Be sure to check that what you buy is what they give you, if you accept the wrong item they wont take it back. Im sure it was an honest mistake, and maybe I should have caught it as well, but disappointing to not end up with what you thought you were buying. (Update) After writing this post I was contacted and they did correct the issue.

Wonderful mattress shopping experience. Our kids were bounce on all the mattresses in the store & they never said a word. Honest sales folks that were very patient as we took a while to decide the which mattress while our kids were running around the entire time.

Dont go to Mattress Warehouse on Stratford Rd. Rachel and Dale dont know what they are doing. They tell you one thing & dont follow back up with you. Paperwork is never right. You will get stuck paying for something then there is no record for it. They are useless, dont know why they still have a job. We contacted Jerry at the Mattress Warehouse in Clemmons N.C. He was Extremely Nice and Very Helpful to straighten out the Mess that Rachel & Dale created. Rachel said we would get our Bed on 8/26/2020. Never heard anything so I called her and she said it would be the 1st of September. I called Jerry looking for Dale and told him our problem he took over and solved a lot of problems for us. Our Beds will be delivered 8/27/2020. Jerry is a great problem solver And A Big Asset for the Company. Way to go Jerry.

Two gentlemen tried to upsale me multiple times, after I repeatedly told them I was only looking for a basic twin mattress.... because I knew this was not a long term bed for our 5 year old. They were quite pushy that we NEEDED the most expensive option...even though it came with a box spring I don’t need because it’s a bunk bed. “Oh you can just put that somewhere else.” That’s ridiculous..... why would I want to store a box spring I don’t need?They never asked my name or showed any interest in the 5yo next to me that was getting this mattress.Oh, and all the twin mattresses are in a sketchy backroom..... no thanks.I had GREAT service from Rena at the mattress store on hanes blvd beside the Verizon store. Go there.... ask for her. That’s where I’ll go when I need a new king mattress for myself.... when I’m more than happy to spend the money for a longer term purchase.

My girlfriend and I visited to learn more about adjustable bases for our bed. Upon arriving, we were greeted nicely by a salesman (Robert) and once we told him what we were there for, he had us lay on a very uncomfortable machine meant to determine your ideal mattress. After reminding Robert that we were really only trying to learn more about adjustable bases and try one out, he proceeded to show us mattress after mattress that fit our profile, only briefly discussing the base. At this point, we decided to hear his sales pitch because we may look for a new mattress soon, and we had been there long enough anyways, so after hearing him out, we decided we would leave and shop other options with all the new info we learned (thank you). It was at this moment when I first asked for a business card and the store manager (Jerry) stepped in. He was very polite at first and overloaded us with additional trivia knowledge about the mattress and company, etc. Once he found out we werent interested in buying a mattress, he offered to make us a once in a lifetime deal. Of course, we told him we would listen. At $500 less, it still wasnt something I wanted to decide right at that moment, so we politely thanked both gentlemen and turned to leave. In my girlfriends words, it looked like Jerry was so angry he wouldve hit me if he could. Both Jerry and Robert then proceeded to stop us for one more thing multiple times as we tried to leave, explaining loudly what a great deal it was and how we would never get another offer like that, etc. On the 4th time, we stopped listening and left the store. I never got the business card that I asked for to be able to contact them when we were ready.All this to say, the sales staff are overly pushy for you to make a decision same day (I get it, furniture sales are high pressure, but cmon guys). Jerry and Robert made my girlfriend very uncomfortable, so we will definitely not be back. We went down the road to Mattress Firm instead and talked to a patient salesman who let us ask all of our questions without interrupting, and we will be giving our business to them, deal or no deal. Its all about customer service, and I hate having a sale shoved down my throat.I dont normally leave reviews on Google, good or bad, but Jerry did ask me to leave a review as a trade for the great insider deal of a B-stock mattress from a charity event.
