Called from Pennsylvania talked to Kayla..first off Kayla was kind considerate and very knowledgeable! I sent my dad to her store for a battery change wich she did flawlessly and with a smile ..my dad is in poor health and was so happy with his visit ..Thank you Kayla you have made a difference in the world wich is very much appreciated..

These guys are the very definition of customer service! I requested to have a check engine light tested to see what the cause was. I came away with information on two possible parts it could be, how they are tested/diagnosed, pricing info and peace of mind! Charles was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help (somebody give this guy a pay raise!!). I believe the other gentleman was named Gary and he was also super helpful. Ill definitely be recommending this store to anyone who will listen.

Always helpful staff. We have many choices for auto parts all within .5 miles and the Zone always comes out on top. Just having what you need in stock is a big deal, and this location rarely lets me down. They also have a rewards program that is pretty easy to get value back. Like 3 or 4 purchases later I have 20 bucks off! Save time, go to AutoZone.

These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. Have just about everything you need. If not, they will get it in a flash. I would have given 5 stars, but their car battery prices are outrageous (use Walmart) and they will balk at a return of one, even if it is one the same day that you bought it.

As a Wireless District Manager I can say this location displays excellent customer service! After being given the run around at other auto part places. Sales Manager Scott took over the situation and helped me warrenty exchange my gold battery I had purchased at another location.

I never leave reviews for places, but had such a great experience today that I just had to! I live in Lincolnton, NC and am driving to a friend’s wedding in Raleigh. While on I-40, it started pouring rain and my windshield wiper went flying off my car. After almost wrecking a few times because I couldn’t see, I pulled off at the next exit and luckily found this AutoZone. Not only did Michelle give me amazing customer service, she put the new windshield wiper on for me in the pouring rain. Even though the wiper was difficult to put on, she stayed out there for at least 15 minutes until she got it on, even though she was soaked by this point. I was so impressed by this customer service! Amazing job!

Visited this location numerous times and l always have a great experience. The store manager and each employee are helpful, informative, and friendly. I’m still blown away of the excellent level of service provided. When I needed light bulbs replaced for my car, they came out opened up car light housing and removed old bulbs and inserted new ones at no additional charge. When I picked wipers they came out and replaced those too. I stopped by to get a part needed for my wife’s car, they came out in the rain to inspect car to make sure I was selecting the best part to correct the potential problem. Prices are competitive and the service is top notch and unbeatable. I’m always in and out quickly. So, when I need something for my vehicles I always go here first.

Had the best experience today at the Clemmons, NC location! I called in advance to ensure they would be able to help me with a simple tail light bulb replacement, and I spoke with such a friendly gentleman on the phone. When I went in, the same gentleman was quick to serve me, extremely nice and helpful, and genuinely a delight to be around. I wish I had caught his name, (he was working this afternoon 8.3.17 around 2:00 pm). I have already recommended Auto Zone to a few friends, and I will continue to do so!

Alternator went bad on the way back to Apex from Maggie Valley. Husband had to change in the parking lot. Cliff was awesome - assisted us as much as he could and jumped the battery afterwards. Great service!

Have 2011 Subaru Forrester. Walked in yesterday and said I needed 10 and 15 AMP fuses for my car. He brought up 6 plus styles on the computer none of which were mine. Then he said he needed me to unlock my car so he could get the VIN number. What an idiot. It took for ever and there is even more that I am not putting in writing. It would take a hour to cover how bad my experience was. Had good service in the past but never let this guy assist me again.
