There cakes tasted as good as they looked. Prices were great. This will be one of our favorite places to get a treat !

Love it!! Vanilla cake with half filling coconut and half filling guava. Am not a sweet type person and this cake was really good. They decorated as I expected. Definitely I recommend.

A couple of years ago I ordered my wedding cake here. They did such an amazing job, that I instantly became a regular customer, we get cakes here all the time, along with pastries for special occasions. The staff is always amazing and willing to accommodate any request.

I got my wedding cake from here. Not only did it turn out EXACTLY what my husband and I wanted but the customer service is on point. We stopped by a couple times before our wedding date. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are treated well. They took their time with us and made the whole experience awesome. The cake tasted amazing. All the food here is amazing...but the tamales are out of this world good!

The bread tastes really good, but to give it a 5 star I need the bread that has the smooth yellow filling inside to have more I was really disappointed when I there was only a bit in it .

My review is kind of late I was there this morning. The cashier was busy she had a good amount of customers and honestly I was expecting an ugly attitude or some bad looks, BUT instead she smiled at each one of us!! Really good worker you have! She’s amazing. Beautiful smile made my day! The way she stayed calm and took care of each one of us with a smile really makes people come back! I sure will come back no doubt! The tamales are delicious! Keep your amazing employee! She is cashier/employee of the month!!!

My favorite place to buy authentic Mexican sweet bread ( pan dulce) and Tamales, I try to get some every weekend. Also people should try Pastes they are filled with Potatoes and Chorizo, Chicken and Vegetables and Traditional Mexican Mole rojo.

Poor service, cake was not ready. This place used to be great. Been coming here for 5 years, but for the last year staff was changed and it just went downhill. No costumer service. After adding my comment I went back to give it another chance, I live 1hr away and for four years I been driving to this bakery. The owner said that he was going to take care of my complaint and he did, the atmosphere has gone back to be the Cinco de Mayo I was used to great service and very respectful. I love the bread, tamales and cake.

The bread is wonderful, lots of dessert options, beautiful decorated. Customer service could be better, any time Ive been there the ladies behind the register never smile. Still, bread deserves a 5/5.

Authentic Mexican bakery. Small place, somewhat disorganized but always busy. Good quality and tasty offerings. The owners seem to be better bakers than business people so be prepared to deal with customer service that is a bit less than stellar. No big deal, just a bit disorganized.

Their very expensive, but the cakes weve tried and tamales are always very delicious. The tres leches sometimes are not as moist as they should be, but weve been lucky with the last few weve purchased. I do have to agree that the customer service can lack depending on who is at the register. Usually the cook and the owners son are super nice and attentive.

Zero stars. So much staff but no one seemed to check me out at the register. The staff was so busy which i understood at the beginning, but once they finished they kept ignorning the fact that i was waiting for almost 10-15 minutes just for some chips and drinks. Even after my wife asked to ring us up she rudely approached to her. 😡

Very upsetting that I personally ordered a cake and they want to change it up because it looked “ weird “ I prepaid and gave them my contact to inform me if the cake would be able to come out how I wanted but they decided to change it up themselves! I paid $42 and only got $14 back not even half . I’m so disappointed.

Im so happy to find a panderia! I was unhappy about not finding sweet empanadas. Ive had them with pumpkin and pineapple. The conchas were delicious, a little hard but still very tasty. When do you make the bread? Every morning?

Thanks for the delicious cakes, but go from Plant City to be treated with bad gestures like that! Maybe I wont come back I go almost every weekend for bread but today I really didnt like the service. I went today morning. And even with bad taste they write what you ask for on the cake. :( Ill think about returning. -_-

Very bad service !!!!! You cant ask her what tamales they have until that is why this woman is upset. They have to do something about it. This happened this morning. Have staff that have the will and character to work with customer service. Or put the days that she works not to go, one goes with all the good humor to buy tamales, bread and go out with those things. Thanksgiving, my son bought three tamales trays per order and the truth is that they were horrible, dry, tasteless, they crumbled. And to top it all, and the worst part is that there were many, I suggest you check the quality of your product before putting them on sale. 😛😠😡

More or less they almost never have bread for my family and say if there is you will have to go early ......... its ok my familly never finds good bread here and if they do they have to go early to find some good bread

The very good bread the cakes sometimes if sometimes not. The balloons are super expensive and are the same as the dollar tree. Disappointment piñatas are beer cartons and for a childrens party it looks super bad. We had a piñata and it never broke and when it finally fell off the top paper was a crown cardboard. My family spoke to the store and the only thing they said was going to work on it, but no money back or a discount. The cake was not what we expected but well I hope they improve that. And the truth is that they need people who work more kindly and without bad faces, the only thing one wants is to buy from them and the benefit is for the store and for their pay, so please look good and if they dont like their work, dont be there.

Terrible service today, and the other days that Im going to buy at the May 5 Bakery, on Saturday I went and there was this same girl in the morning and another girl who seemed more asleep than awake. If you dont have the mood to work on customer service, better send them back. Their cakes and bread are delicious, but the customer service is worth a lot. This girl does not smile is not kind she tells you things very beaten. You go and spend your money because of course the cakes are delicious but I come back and repeat the service is very important. Already several acquaintances, friends and family members of mine, are not going for the same because of the service that this girl has with clients.——— Hello and I appreciate your attention. Look the girl is one who is always in the morning is not the first time that she is like this.
