Worst customer service! Theyve had my crank there for so long I called to get an update. The guy said sorry I cant give you an update.. the girls left early today. The following week I called back and a girl answered and said hold on and got a guy to update me... so that was a lie. Then he said they had to order a part which I didnt approve of and he said it takes two weeks to get the part. I checked the part online and I could get it within 2 days. So I had them cancel and sent them the part I ordered myself. They said when they get my part they will finish it and ship it immediately. I called to make sure they received it. He said no. I checked my tracking number and said loenard signed for it. He says oh thats me... oh here it is?!?! I said for the hassle could we get a discount. He said sure let me make a note. They called a day later for payment and to ship. It was more than usual and with no discount! Talked with the owner and he just kept making excuses and had nothing nice to say. I will NEVER use this company again! And warning everyone who considers! They dont communicate with customers or ask on approval for pricing!!! and judging by other reviews I should have read before I ever did use them.
Purchased a set of four rods and a billet clutch basket. The parts arrived quickly and Sean was very helpful via email. My bike is back on the race track running faster then ever, Falicon offers a great product.
I finally seen inside this old school well established business, and I fell in love! This is the company that developed knife edged cranks! These guys build billet cranks and clutch baskets every day all day, since way before google they’ve been international!
I initially sent in a crank for an approximate $125 evaluation and was charged $459 for a journal repair under invoice 89972. I was not contacted prior to the repair as requested. The crank was installed and all the crank bearings failed. A local machinist at JL Precision Auto confirmed the run out numbers to be too high. Honda spec is .002 maximum on 07 1000RR. It was to be warrantied under Falicon invoice 91615. Worse case scenario I told was to pay shipping. Not only was shipping paid, another $256 was charged on top of that and I was given a crank with run out numbers not meeting OEM spec right out of the box. Sean Leonard said cranks dont come with warranties even out of box as this is racing standard. I have more money in a stock crank than what a new one would have cost and it cant even be used. The only option I was given was to spend another $541 on another crank which didnt have a warranty. This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen. They couldnt even give me a phone call. If this was the only shop that worked with cranks, I wouldnt build another engine.
BEWARE! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. The owner Sean is very unprofessional. Customer Service absolutely sucks. Their work sucks and they were not helpful at all when I called because I got the crank back with NO CRANK ROD on it. Sean had a cocky attitude, not willing to help, he was making insults more than anything. I am Disputing all charges that went on my credit card. Please anyone thinking of using this company think twice. Use Crank Works instead, I have used Crank Works for years never no issues, I use these guys 1 time and its nothing but a hassle, waste of time, and disrespect from their end. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, I would give it to them!
Horrible
