This store is a complete DISASTER!! Looks like a explosion happened and that was the aftermath of it. Everything just thrown around the store no organization at all. The floors are nasty. The bins that they stock the shelves with are sitting everywhere and most shelves are empty. Cant find anything.I would give ZERO stars if it would let me.

I am aleays greeted upon entering the store. All employees are great.However, I think management might want to have more than one employee working.

They need more help. You can hardly walk through the isles

Could not find any items in the store. It looked like someone dropped a hand grenade and walked out. Only able to locate one employee and they were busy at the checkout counter. Some isles were hard to access because of stock buggies.

Dirty, disorganised and not so friendly. I only go in when absolutely necessary.

As Dollar General stores go, this one is usually a bit of a mess. The format of having only one or two people working in a store of this size and volume goes, it is to be expected. I assume the pay is fairly poor as well as the people working there normally seem stressed, spread too thin, and typically unhelpful. However, you typically can find most anything you need and the prices are competitive.

Its ok but not enough things there to choose from.

I always get treated special when I enter the dollar general. The staff are attentive and say Good Morning as you walk in the store. When they aren’t busy they will even help you inside if you have a buggy. There is this man that works there who is so thoughtful and nice. He will stop whatever he’s doing to help you. He knows that store from front to back. Ask him anything about his store, and he’ll tell you. I guess that’s why every time I see him I tell him he spent the night last night. Haha! Anyhow, quick get in, quick get out. If your a penny saver like me, go back there where the food is price some things and go to Food Lion, you’ll find some things cheaper!

Stuff all in the floor you can nevet find anything

Have left many times with items on the counter, because the cashier is stocking shelves in the farthest corner of the store, so there is nobody to ring me up. They never look up front to see if anyone’s there. And I am not going to look for them.They need a permanently wired doorbell for you to ring to get their attention or something. Not a bell that can be moved.Been to several dollar generals and have not had this problem. At Clemmons it is guaranteed that as soon as they ring up the last customer they vanish. I never, ever write reviews but it just happened again and the district manager or somebody needs to come up with something at this location.

Its a really convenient place to go and the employees are usually pretty nice, but sometimes the store just looks dirty and disorganized. Occasionally, you have to wait at the register for several minutes before anyone will come ring your items up.

The employees are so nice. I just wish it looked cleaner in there.

Always greeted with a smile in this store. It has all the needs at a cheaper price so well worth the trip! Now that I’ve downloaded the DG App, I enjoy going on Saturdays because you get a percentage off everything in the store providing you spend $25.00 or more. Also they have on App where you can clip coupons and receive more discounts!The staff at this store are extremely friendly, smiling and once in awhile if their not busy, will strike up a conversation or two. The Manager always knows, as well as staff where their items are, and will help you individually find them. Manager maintains Great Staff who love/like their job and it shows. Great Store, Great Deals, and I’m definitely satisfied every time I leave this DG off River Ridge in Clemmons. Thank You All!

My only problem was they had one cashier, though I counted at least three other employees no one offered to help her, even when she had to do a price check and there were six people in line.

Starbucks and McCafe drink were all 4 months out of date. I told manager on duty. They said sorry.. we will take them all off the shelf. 3 weeks later I dropped by to grab a drink .. there were about 12 expired drinks still out on the shelf for sale.. informed manager. He argued that he took them off the shelf wks ago.after calling the general manager and getting no where I decided its not worth anymore of my time. I had photos and video of events. She didnt even want to see. No worries . I will take my business elsewhere 😎

Normally I would give 4 stars or more but this location has had time to get organized and still has not. The worse thing about this location is there is alway uboats filled with boxes blocking the alley ever time I go. The cashier is hardly ever at the registered because they are stocking shelves with merchandise so customer must go find them to ring them up. This is a busy location. I dont kniw if its the company fault for under pay or what, but have more than 1 person managing a busy store. Someone is going to get hurt one day with all that stuff being in the way throughout the store. And is unprofessional for customers to fetch employees especially if they are not assisting other customers just to have them check them out.

The staff is very slow. The store is a disaster. You cannot walk through the store without breaking your neck on a box. They need more staff daily.

All McCafe and Starbucks drinks expired 3 months ago and are still on the shelves for sell. This is more than a mistake and is unexceptable. I brought it to the employees attention (as if they had no idea). I will never shop here again.

The store is always dirty with stuff all over the floor. The cashiers just stand around talking when they should keep the store clean. It looks ransacked all the time.

I went with my mom to get a Coca-Cola bottle, my mom catched the date before we left... It was out of date. Lots of them were. But I did get indate CarMax
