I walked into the store today knowing the exact item I wanted (Indigo Blue dark wash shorts size medium). When I checked, my size wasnt there. The store clerk asked me what I needed help with and I asked her if there was my size in that item. She told me that she had two boxes in the store and what I was asking could be in one of those two boxes. Then there was silence as she seemed to wish to continue with whatever she was working on. So I asked her if she was planning to open them or find out if she had my item through inventory. She said that she would get to them when she would get to them. Shocked, I turned, said thank you and walked out of the store. This is horrible customer service. She had both the time and the ability to locate the item for me (as the store was completely empty and she chose not to). There are so few stores that offer maternity clothes that I actually want to buy, she missed out on a very easy sales opportunity! I will now be willing to buy online, pay the shipping price and wait for the shipping time than buy an item from this store.

Melody helped me the first time and she was wonderful. I am in sales myself and she provided me with a great experience. Prices are decent and clearance selection is good.

I normally read reviews, not write them but I absolutely love this store. My first time in there, I was a bit nervous as i wasnt sure if i would find anything nor if I really belonged in there because i wasnt really showing but far enough along that my pants were not cutting it. They were so nice and helped me when i had questions. Anytime I go in, Mallory is usually working and i very much enjoy her. Shes extremely helpful and has helped me when i had some issues with a couple of items i had to bring back. I definitely recommend this store!

My wife and I have visited on several Sundays, I have to say that this place is excellent. The lady that we have come to know since we have visited so often is very very nice. She assisted in finding things that would be comfortable for my wife. They have a good selection, and the prices really arent bad. We in fact had bought some maternity clothes at Sears for 52 dollars, we had 4 things. Well we stopped in to this store before leaving the mall, we found almost the same exact four things we had bought at Sears, plus two more items and I spent only 64 dollars. Needless to say we went back and returned our Sears items!

Used to have plus size now they dont in store . Have to buy online. I guess big girls came get pregnant now

I love this store, from the moment that I enter the store, Kim and Mallory make me feel like family, they were really patient and helpful during my shopping and Im a difficult buyer 😆. I would recommend this store.
