Ive gotten a few parts from here and every time has been a great experience. Whether they have it or not they can get it and get it to you for the same price as the big internet retailers but you have a place and faces to put with the great service.They even went out of their way to get me a part on a day the shop was closed and there not a bunch of people who would do that. Advertised parts they did not have still running add knowing fox does even make any more ......no notice to me about this no refund offer can we help in some way then hung up on me ! so if got a refund coming from these guy you better keep an eye on them.....they sure enough will keep your money l am 59 and been moto sense 12 from cost to cost definitely the rudest l have encountered to date l race 2 daughters and 3 grand kids and sponsor a rider guess they have enough customer they dont need !

H&R was awesome! I brought my bike in for service and havent been to another place since! PJ and Shane are very helpful... since they are also riders it makes you comfortable to drop off your expensive items and know they are in good hands. I will never pay more that $90 for service an hour again! I have also bought a new top end and various parts here and there with no issues.

I took my bike to them after it had been sitting a while last year. I was thoroughly pleased with how they handled both the service itself and the communication to me about the progress. Its really hard to find a good shop like this. Highly recommend based on my experience.

As a life-time motorcycle rider/racer Ive dealt with many shops and H&R is at the top of my list for their knowledgeable staff and great prices.

Took bike in with major problem- they replaced crank, piston and bearings; unfortunately it only lasted 1 (short) ride and froze again. It went back to their shop for over a month ..waiting for parts. When it was returned it had was VERY difficult to start and would not stay running. After disassembling and diagnosing the problem found they stripped the engine kill switch cable and disconnected the hot start, leaving it hanging outside the engine. The electrical wires were smashed between the frame and the gas tank rubbing them almost raw. They also tried to keep my triangle stand.In my opinion you would be better to buy a new bike than to deal with this outfit in any way shape or form.

Not good customer service at all. I brought a side case and a water pump kit to be installed, after ruining two kits trying to install it over a six week timeframe they refused/ignored my request to just retrieve the case and a new kit to bring it somewhere capable of getting it done. I finally got tired of waiting so I cut my losses and got just the case back, to this day they owe me a water pump kit. My conclusion would be if you dont want a bunch of amateur techs winging it on your machine, I highly suggest a certified dealership.

I lost the master link on my chain tonight as I was riding down hwy 19. Tried using my MacGyver skills to bodge it back together to get home but no dice. I called around and PJ answered the phone. Despite it being many hours after closing time he told me to come on by. He was there when I got there with and opened up for me. Unfortunately he could find an 520 O-ring master link but he did have a complete chain. A quick swipe of the credit card and I was out the door walking back to my motionless bike.Thanks PJ, you saved me a lot of troubles. I will be coming back next time I need bike parts.

Brought my sons bike here for an oil change, they had it over a month waiting on an oil filter when they gave it back they lost the key and said I never gave them one. When I called Shane was very rude and ended up hanging up on me, stay away from here!!!

Had my 2001 400ex rebuilt here from top to bottom, when I got it back the valves sounded like someone shaking a can of spray paint, it smoked, leaked oil and wouldnt even idle, spent well over a thousand dollars for a bike in worse condition then when I bought it in. Bad bad experience and Shane did nothing to help.
