What a pleasant surprise to find a business that provides outstanding customer service! Rather than leaving my printer down while waiting for parts, my new favorite technician, Don Bonin, drove back to his office to borrow the part off of one of his machines to get me back up and running right away.In addition, he gave me his cell phone number to contact him if we ran into any more issues.Thanks Don - you deserve an extra star!

If I could place negative stars I would. We have MailPost Systems as our service provider for our FP mailing machine. A week of calls have gone unanswered, and our machine is down. We have a 5600 piece mailing that we outsourced due to no call back and the machine not working. If you are looking for ANY customer service, I dont recommend this one.

The machine that we purchased from mailpost saved our company a lot of time and money. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend doing business with them for all of your mailing and paper-handling needs. A++++
