Was referred to them by a friend who has done business with them and was initially impressed by the friendliness and expediency. When I submitted my VIN on the vehicle I was considering selling/trading, they provided an estimated value according to Kelly Blue Book but when I visited the dealership for an actual appraisal I was offered well below market value and well below the KBB they provided initially even though the vehicle is in excellent condition with low miles. Be prepared to be undercut on the trade in comparison to what they initially set your expectations at.

Ok so apparently you deleted my review so I will repost it e verytime you delete it. My friend was there 6/24 sold you his truck. Was told by Randy (sales) check would be issued next day. Next day my friend totalled his other car. Excuse after excuse 4th of July etc. Waiting on title which was NOT what he was told. still no check now still excuses. I was going to bring in my 2 vehicles to sale but not now. Will contact Steve on channel 4. FRAUD to not do business with these people.

We bought my fiancé’s Jeep here during the summer of 2020 and the experience was amazing, so of course I had to come back when I was ready to upgrade into a newer truck. I knew what I wanted, they didn’t have it on the lot at the time, but they went the extra mile to find me exactly what I wanted. They also were able to beat my bank financing which I was shocked. Not that I have amazing credit, but Kim really knows what she is doing and made the numbers work out. I couldn’t be more happier with my truck, and highly recommend giving them a call!

Five stars isn’t enough! Chuck found my dream car before I could say the word “Jeep!” and Kim made the process as seamless as possible. I spent maybe 30 minutes total at the dealership, eliminating a lot of hassle. For a stress-free car shopping experience, I’d recommend no one else!

I’m reluctant to ever leave a negative review, but I’ll say with the experience of buying cars often, there are better prices, and more transparency elsewhere. For the inexperienced buyer, this is most likely the worst place for you to buy a car. The experienced buyer will recognize and most likely move on. With the observed practices, they may not last long here in Cleburne anyway.
