We went in knowing the exact model we were looking for. Our salesman Sam answered all questions and never once pressured us into something we werent interested in. We upgraded on our own for a great price. We also showed up pre-approved with a great rate from our credit union but miracle worker Gabby in the finance dept managed to secure us an even better rate! Sis took her car in for tire check. Was told she had a nail in one and needed a new one. $165+labor. They put on the Spare, right front . Thats a BIG NO NO! Donuts should ALWAYS be put on the rear!!She took bad tire to Tires Plus on east bay drive. They told her the tire was fine! Nail was so small it never Punctured Through the tire😡Thank you Tires Plus for truthful service and they didnt charge her a dime😍
If you are looking to buy a car buy a car this is the best place to go. We had to buy a car suddenly because our car was totaled due to weather. So it was the worst day ever for us but Pete and Tonya were the best people to deal with. Both my husband and I were dreading going to the dealership and when we got there had a mindset on what we wanted and we were not going to budge but we also knew that I had the worst credit on Earth so we were expecting to be told no right away. Instead of all the other times when we have gone to look at cars Pete set us down right away we went through the numbers and found out what we could do first before looking at cars and getting our hopes up and then finding out that we couldnt get into anything. Pete and Tonya were so wonderful they got us into a beautiful 2018 Nissan rogue a car I would never have imagined I could have been able to get it with my credit so I am forever thankful for them and will recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car they are wonderful people and made us feel so comfortable and helped us so much when we needed it the most. From start to finish it was the most relaxing calming car buying experience Ive ever had. If you do have bad credit and think you cannot get into something go here and ask for Pete he will treat you well and help you anyway he can just like he did for us he will be very up front with you and that is what makes a difference. Worst dealer ship, fuccillo and the new management (Morgan )They called me for a trade . Saying zero $ down payment, and they will get my new payment to be lower . I went today for sure none of this was true .Plus I asked if they’re gonna run my credit or if it’s going to effect my score.? The answer was no, not before you sign a new deal if you liked the offer.And the deal was a trade with 1000$ down payment and 60$ extra on my monthly payment, and they run my score and drop it down.Be careful people what you’re dealing with.

They gave me good money on my trade in and the salesman was nice, car is great but the service center is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 hours to get an oil change, and I’ve watched my car sit on a lift for two hours before, with the tires off and nobody touch it. You can pay $100 deductible with the warranty and go someplace else. Best $100 ever spent. Everyone at service is completely incompetent. I probably wouldn’t buy another car there just because of the nightmares that comes with maintaining it.

They were replacing the timing belt and didn’t know when it was going to be delivered. Felipe gave me his personal number and kept me up to date. I suggest if you don’t have the best credit and don’t want to feel pressured go here and ask for my guy Felipe.

Just popped in to check the new 2021 SV Plus Leaf that was found in inventory during a call to Nissan Of Clearwater earlier the same day. It turned out that after the test drive we found the car to be just for our needs.Highly recommend the experience, both the car and the dealer.All went well, but there was a small glitch that we were promised no payments at the same day, but it turned out not to be true. After all, good experience still. Would recommend to visit this dealer and I would go again.

I had narrowed my list of vehicles to only 2 or 3 that I researched online. Sam Buffington took such great care of me and my wife. He explained everything, showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the Service Manager since we will become close during the ownership of my new Nissan. I chose Nissan out of brand loyalty. I had previously purchased a 1987 Nissan Pickup that I loved every single 283,000 miles I drove it until she finally threw a rod and became too much of a burden to carry on with. . Im finally back into Nissan comfort where I should have never left. I love my new to me ride, a 2019 Rogue Sport SL. Its peppy and yet great on gas. It looks great and offers a shade of Wow as she goes down the street. I love how it drives and the Im still learning to appreciate all the driving skills it has. Road trips, here I come!

I visit Nissan Of Clearwater on Tuesday at 2:00 pm for my appointment to have my car repair while I was waiting on them to finish repairing my car I was approach by one of the employees in regards of selling my car which i ended up trading my 2019 Nissan Altima for a 2021 Nissan Altima at the end of the day. My experience with the employees were excellent above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite when speaking to me, took time in caring for my needs, was very encouraging, they had a motivation spirit, the most important to me was they all was very HONEST with me which what sold me in trading my car for a new car and also they are very professional employees.

Dont trust the response to a Kelly Blue Book offer to buy your vehicle. bait and switch. offer thousands less than the quoted price. why bother responding to the request? went to another dealer and got within $50 of the offer quoted. Beware. I will say the dealership itself is very nice and clean, everyone wearing masks, and areas sanitized but I will never do business here personally.

Not happy with the service and integrity with honoring warranties. This is how they installed my lift kit on my purchase and then said that it was installed properly. The brake line is suppose to be bolted to the frame. See the latter photos of whats currently on there lot. These were properly installed. Make sure you check the quality of the work prior to signing a contract to purchase a new vehicle.

I went in for an oil change and I asked if they could also perform the recall that was sent to me. With no question asked, the tech assured me that they could do the recall on the hood and that it wouldnt take much longer than 1hour and 30 minutes. I was in and out in about this timeframe or even a little less.
Went to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter her 1st financed car. They offered us in writing a 2012 Hyundai Veloster with 11000 miles for in writing $7925. It was at Hyundai getting a new radio. I went and looked at the car and asked the manager If I could put a deposit on it he said it wasnt necessary. 5th time there with my daughter getting the Financials taken care of when the finance manager sits with us and gives us a payment on a 3k higher price than agreed.Sale manager didnt answer the phone.They waisted a lot of my time and gas.I was in the car business for many years this is unacceptable.We went to Bert Smith and Shawn took amazing care of my daughter. HE LISTENED And placed her in a great deal. thank you Shawn.As for Fuccillo Nissan We will never return

Can only speak for the service department. Every time Ive had my vehicle serviced for routine maintenance or whatnot the staff has always been polite and helpful. The vehicle inspection videos are pretty cool and useful as Im a terrible car owner and have maybe looked under the hood twice in the five years Ive owned my car. I don’t know where to begin.Ok, so I was coming to end on my lease on my Fucillo Kia, I already went over the miles for the three years. So we went to what we thought was Fucillo Nisson, and Didn’t know it was now in Nisson of Clearwater, or whatever but anyway, we got the top dog, Vince Smith, and at the time his shadow Filippi.In the meantime my dad was in the hospital sick, but we thought he was coming home, but I got a call from my brother, while we were talking to Vince, that he had been moved to ICU. So we had to excuse ourselves quickly, and they were so kind and generous, and told us that they would wait for us when we decided it was the right time to come back. I have to say I have never had anybody in a business text me like Vince did And check on my dad and our family, throughout our heartbreak journey.So in the meantime, my dad passed away, a week ago, and that Sunday we decided while we better just go ahead and get the car taken care of. So we went back down and Vince had everything ready just go to finance and she was absolutely just as wonderful as all of them there at Nissan of Clearwater. But Vince went way beyond on, what I ever expected, from a sales person. He has got such a kind heart and caring words, very supportive and he was just so amazing. That had to be the best experience I have ever had going to a dealership. It was quick and easy and we didn’t have to spend 10 hours there. I’d say in total maybe combine the two days, two-three hours, tops. So if anybody is looking to buy a car I really really recommend Nissan of Clearwater. And ask for Vince Smith. He was such an angel, it’s such a blessing that we were able to have him. There was absolutely no pressure. And he got us in the vehicle that we wanted. If I was able to give more than five stars, he could’ve had the sky of stars.

They will run it through the carwash for you they will make sure your tires are where theyre supposed to be. We just happened to pull up there one day when we had a low tire and we were doing well she was due for an oil change they did that and entire it was great. I also have snacks Coffee water and its all free and its good coffee they also have tea as well they also have a childrens room or are you they play which is closed right now due to covid but its actually really cool everyone there has a pretty good spirit about them and I would definitely recommend this place remember their huge LOL

My situation was very different from others. The financing department went above the call of duty to get me approved and to have my car delivered to me. Everyone was very professional and compassionate.
I had a 1 o’clock appt for an oil change. I waited 10 minutes to speak with the service personnel. He told me it would take 3 hrs which I didn’t have. I care for my paralyzed husband. He was kind enough to get someone to drive me home and pick me up when the work was done. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to the dealer. I’m January I went to the dealership with my2019 Nissan Altima to discuss trade In For a vehicle which would suppprt a lift to Tramsport a power wheelchair and in good faith I listened to the salesman and one of the managers and went very upside down in my car loan to purchase a rogue sport. This vehicle will absolutely not support the power chair amd I now find that I must purchase a handicapped van. I will need to sell the rogue and suffer a huge loss on this brand mew vehicle. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a senior and a female. The salesman apparently just wanted to sell me a vehicleq which he should have known would never meet my needs for the power chair

Dont expect a thing after you sign on the dotted line. Simple issues are still not resolved after several weeks of follow-up. Dealership manager is largely unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. TONS of texts and emails when I expressed interest in a car. After I purchased, suddenly none. Sales folks are the only ones who have tried to help.Here are pictures of the underside of my truck when I went underneath it to check the exhaust connections. I also discovered that I am missing tow hook bolts and front mud flaps. This is a BRAND NEW truck. So, YOU decide if getting a car in this condition is acceptable. Caveat Emptor.* Update: One issue has been corrected by parts team, but in the interest of time, I purchased another missing part on my own. I still have not received a phone call from the manager, after multiple attempts to get in touch. Instead, I received a frustrated and upset email explaining the stress of the current COVID-19 situation on the dealership. Despite the current situation, a buyer of a brand new vehicle is still entitled to a minimum set of expectations with respect to a new vehicle. Those fell far short of acceptable. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big financial decision, particularly considering the gravity of current events. With so many choices in the Tampa area, theres no reason to accept anything less than a positive buying experience.** In response to the owner, your dealership has my contact information. Im happy to discuss anytime.As of 5/11/20 I have heard nothing back from the owner.
