This was a terrible shopping experience. The owner, Carol, was very unhelpful and EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I suggest anyone planning to shop here might want to explore other options as this would not be a wise choice.

I stopped in today to get some help with what I should get to get rid of the terrible smell in my carpet. I have been dog sitting for a friend and well, accidents. I got great advice. The gal I talked to was very specific about all the details. I ended up with a product that completely eliminated that smell! And, the carpet looks like new. Wow! Great!

These wonderful, knowledgeable people helped us save a flooded house from complete ruin with their expertise regarding the proper chemicals to use against the black mold that covered the walls and carpets and furniture without causing one more lick of damage! I would be financially and emotionally ruined if it were not for these amazing professionals! Ignore their two fired employees destructive posts!
