldnt explain why I wasnt called. They told me that I could pop by anytime for the repair as it would only take 15-20 minutes. When I showed up for the replacement, it took 45 minutes, and two screws fell out of the fender while they were showing me the work, which they replaced again.

This company is very bad they try to have you sign waivers to shift the responsibility of not fixing your vehicle so they can cover their own behind I am not happy with the service that I received and they refused to give me my keys after not completing the work on my vehicle but they wanted me to sign two statements under the wrist that the work was completed and that I would not complain about it

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Was talked down to, blamed, and poorly accommodated for the time I wasted bringing my car back and forth. When I was told gas would be paid for, I then was told that was not the conversation we had. When my car was taken to the dealership I asked for it not to return back to Caliber Collision

This place is great had the best experience anybody could ask for from start to finish. I was professionally shown everything that was going to be done plus had text updates on when my truck would be finished. The best thing as well is that it was fully detailed inside and out was beyond happy with the appearance. Dumi was excellent and did a great job with everything. I found that the employee and manager at Caliber Collision on Highway 50 in Clermont. Were very helpful, friendly and professional as soon as we walk in to the office. They also help us with Enterprise rental services. After waiting 45 minutes for Enterprise to bring a rental car. The manager of Caliber called Enterprise to complain that we have been waiting and no one has come or called. To let us know about the delay. Thanks to the Caliber employee and manager.

This place is a SCAM. My cousin took his car to be fixed, two small open dents and a small portion to be painted on the hood. They gave him a quote indicating theyd charge him around $2,500! Same exact problem quoted for $900 at a different location, same company. This place should be closed down. Shameless fools running scams. Stay away from this idiots.

I got my truck back from the shop in Claremont and the A.C. no longer works there is something wrong with the passenger side lights (the damage that was the reason it was there was on the Drivers side) the running lights are so Dim that they are not safe for driving at night and if I put the High beams on it shuts completely off as well as the turn signal if activated it shuts the passenger side lights off. and when I opened the hood of my truck (after driving home) to have a look all of intake joints were not fastened AT ALL

Not a great experience. The personnel seems nice, but they dont care about fixing car. They are more into pricing and evaluating the damage so they can claim that the car is not repairable. I recommend a second opinion or go to another business if your car has been in an accident.

Tell you when I get my truck back

The customer service was terrible. The communication and updates were rare and I had to call multiple times. When I dropped off my car I was told by Adrianna that she was calling for my rental car to come pick me up. After waiting for nearly an hour I asked her how much longer it would take and she said that she forgot to call. I had my husband come get me and take me to enterprise instead. She didn’t seem to know how to communicate with the insurance company either. I had to email her and explain what she needed to do multiple times. I got a voicemail saying that my car was ready and so I went 2 hours later to get it. When I got there Cherie said that she needed to have it rinsed and that it would take 10 minutes. She told us that if she had known that we were coming she would have had it done already. This was rude because they called and said that it was ready- why should I call and warn them that I’m coming if it’s ready? We ended up waiting nearly an hour again and walked outside to speak with them and we heard her cursing and yelling in the parking lot at another employee. Very unprofessional. The communication with the insurance company was terrible too. Apparently the last supplement to pay for our car was not submitted correctly and although my car was done 2 weeks earlier they would not let me get it until they submitted the request for the last supplement and got it approved. Horrible experience and I won’t ever bring a vehicle here again.

I was sent to Caliber after I was involved in a fender bender(some took my entire front bumper off) From the very beginning they were fast and courteous!! They originally told me to expect my car back by the 5th but called back and told me it was gonna be done by the 2nd. I told them I was leaving the country until the 5th and they pulled out all the stops and got my car done on the 31rst and even waited a hour after closing to make sure I could get my car back before I left!!!Fantastic customer service and if I need any body work I know where I’ll be going!! More companies should take a page out of their book on how to handle their customers.

Busted my front bumper on a raccoon on the turnpike. this place replaced it as well as the wheel well shielding that was also busted in less than a day and a half. friendly staff, and great service. I highly recommend.

Poor attention to detail, my rear light was not adjusted properly when I came to pick up and I had to wait an additional hour to get that fixed. Then I had to go back again because the trunk they repaired was not properly latching. Their staff was friendly when they were trying to earn my business but lacked the same sincere service when I brought the car back for them to fix the second issue. The woman seemed annoyed that I brought the car back as if the issue was too minor to have mentioned. It’s my car and I want it repaired the way it was prior to my accident. The trunk lid would not latch unless your hand was directly in the center. Minor issue until you need to close the lid with your elbow to bring in groceries and hold your kids hand. After a bit of back and forth discussion about their customer service guarantee, they agreed to reimburse my gas for wasting my time. Never again! There are lots of services you don’t have many options in but an auto body shop isn’t one of them.
