I would 110% recommend coming to this store if you are Wedding dress shopping, are in need of alterations or are just clueless about what route to go with any/all dress shopping! These ladies KNOW the industry and all that it entails inside and out! I felt so incredibly comfortable trying on all my dresses, listening to their advice & working with them on what I wanted in searching for my wedding dress. They know their inventory so incredibly well, way better than any other store I visited! They’re honest, and care so much about wanting to make sure you are comfortable and happy about your experience & your purchase!! The most fun I had during my dress shopping experience was at this store! Dresses are reasonably priced & there is a wide selection to choose from! I cannot say enough good things about them!

I was very satisfied today. I was not even looking for a prom dress. Didn’t think I would need one but I went with my friends to look at dresses with them. Was very satisfied with their selection and I end up buying a navy blue dress that I absolutely love. Can’t wait to come back on Friday to get it fitted. Amazing customer service. Only had to look at five dresses to find the perfect one. I’m really picky I like stuff that’s not very bling and does not stand out from the crowd. We were able to find my perfect dress in only about 20 minutes . The wonderful part about the store is that they have a huge selection. I only had to look at their store and was able to find the one. A great selection of bridal gowns! Friendly staff, though I’d hate to go when they were busy! It’s a tight fit and there’s only one three panel mirror, which 3 girls were taking turns using.I originally found them while looking for a black wedding dress for a bride. They have a designer that will make just about any of her dresses in any color. Unfortunately, this shop was out of the bride’s price range, but the dresses were beautiful and the staff was very helpful!

I loved working with the girls to find my holiday party dress I wore to The Nutcracker at Bass Hall! Anna was super helpful pulling styles for me to try on and she helped me find the perfect dress! I wasn’t quite happy with the style of my sleeves, so she customized them to my taste. Well worth the drive from Fort Worth!

Brides and Beyond is the best prom shop around! They have such an amazing selection of dresses from prom to wedding to MOB and brides maids... The shop has the best service and the best dresses! If you need a fancy dress for a fancy occasion, go check them out! 😍

I purchased My Wedding dress here and the first day of choosing I had something telling Me I shouldve went Shopping at other Stores before My final choice.This Store from day 1 never made Me feel butterflies in My stomach. I had several bad experiences here and dont have room or time to tell them all, but this was the final blow up.They had My Dress for a Year! We did have to change Our date but not anything drastic. The Final preps started in July always having to make a lot of trips to change or altar something. I picked the dress for a April Wedding but with the World changing had to change the date to Sept. I asked if I could change My Dress due to the temps of Summer now mind You no alterations had been done to it.They immediately said No so now Ive got a dress for cool temps n its gonna be so hot.I took one of My MOH to get Her a dress n while Shopping Anna informed Me I had alteration fees for My Dress. I asked Anna why am I hearing this now?? Dress was paid in full the 1st I found it. I was never told I had to pay for alterations. So anyway I said ok how much? She verbally told Me 33. dollars I didnt have the card on Me to Pay so I told Anna I would call Her with the # to charge it on she said ok! Being a Bride the Stress is high so things happened I finally called on Fri. to pay n now they say its $81.I didnt get anything in writing but jus verbally told the cost. The Love and passion that Bridal Shops are suppose to do is definitely not at this shop. I had better feelings n treatment at Bridal Shops I went to just look atdresses. I dont have the passion I had before on My dress n I sure dont have that SMILE that other Brides have from Davids Bridal or Love n Lace. So Ladies always get all questions answered at the beginning n in writing.

My sons senior pom lasted 10 minutes before losing to bottom of your dress shoes. 12 years of school 10 minutes for prom. He personally called to let you know about it he was not told anything but I will give you the money for the shoes. Wow a whopping 25 bucks thats it never said sorry that it happened or anything. YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST SAID SORRY AND THEN YOU HAD THE NERVE TO ASK MENS TO REMOVE A POST THAT I DID NOT SEND SO HERES MINE AND IT WILL BE REMOVED .

Tried stores in Dallas, Arlington and Burleson. Brides and beyond had a better selection and comparable pricing. Better pricing on alterations. Dress came in, been altered and now picked up in plenty of time.

Very dissatisfied.Went twice with my friend. She picked a dress, then waited 3 weeks for them to let her know if they could get it. We never heard back from the shop.We went in again to ask if wedding dress would be available. It was discontinued. So my friend chose another beautiful dress. She wanted some extra sparkle added. The woman was going to check prices of the crystals and write up an estimate of final cost and email it to my friend later in day. That was Tuesday. We never heard from her. Not even a message saying, I havent gotten price figured out yet.So we went to another shop in Burleson today. Pence & Panache Bridal & Tuxedo. My friend said, Yes to the Dress.She looks beautiful. Wanted to do business in Cleburne. Would like to be supportive of town. But, cant work with a shop thats uninterested in helping people.

Love working with Anna as our consultant. My daughter found her dream wedding dress here and when we came for her fitting I found the perfect mother of the Bride gown. The consultants are very accomodating.

If I could do no star I would. She did my sisters wedding. The communication was terrible. They had for ever to prepare and waited till the day of to get stuff together. They messed up the alterations on the flower girls dress.My aunt took the dress to someone else to fix it and made her pay the bill. For my moms dress she ordered. They didnt get it till the night before and when my mom put it on they altered it. Even when my mom told her not to touch it. The alterations were horrible. The arms were tight in some places and lose in others, and the waist was loosely sown together. My mom was in tears when she tried it on. The shop would not refund her. I have yet to talk to someone that would recommend them. The hair dresser at my sisters wedding said they do this stuff all the time. My sisters wedding was a few years ago. The reason I am writing this now is I have a client that is having some of the same problems my sister had.

You have always had consistantly wonderful service. This is our 5th dress to buy from yall and we cant imagine buying from anywhere else. You truly want the best for every customer and we are so thankful to have been able to do business with you.
