Ive lived in a lot of places and shopped at a lot of different Home Depot stores, but this one is genuinely the nicest. The employees are friendly, my order pickups always go smoothly, and the people who wear those orange aprons seem to really care about their job. The store is clean and, while a little tightly stocked at times, we always find what we need at an agreeable price. Thanks to everyone who works there for having the patience and strength to work in a retail environment.

I love their garden dept. I like to look at the discounted plants to see what I can plant and make healthy again. NOTE: If youre ever in need for a piece or two of scrap wood, they keep carts in the back with pieces you can take for free! Tell em Lisa sent ya! 😂. It

Last night was the second time Steve has helped me and both times he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He is very friendly and goes above and beyond to get what you need. A man named Pat came to install a new hot water heater at our home. He was very helpful and informative. It was the best customer service I have had since the craziness of covid has effected everyone. So refreshing. When I thanked him for his fine customer service skills he even threw out a smile and said Home Depot. LoL. Giving credit to his company. I assume that means they are treating him well. Since he is most definitely deserving.

Went in with my mom to get some lumber. She went to the restroom, so I checked out and was standing by the registers waiting on her. Now Im very pregnant with twins. Not one employee out of several standing around offered to help or asked if I needed help to my truck. A guy that works there did however ask me if I could move out of their way so they could get through.

Bought a sheet of plywood. Associate gladly cut it and offered advice on our project.Every associate we encountered asked if we needed assistance.Great experience today!

Went in for an oil change they told me gm recommended a throttle body flush so I did that and an alignment well now my camaro that was running perfectly has had the engine light on and since the alignment it says service the stabiltrack system. Nothing was wrong with my car before they did those things

I went into the store today, customer service was great!!! Everyone helped me get everything I needed. A worker there, Saniah I think that was her name was extremely respectful and helped me find parts that I needed for my house repairs. Everyone did an amazing job at assisting me, and it was quick and easy!!

Helpful people. This is my jome away fromHome. I am a busy construction and remodeler and love my Home Depot peeps.

Found what we were looking for, thats all I can say. No greeting when we came in and no thank you when we left. Spending money at a store, at least have a greeter thats welcomes you and thanks you when you leave

Didnt have the washer I wanted at same price as Best Buy.

Went right to the items I needed for an electronics job. Nice to see the Cleburne store and all the pretty women in it. What can I say? Its true!

Most of the employees here are wearing their masks incorrectly. What is the point of having them if your nose and/or mouth is out? Do betterAlso the customers are not wearing masks and/or not wearing them properly. Does no one here care

I have shopped this store several times and have always received great customer service but today is one of the best ever, I called and asked for Rusty George and was transferred to him, I told him about a problem and he told me that he was going to lunch but would be back at 1, when I arrived he was standing there waiting for me, he promptly took me to get what I needed to fix what was broken, I got home and I got my problem resolved in no time, thanks Rusty

Honestly home Depot is a great place to purchase the material for almost any diy projects. But the employees are annoying and irritating.They ask you a million times if you need help they follow you around the store as if your gonna take something.I went to the bathroom wen I came out an an employee was goin thru my basket.They jus look at me an left.I felt disrespected an left.I try not to go back to that home Depot in cleburne tx.

Plainly they do not care about the customers here as much as in other stores. Saw over 30 people in store without face coverings and employees with their masks down within a couple of feet of other. Wont be coming back here for a long while.

Had what I needed and the staff was great. Only negative, and its not of their doing, is, prices are very high right now. Post covid-19 I guess.

This is my favorite Home Depot of the area, the only Home Depot unfortunately that will actually come up to you and offer assistance and make sure you are finding what you are looking for. Plus its extremely convenient being a mile off the toll road taking the 1125 exit and making a left ☺

Cleburnes Home Depot is not stocked as good as most but sales associates are helpful and it was in an out with what I needed fairly quickly.

Selection of what I needed (mulch) was not great but the team was friendly. Clean & organized store.

Dropped a star for new employees and lack of carts. Veteran crew members are great (Richard in paint, Steve in floors, Jerry in millwork, Sara, Mark and Darla at pro desk)

If you are going to be placing a bulk order for a product online for in-store pickup, dont waste your time and money. They dont regularly update their stock online. I ordered over a thousand dollars worth of lumber that they had listed as in stock. Now Im at the mercy of them to process my refund and Ill have to wait 7 to 10 days according to customer support. You will be much better off actually going to the store to verify that they have what you need in stock. Home depot has caused me much inconvenience and the only thing they can offer is an apology email and a long refund process time. However, theyll be more than happy to take your money immediately.TLDR; avoid online shopping through home depot.

Went in there got exactly what I needed and left.I dont shop at home depot a lot but when I do they dont disappoint. Now the reason why I dont shop here a lot is beacuase I dont build. But if I did I would love it here so Ima be fair and give it five stars beacuase, It wouldnt be fair if I gave it a star just because I dont like what type of store it is.

Always has what I am looking for..great in that regard...but had one major flaw...not one cashier was at a register. All transactions were completed at self check out.People need jobs and people need hours. Why are you not taking care of your employee Next time I go in..if there are not real people at the registers, I will go somewhere where companies support their employees.

It takes some work to find someone to help if you dont already know what you need and where to find it... but everyone seems happy to help.

I ordered a shower from here and it was damaged but fixable. I really didnt want to have to wait for another one so i called the store and they were very helpful. I talked to Sharon and she gave me instore credit to compensate for the repairs to the shower. When i went in to the store to use the credit Pasliy was very nice and help me with my credit transaction. This is my favorite home depot in the dfw area thank yall for the help

A few workers greeted me but most didnt. The ones that did not acknowledge myself or other customers was not busy. I give credit where credit is needed

They’ve got what you need at fair prices and the staff is always helpful and kind.

I will be returning to burleson for all of my home repair needs. The employees are not ever rude or hard to locate within the store as they are in the cleburne location.

Raphael, an employee working at the time of our most recent visit, went out of his way to guide us around the store and help us collect the 5-6 items on my list! It was so helpful since I had three young kids with me.

Most of the time you can find what you need here, especially if you know what youre looking for. Staff is not overly knowledgeable or very friendly.

I went there for the gardening center they have a wide variety of all kinds of flowers bushes potting soil anything you need for gardening flyer bed it was very good

Purchased $2200 washer/dryer set. We made the choice to purchase the white set because there were hundreds in stock. We chose our own delivery date. 2 days before that date they called and moved it to 2 weeks and 2 days later. Upon that delivery they delivered a damaged washer. So we refused it. Called 3 times to get a new delivery date and they had to call Samsung(even worse customer service) to see when a new one could be sent out. It was going to be another 2 1/2 weeks. Excuse me, I’ve been without a washer for over a month now. I don’t think so. Point of this review is once you purchase from Home Depot you deal with 3rd party vendors. Not Home Depot. Including getting your refund. And they don’t care to change this or do anything to help their customer have better results. So I went to Lowes and bought a new set with no issues.

Great customer service.

The store is a total mess. The isles are full of Pallets and carts full of products not stocked on shelves. Almost impossible to get around the store because of the clutter piled everywhere. Corporate needs to visit this store and investigate why its a disaster. Terrible customer service. The employees are lazy and don’t care. Most of them have no product knowledge at all and have no clue what’s in the store or where it’s located. I’m sure the management is the same. Sad part about this company is that they hire part time employees with no benefits. There’s no incentive for the employees to care and it shows. No training and no customer service at all.

Made a large purchase of paint and building materials. Checking out was a lengthy process. Network problems. Was told someone would help load the items onto our truck. No one came.

Had to get paint and no one laughed at me when I toted an enameled skillet along to match for blue paint. Staff friendly, store clean and well organized. Will return soon for another project.

Went there because it said online they had 5 in stock of the item I wanted. Could not find it. HD workers could not find it. Waisted 45 minutes of my day. This is why physical stores are closing. I will order it online and have it delivered.

Same old thing with Home Depot.....wanyrd a full set of kitchen appliances and no one around to help. Went to Lowes. Plenty of help in that dept. Bought $3000 of new appliances and $6000 in New countertops. Every dept. At Lowes has someone close by to help. Never like that at Home Depot. Spoke to many others and they tell me the same thing

Rick over in lumber was very kind and gave excellent tips for staining and finishing my laundry rooms folding table/counter top. The results turned out beautiful!! He was very knowledgeable about my project and incredibly helpful!! For future projects I plan to go to him for any help and advice!!

This is a great place to find all you building and home repairs. There cost is affordable. And there holiday items are a must see.

Not sure what it is about this Home Depot but I constantly have issues here I don’t at other home depots. Definitely prefer Lowe’s in Cleburne.

Home Depot gets 5 stars for the greeting at the door. I only go here when Lowes doesnt have what I need, but Im seriously considering reversing that action solely based on the friendly greeting at the door. I was so impressed I stopped, walked over to the employee, and thanked them for the kind gesture. Thank you, Home Depot 😀

The staff member that helped me out was amazing and very informed on the product and was happy to pass down that information to me so that I could get truly what I wanted and needed for my moment.

To me I prefer Home Depot employees are very helpful. If you have a question they go out of the way to help, and best of all if it is something that is not there speciality they will find someone to help and stay with you until they arrive to help. They dont just take-off and leave you waiting, for someone that never comes like alot of stores. You dont have to hunt for someone to help, you see employees all over the store asking if you need help.

I am a handyman and i always do my best to shop at Home depot first. Less be real you cannt get help at Lowes and Home depot is always close by. May not be closest bit for sure the best customer service of the two big box hardware stores.

Good in store pick-up service.

So glad they were open in the middle of the night over the Holiday weekend. I was at the nearby state park and my dog became overwhelmed with fleas. I needed some spray for my campsite and some flea dust for him. I picked up some firewood, fire starters, 3fasteners for a broken handle that happened earlier that day on my RV and some bottled water. Thanks to those working and serving others when we needed you the most.

Was not well stocked

In a time of crisis they came to our aide. The staff really do care and go the extra mile.

They were all great helpful

The store employees wore masks but they let people in without masks.We reported that and employee said he could not control it. So instead of protecting customers-- they chose to expose. They need to be smart instead of dumb and refuse entry for no mask. We will go to Lowes now and hopefully they do the right thing.
