Biscuitville could never get below 5 stars from me. Ive always had a positive experience when visiting one, doesnt matter the location. The staff were exceptional, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was very clean - as always. Never visited one where Ive had an experience that differed. Keep up the great work.

Got a Chicken Biscuit and Sweet Tea. Biscuit was good real warm the tea tasted okay when I first got it but it had a little tart taste to it about 15 minutes later after the ice melted some it tasted better. Maybe it had just been made and hadnt settled all the way. Things like that happen but you good..👍

I just moved down here . from Oregon with my fiance about 6 months ago! I never heard of biscuitville before coming down here. man I wish I would have found this place sooner. the workers are really friendly. the food is delicious. I get there bacon egg ans cheese sometimes. there chicken biscuit. its just enough food to keep me going

The food is great breakfast fair, grits, eggs, bacon or ham. The biscuits are light and airy, they taste great!

My favorite breakfast spot! Always busy but they do a good job to keep the lines moving. I love they serve turkey sausage as well as other great choices. Customer service is great and the honey buns are delicious.

Worst service, incorrect order, unprofessional management. When I contacted the store to advise my order was incorrect the manager sighed and gave a routine Im sorry I agree they are VERY SORRY...I suggest if the staff had less personal conversations and focused on Quality customer service, they would not have to be SO SORRY.

When theyre busy they are quick but if they do not have the right person in the window your food may become messed up or given to the car infront of you. But other than that this is the very first place i have EVER EATEN A egg rewarmed up in the microwave after they made it. I had to drive to work and my food was cold so i gave it a shot and i must say i was very pleased with the results!

I have visited this location several times and it is always good. It maybe crowded but the volume of customers is handled rather quickly. I suggest the ultimate sausage biscuit.

The food was good but I waited over 10 minutes to use the restroom because a female employee was in the mens restroom on her cell phone taking a break! A kind male biscuit maker told me to use the ladies room and he would make sure that management was aware of this incident.

No matter how long the line is my food is made correctly and hot every time and if not they fix it. They work as a team and most workers have been there for 8+years

Most productive take out orders in Greensboro at the Bessemer Ave. location. My favorites: country ham, egg, and cheese, and the fried pork chop, egg, and cheese. Ask for the Arnold Palmer made with unsweetened tea for a lower sugar summer refresher.

My 1st time at this place and the service was excellent and fast.And my food was goood..I definitely will be stopping there when I come back to Greensboro..Also met a Yound lady who is from NJ also

Love the food here and the employees are always friendly. On the other hand, they do get insanely busy during mid morning hours. So busy in fact that the line will run up East Bessemer all the way to Bojangles. Wish they had another location close by without having to travel all the way to Battleground Ave area.

Today I visited this location. I have my food in my lap as I write this post. Come on Biscuitville, I paid 7.94 cents for a grilled cchicken English muffin and the chicken was not even half the size of the bread. The last time I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit it literally had a piece of bacon broken in half and thats what I got. Come on Biscuitville step up your quality of your food. You wouldnt like it if I gave you half of what you charged me,so dont give me half of what I ordered.

I love Biscuitville but this location is way tooo slow and the way their parking lot is set up, the line always backflows into the street. Please speed up, I’m begging y’all. It’s best to just go to Bojangles 2 doors down.

I LOVE Biscuitville. Im clearly NOT the only 1 because its ALWAYS 🙄🤨😤🤦🏽‍♀️ crowded. Not sure what the issue was, but the young fella tasked with bringing food out had an issue getting my drink right. This was after he attempted to give me the wrong order, kept me waiting so 3 ppl behind me received their food & left. It literally took him 3 trips to finally bring the correct beverage 🙄🤨🤷🏽‍♀️. Again, I LOVE Biscuitville, would easily recommend &return. I know the owner, he is REAL cool, always has a smile on his face & has no issue getting down to business. He will cook the food, refill beverages, roll & prep the biscuits & work the register. Wish more managers/owners had his work ethic.🙋🏽‍♀️✌🏽😉🙌🏽🙏🏽🥰

Food is and was always delicious. The only issue is why is the dining room still closed. Drive thru was overwhelmed to say the least. The ONE person they had taking orders could not keep up with the demand. At the pace we were going it seemed like there were 3 employees working, And one was outside. If they did two order takers and a more organized system in place the waits would decrease ten fold

It used to be great. Took family, neighbors just about every day. But the service has gone way, way downhill. If its worth that long (LONG) wait in line to you, I cannot stress highly enough that you check your order before you pull away from the window. Accuracy is not their strong suit. Neither is giving a damn about you. They do too much business to care about YOU. Honestly, not even worth it. Spend your time and money elsewhere. Especially avoid the one on Battleground Ave.

I went there and ordered a steak biscuit combo and was charged 59.70 on my card. I informed them of the error and have not gotten a refund and I also called the corporate office only to continuously leave messages to no avail.

Quick service but kinda pricey, fresh made biscuits, real bacon and eggs, good locally sourced coffee . The gravy here was watered down compared to the biscuitville on west gate city blvd in Greensboro

The customer service was good. They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches and more. The sandwiches are good everything is cooked 😋 good and tastes great. If youre passing through or by Biscuitville between 8a.m- 2p.m definitely stop.

The food we got was okay but the order was wrong. We werent given the grape jelly for the jelly biscuit or any other condiments. I ordered a steak biscuit with tomato and Mayo but got a pork chop biscuit with tomato. A bit disappointed.

I love coming to Biscuitville. They are one if my all time favorite for fast food breakfast food. And serve everything from biscuits and waffles and muffins and gravy for the biscuits. And there drive through is very fast. So it is very convenient for pretty much anyone. The only down side is they are only open until 2 pm

The service is good. The people are very polite and there food is good. I love to go there in the morning get my coffee and meal, have a seat and read my book while I eat. Reminds me of a local dinner that threw usual crowd comes every morning to eat and socialize.

THE WONDERFUL STAFF!!!! Deserve the kudos!!! This is a southern inspired, local breakfast/ fast food joint. All of the food is as locally sourced as possible! I really wanted to highlight this particular restaurant. It’s CLEAN! FAST! and high QUALITY!!! Not to mention the wonderful staff who aren’t afraid to call you “sweetheart” “darling” “sir” and so on... I know that’s a personal thing, but it’s GENUINE!!!! you cannot train a staff to always be friendly, and always treat you like family. I love getting by here to grab a biscuit and coffee before work. That family atmosphere just makes the rest of my day feel special. I hope this review highlights this store. I’m sure they can have a “bad day” but overall this chain restaurant is organically family oriented. Second to going over to grandmas house. :)
