I love shopping here, always a good variety of clothes for the kids. We get our Halloween costumes here every year. Just a little disappointed today because we bought a costume for my son while he was at school, he didnt like it, found one he wanted at Walmart so we got that one. I called Kmart today and asked the lady on the phone if I could return the costume we didnt use even though Halloween passed. She said yes as long as the tags and everything were still intact and I could provide the receipt or rewards member info. I told her I have the receipt. She said they could do a return. Drive 20 minutes out here to return it and the lady at customer service says they cant take it. Thats all fine and dandy, but they all need to be on the same page. I wouldnt have wasted my time if the girl on the phone knew to tell me no or if customer service would have upheld what I was told. Didnt ruin my view of the store, but just a warning for others: if you need to return seasonal items, better do it before the holiday is over with!

As a child, Kmart was my familys go to store,Now with limited stores,I try to shop there when I can. This is by far the best store I have been to in many years. I found it very well stocked,neat and very organized. I only came in contact with 2 employees,but they were extremely nice. Hopefully this store will survive the next round of cuts.

As I was shopping I heard a manager named Krista berating a poor employee. No one should ever be talked to in this manner. This behavior is absolutely appalling.

Just left kmart in Clemmons had over $300 in merchandise for Christmas presents. my check wouldnt run through the register this has happened before. They just keyed it in. they told me they didnt know how to do this! Thats a bold face lie the girl helping me may not have known but someone did. Its been done before! I have a serious back problem and I had been there for 3 hours! Then they send me to customer services and said they would have to re ring it all up. I couldnt stand any longer. I have shopped there for over 25 years I will that longer shop there! and will let corporate know. They check was good its their registers wouldnt read it! I have NEVER been so mad in my life!!!Walked out.DO NOT shop at this store!!! only reason it has 1 star is thatit wouldnt let me post unless it had a star

I went to exchange two shirts, that where a size to small, for a larger size, and I was told I would have to PAY to EXCHANGE the shirts! Now keep in mind I had the receipt, it was before 30 days, and the tags were still on the shirts. That is straight up stealing! But that’s not all! The lady at customer service and her team leader talked trash about us when they thought we weren’t listening, but once they realized we did hear them, because at this point I asked for corporates number, they were quick to flip there name tags around. This place don’t even deserve a one star!!

This was a very nice store. The service was excellent, and so was the selection. The prices were fantastic!

Dont buy the smart plan that they offer here. We bought it with a trampoline. I was asked to ship a broken piece back and they claimed they havent received it. They asked me to provide a proof of shipping but UPS tracking has expired already. They finally declined to refund it. What a waste of money and time with the terrible customer service.

Took a shirt back for exchange. Had the check number and they pulled it up on the computer after I had no receipt. I had three things laid out to buy in its place. Told them the shirt was on sale when. I bought it (I was honest). They would not exchange due to computer issues after I stood there 30 minutes. Really? Told me to come back another day. I do not live that close. What a joke. Oh. And it has to be witj in 30 days. And I am but God knows when I can get back. And thats why I rarely shot there. They are way behind the times.

Very clean bathrooms. Always a long line even though there is no one in the store, because they only keep one register open. Pizza place in store. Not a lot of movie selection. Parking lot is not clustered. Bad clothing options for sale. Some stuff your grandmother might wear. They have a huge card selection. Most shelves are half empty. Its about time they closed

Great place for shopping. My children and I enjoy shopping and eating pizza there. Smiles all the way.

Kmart is a part of my childhood! This is a neighbor hood. Store and i support it! Its often my first shopping destination. ...good prices.,local people...my kmart

Had a return with a receipt and the tag still on the jacket and they would not do a return. 30 day return policy - who ever heard of just 30 days. Even with SYW member they still would not do it. No more shopping for me at Kmart or Sears. And I bought all my new appliances from Sears. I will go elsewhere now..

The store employees seem to be more friendly than most retail and are more inclined to help than your average. Kmart stores are getting very scarce in this area of North Carolina so the store has a little bit of an nostalgic feel to the older customers.

We ordered an item online to pick up at the store. Arrived at the store and upon arrival I observed the manager, Janet, talking to a man with an ankle monitor on and they walked to his moped. Ok. The young lady at the counter couldnt help us because it was her first day .the lady beside her told her to page online sales, Janet, and have her call 466. Page. No answer. Page again. Same .we ask if we can just go get the item off the shelf. We are told no .Then the page Janet by name. I ask if Janet is the manger talking to the guy outside with the moped and ankle monitor? Im told yes, thats her son..30 mins later Janet comes in and wants to know what the problem is and says she was never paged .She argues with me when I told her to just go back to her conversation with the guy with the ankle monitor.The line behind me was long and ridiculous at this time. Some 3rd employee finally got our item as Janet scurried off.

This Kmart, Little Caesars combo work very hard to remind me of a time 10 years ago when I wondered how Kmart stayed in business. Spend more time driving to another store.

This place was like a journey into yesteryear​. We walked in and they have every appliance as seen on TV. Went to the electronics and they still have CD Walkmans. Cool place with an old school feel.

Didnt have to spend an arm and a leg on back to school shopping. Wasnt crowded at all which I love.

Cashiers are courteous. Prices are competitive. Easy parking.

One of the few Kmarts left. Drove 45 minutes just to shop. With it.

Went to take something back. Had original receipt, tags still on item, wouldnt take it back, wouldnt give merchandise credit. Rude treatment by totally unprofessional person. Asked to speak to manager, whom I thought was a man, but a woman comes over, I know she wasnt the manager. Ignorant, toothless, redneck smart __s. I will never go back again.

KMart has a great layaway program. We use it each Christmas to layaway clothes and toys.

When I was in here they had just terminated all the full time employees. These people with well over 24 years experience were gone so the place was now run by a bunch of newcomers. They lost so much when these employees were sent away. I have been back since and the place has no one that can answer questions. Maybe the Rainman had it right...

Store is closing but still has a large selection. Too pricey to begin with.

Worst Kmart Ive ever seen. Store disorganized. No documents frames in entire frame section. Looked at kayak paddles but no price marked. Waited at check out for several minutes while a manager was paged several times for an override for the person in front of me. Paddle ended up be way over priced. Very disappointed.

It was ok. Nice customer service.

Sort of outdated and expensive. Looks like you would find things dirt cheap there but then the price tags surprise you. It may get cheaper with coupons and there app and stuff but not everyone has time for that.

If I could give less stars, I would. Every time I come here, I ask myself why?! Their rewards system is utterly confusing and you have to TELL them that you want to use your points. That is if you even have enough or you havent purchased any restricted items. Oh, and dont bother asking someone, especially the front end manager, for help understanding because youll just get yelled at and made to feel like an a**hole.

This store has one price marked on the shelf, however your item rings up at a different price.SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!!!And you get nowhere when you call and complain.

Service at the register is slow and restocking of products is poor. I quit shopping there for these reasons.

People can find what they are looking for however paying for those things is another thing. Never have enough cashiers!!!

Prices higher than Wal-Mart by a lot!! Not a big selection on a lot of things.

I bought a freezer there can buy furniture on layaway.

Always seems kind of dirty when I go in...I went most recently looking for a balloon for a birthday party, and they had 2 balloon blown up, both of which were unreachable on the ceiling and about half deflated.

Kmart sells cheap junk, rarely is there someone to help you, and the store is usually a mess.

Not enough help on the floor. The check out lines are to long.

Customer service is lacking and so disorganized.

DONT be in a hurry. Super old computer system used. Poor cashiers have to wait forever to ring things up.
