Very dirty environment. Oil all over the floor, and leaking machines.Training is very in depth for such low pay.They expect new hires to learn quite a lot and their expectations are high yet they pay such low wages.On top of that, they strongly encourage you to buy your own tools even though your pay isnt enough to pay rent.

This company is in chaos, poor management. Obsolete theories of production. This place is a rich mans tax wright off. The production manager is some over the hill burnout throwing everyone under the bus to save his position. Mark of a plot in the graveyard. This place is done.
