Should have read the reviews about the owner being a d@#$ before I wasted my time going in this place. Wanted to go their because it says used furniture warehouse on their Google page and I was looking for an older, wooden filing cabinet.Walked in and their was a nice younger guy that greeted me.Then the owner came over and I asked if he had any wooden filing cabinets. He said no. I asked if he knew of any other used furniture warehouses in the area and he made a suggestion and then just walked away from me even though I was still talking to him and he made a rude comment while walking away that used furniture warehouses dont work for him.Doesnt value customer service.
Great service, Awesome staff, quality products. Everyone from the owner, Mark, the sales associates Max and Kevin, to the delivery team, Rubin and Kevin number 2 exceeded expectation. There is no other place to buy office furniture and essentials that is going to take care of you the way the took care of me and work with your budget. AJAX set the bar high and I will continue to use them as my business grows.
I writing this to warn others. This store seems like the kind of place that would take advantage of an uniformed or careless buyer. I felt treated like one, but made no purchase.The stores website had an online listing for a used chair model at $400. In the stores showroom, these chairs were not labeled with a price. I asked about price and was informed the chair was $499. Many other websites had the chair for less than $400. I asked if they priced match other vendors and they said no. I asked if they would price match themselves online, and they became uncomfortable and said well yeah, sure....Not sure why they couldnt just give me the correct price. Strange.Ok. $400. All is forgiven. I tested out theses used chairs. They had several of the same type. Many had non-function components and were heavily used. Others seemed like they could fail soon. I asked if they would accept a refund within two weeks if the chair developed defective mechanisms. All sales are final. So I left.Trust your instincts. When you feel like something is wrong, it probably is.
I quoted several businesses for our department make over and Ajax had the best pricing. For some that might be enough, but they exceeded every expectation we had and more. The hit every deadline and installed an entire room with 26 work spaces in one day. I would recommend them without hesitation. 5 star all the way.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! After driving over an hour to get there through traffic, we were in the building 15 minutes before closing, and we were planning on making a purchase that day. The OWNER was HORRIBLE. He clearly didnt want to make a sale or make a customer happy... At 10 minutes till closing, he said, You need to make a decision because we are closing, and I cant have my people stay past 5. Of which, we told him we didnt need help to load the desk we could manage on our own, and that if he could stay open 5 minutes extra, we would buy the desk. He refused. Literally every minute closer to 5, he announced we need to make a decision because they were closing now. It was 4:58. He made rude comments that hes not a magician to magically have the stock we wanted. Not to mention, the furniture wasnt even that decent in quality. SO GLAD WE MADE AN EVEN LARGER PURCHASE THE NEXT DAY ELSEWHERE.

I have been dealing with Ajax for at least 20 years. They are the best by far, both reasonable and customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Ajax for all your business interior needs. I watched them grow from a small corner store to a giant warehouse with a beautiful showroom. You dont grow like that because you are just another store. I will never shop anywhere else, I dont even bother getting quotes from other vendors anymore..........every time I do the price is higher for lower quality equipment! Terry S.

I called next day desk was delivered a great product at a fair price.
I was very unpleased with this company. I walked in and asked about desks that he had and was told. No you dont want that its too expensive. I felt like saying excuse me. You dont know me and you dont know what I can afford which was not an option I just wanted a desk that would best fit my needs. He was very rude and obviously did not want to sell anything he had.
